If you have not found the right flooring installation, look no further. This company provides excellence in customer service and installation. We love our new floors and beautiful molding they did. We had made some mistakes on installing the floors trying to do this ourselves and they came in and not only fixed what we did wrong but did the most beautiful job on our entire house flooring! They are kind, on time, respectful, clean up after themselves every day and go above and beyond to give you their best. Their pricing is competitive and fair. They have even come back to help me remove some flooring and then reinstall for another project that we needed and worked us into their busy schedule. Hire Empire Luxury Flooring and you will be so happy you did. I will use this company for any molding/flooring work in the future. Thanks Efren for improving our home! read more

We recently had laminate flooring and baseboards installed by Empire Luxury Flooring. From the initial quote to the final installation, the experience was outstanding. Efren(owner) and his brother Aidan worked efficiently to tear up old carpet, tile, level the subfloor, and install 3000 sqft of new laminate floors and baseboards. They arrived on time and made sure to answer any questions. The finished floors and baseboards look amazing. Great job on our Learning Center in Upland! We help children with Autism with social skills and everyone (both clients, caregivers, and staff) are super impressed with the quality of work you guys have provided. You were always prompt, efficient, kind, courteous, professional, transparent, honest, and provided such a good price. Compared to others, your pricing was very reasonable (trust me, I checked around). Further, you stated it would take two days and it took two days (a man of your word). Also, once I submitted the deposit you started that Monday morning (within 2 days of receiving the deposit). You and your crew were amazing. Did excellent work and in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better contractor/installer. Hope your business continues to thrive. read more

Im so glad i stumbled upon this company on Yelp. We were about to sign up with another contractor but I wanted to check around a little bit. Efren answered our call right away and my husband requested if he could come the same day and he was able to accomodate on such a short notice! He gave us a very reasonable price, that we did not bother to look for a 3rd quote What I also love about them is that we didnt have to go somewhere else to shop for the flooring. The flooring choices were of top quality too. My husband made some requests and they agreed with no hesitations. Transaction with Efren is super hassle-free! We have a lot of questions and he's very patient with answering all of them. The installation is seamless and you can tell from the photos that they did an excellent job. They take their time and don't rush. Very professional! Im sure they will go a long way! Goodluck Efren and we appreciate you guys for an excellent job! You went above and beyond our expectations! We would love to have you back for our future home projects! Give them a try and you will not regret! read more

I cannot express how satisfied we are with the results of our flooring. Efren's team went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and more. We decided to go with an LVP and tile installation. They paid attention to every single detail and left everything looking amazing. The value of their work was well worth it. Efren made sure to meet deadlines and was great at communicating through this whole process. Took about a week to complete all work which was well worth it and within the time frame he had originally told us. I will definitely recommend them to all friends and family and would trust them with any future flooring needs. read more

Several months ago we went shopping for a reputable company to install new flooring in our new construction home. Our home came with carpeted stairs and loft. We knew this wouldn't work long term. Reached out to several companies for quotes and through it all Efren delivered the best customer service and was very professional. He offered his personal input and experience to help us make an educated selection. Life happened and we had to put a pause to our exciting project. Efren was understanding and let us know he'd be ready when we were. Summer to Fall, we didn't hesitate to give him a call. In a week we had an appointment, and he was punctual the first day of install. Efren and his team did an excellent job on our flooring and worked quickly to get the job done. His prices are competitive and hands down the best contractor we've ever had work on our home. We have other projects in the near future, and won't hesitate to hire Empire Luxury Flooring. We are beyond thrilled with our flooring and experience. Great job Efren and team. You set the bar very high! read more

Efren is the absolute best. So friendly, on time, quick and just a pleasure to work with. We hired empire luxury flooring to take extra flooring we had and put it in our upstairs 2nd bathroom. Efren scheduled quickly and even when the flooring ended up being glue down instead of tongue and groove, he didn't worry, went grab glue and completed the job. He also got is 6 inch baseboards to match the rest of our house and added a tradition piece to our master bedroom/bath flooring. All the little things I needed, Efren completed and did a fabulous job. So happy I went with him. Highly recommend. read more

It is not surprise that this company has only 5-stars rating. I needed flooring (LVP) for a 2000 sqft property and as usual, I requested 3 bids. I decided to go with this company whose owner is Efren. Efren presented a clear free estimate with reasonable pricing, communicated well, scheduled the job at a mutually agreed period, and completed all the flooring on schedule. The whole process was very smooth, and to top it off, Efren is very kind person who is willing to help in any he can. I am very pleased with the result and I highly recommend him if you need a flooring job. Honestly, next time I need a flooring job, I will not look anywhere else. Thank you Efren! read more

Empire Luxury Flooring is a company I would most definitely use again and recommend for flooring services. I requested a quote through Yelp and had a response in less than 10 minutes!! When I described the job, they called and asked me if I could send pictures, and within a couple of hours I had an appointment for the next day. I give the communication process a 20/10. I really liked that they wanted to be sure of the scope of the job before they confirmed the appointment. They had great options in terms of material, and were patient while I decided exactly what type of flooring worked best for me. I was given a time frame to expect them and they arrived a few minutes early which was amazing. Efren and Aidan were really thoughtful to call me to let me know they were on route. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They are also bilingual (English and Spanish) which makes it all more convenient, a major plus! They also followed covid safe protocols by wearing masks and keeping social distance. The crew cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I love that they are local and that we can support small businesses in the community we have raised our family in. I honestly could not be happier with their services. read more
