This company was great! First off they were super friendly and professional on the phone and in person. My husband went into the shop and also said they were very pleasant! They were available to take measurements right away and we were very happy when they said they could install it quickly since our house was a rental. I had a major leak due to an electrician busting a pipe. My whole upstair needs carpet minus 2 bathrooms . I got a recommendation through yelp. I went checked them out. At first I wasn't to sure because of the area they are in. But let me tell you they are super friendly , professional. They were able to do our whole upstairs in such short notice. I also was attracted by the 5 stars. They are very welcoming & pleasant when you walk in. And I'm sure it stays that way IF you just go with their flow. From other reviewers pictures, it looks like they may even do a good job BUT.... Be careful though, because if you disagree with them, they'll turn on you quick!! There's no accountability with the way they raise their voice at customers or are just plain rude if you speak up about anything that you disagree with. It's unfortunate because I was almost ready to go with them but the way I see it, if i'm going to pay you close to $3000, then at least have the decency not to get snarky with me. Whatever. The guys did a great job with the carpet !! However when they did our baseboard it was a horrible job !! The guy didn't care or didn't know how to do baseboard !! We had to hire someone else to fix their work !! They didn't even offer to refund some of the money !! Just stick to carpet !! read more

I shopped around all of the inland empire and Herman's was the best price I could find. We called Veronica and she got us a good price on a custom order berber carpet that we were interested in. She told us to come in and look at her warehouse to see if we liked anything in stock and it would be way cheaper. Sure enough we came in and found something similar to what we wanted and at a great price.
