I went to a ton of different carpet vendors before choosing carpet station, and the service provided by Michelle was truly the reason why I went with them. I found another place pricing the exact same item/square footage for $100 less, but bc I enjoyed my experience with Michelle more I decided to go with them. Idk there's something about liking the person you give money to that makes it less painful lol Choosing carpet was very overwhelming and I never needed to buy carpet before so the prices and variety felt like a lot. So really appreciated Michelle's help! The install was great! I had a tight timeline and they worked their magic to get us on their tight calendar. The carpet looks beautiful and everyone's that's visited had complimented it! Highly recommend! read more

Rip off and rude. So I called carpet station about a week ago. I had measurements for the carpet I wanted already, as well as the carpet I want. I'm not sure who picked up the phone, but it was a man, and I asked him, "hi, is it possible for you give me a quote if I know the carpet I want as well as the measurements?" And he said "no we don't do that, you'd have to come here to the store and I could give you a quote because we don't go to the homes to do the measurements." And I said "oh i see. I mean I know the yards and it's measured by another professional and I know the carpet too so I thought maybe it'll just be easier." And he said condescendingly, "that's actually more of a reason to come to the store to get the quote." And so I said okay. So I went to the store and I spoke with JD and although he is a nice person, I went in with all the info, he said that he could come out to do the measurements (inconsistently information). I said great, seems to be better than talking to the guy over the phone, but when he gave me the quote, it was 900 dollars more than another quote that I got. And it was based on the same amount of yards. He said he didn't charge for moving furniture, but no shit, it's all included in the inflated price. What actually makes me frustrated is that he knew I just recently installed carpet about 8 months ago, have a fresh idea of pricing, knowledgable about carpets, and clearly have another carpet company to do business with, but he still tried to upscale his pricing like we are idiots, which in my opinion, is an idiot move as a business owner. It tells me that they rip off people in general, but they're also not smart business owners if they're trying to rip off people who knows their shit. Go somewhere else because they are not honest in their pricing. FYI, he also said someone in their store has a good relationship with the carpet company that I wanted, which was just his way of lying and saying "we will get you a good price" SYKEEEEE. Anyway, don't waste your time here. read more

We used this company for a full home (2500 sq feet) flooring installation. We are happy with the floor we chose. The installation was extremely poor. We have 6 steps that were laid unevenly so they are broken and cracked. It happened almost immediately so yes, they did come out and replace the broken steps initially. A few months later, it happened again. And again. They came out, I believe twice, to replace until, "oops" your warranty is no longer valid. So now, we just have these effed up cracked steps. The rest of the house is great. Just use caution because I don't think the installers they used know how to account for any irregularities. For reference- my husband is 5'11 and 190lb and my son is 6'2 and 185lbs. I am 5'7 and 145lbs. We are not overweight or extremely heavy people. We also do not have pets. read more

Curtis, After reading your response, you are assuming I let my dog urinate all over the floor in my home. I think this is completely disrespectful to address a returning customer in this manner. I have two small dog that weighs 5lbs and we have appropriate potty pads down. Rudy didn't offer me any options. I told Rudy I was looking for tile flooring. Rudy never assisted me in the store at all. I had to look around your store without any help from Rudy. So you think it was ok for Rudy to tell me to take the flooring out and leave bare concrete. Rudy knew he was rude to me, he called the sales associates my wife, who he was working with and he said I think I was rude to one of your clients. It sounds like you support Rudys disrespectful actions. I am a returning customer and this is how you treat returning customers. I am all about supporting local businesses but I won't stand for disrespectful behavior. What time is best for me to call you tomorrow? read more

We're so grateful to have worked with Michelle and their team! We decided to get new carpet before moving into our newly bought house, and Michelle made the process so easy for us. She let us bring multiple carpet swatches home to see how they would look in different lighting and even encouraged us to get quotes from competitors. Michelle's communication and responsiveness was also impressive and was texting us while she was on vacation! The actual carpet installation took only one day, and their employees were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions the day of. read more

I was referred to Carpet Station by my father who worked with them in the past. When I first called, they answered although I later realized they were actually closed. Even so, I was in invited to come to their showroom to browse their samples. I easily scheduled a free estimate and was given a great rate. I worked this Michelle and had such a great experience. She always responded right when I reached out for questions. Our carpet installers were very efficient and completed their work on time. I love our carpet and how thick it is! Amazing quality and pricing. I highly recommend and am so grateful for Michelle and her team. She went above and beyond for us, and am sure she extends to all her customers. read more

We were looking for a change from carpet to wood. Came by Carpet Station and was greeted by Curtis. He was nice as he answered our questions regarding wear of wood and provided pricing. We end up going with Curtis as he had our wood brand at a competitive price. He also provides delivery for a fee. We end up retrieving the materials ourselves as his wife said no to the delivery inside our home which was some miscommunication with Curtis. Also, he did ignored my last message to purchase 2 additional T-moldings.. too small of order? Overall a good experience and we have our engineering wood installed and are happy with our flooring. read more

Working with Carpet Station has absolutely been one of the best decisions we made with our home remodel. From their patience, support and guidance with decision making to the superb installation we had the smoothest experience with JD and his team. The pricing was fantastic as well as their willingness to work around the schedule of other contractors on our job. The lead installers were so meticulous, so respectful, courteous, and talented. The replacement of our entire downstairs flooring went so well, we are truly looking forward to having them do the remainder of the house. read more

Danny was super helpful! Always a text or phone call away to answer all your questions. They work well with your needs. We were very satisfied with the quality and quickness of their installation, especially with the floating stairs. The store has many different samples to look through. read more

This is the second time we purchased carpeting from Carpet Station. Everyone is very professional. Michele & Martin at the store were very helpful. They asked us what we wanted & gave us samples to take home. We made a decision that afternoon & the installation was the following week. Jorge & Tony did a great job! Bedrooms & stairs look great. Carpet looks amazing & I love walking barefoot on it! We highly recommend them. Thank you, Carpet Station! read more

The owner, Danny, was personable and totally low pressure. There was no attempt to "upsell" and the entire process was very transparent. I have used the Carpet Station on a few rental projects over the years. From the sales to the installation, they have done a great job at very reasonable prices. They have a large selection of carpet, tile, and other types of surfaces. The Carpet Station also has a large selection of remnants ranging from rental grade to super high quality. This, of course, can save you hundreds of dollars or more; depending on the amount of carpet you need. In addition, upgraded padding is usually included. I have yet to find a better deal at another carpet store or big box store. The most recent project (photos attached) involved about 1500 square feet of carpet. The carpet grade was a higher-level nylon rental grade with an eight pound pad. For the type of carpet purchased, it was excellent and was only matched by the quality installation. The installation was an all day job, and the installers made it look like a million bucks. For the next project, I will be installing carpet for my primary residence, which will be a big job. I am looking forward to saving a large amount of money, while getting the best possible deal. You should consider going to this local small business and treating yourself to a great deal as well. read more

So happy with my newly installed carpet. Danny was great and attentive. The install was quick and easy. Would use them again in the future. They have quite a selection of carpet and hard flooring. They also have a decent amount of stock so we were able to get our carpet installed within a week of ordering. read more

Pricing is Not competitive at carpet station; sales rep that took today's phone call was not happy the moment I shared that home depot appears to be more competitive with labor and material pricing with the $2.79 install special. The sales rep hung up the phone so fast I didn't even get a chance to say "Thank you for taking the call." Very poor business etiquette, similar to a poor sport behavior. Glad I didn't select them to complete my flooring job. read more

What a pleasure to work with JD. Fast responses. Great prices. Quick install. Such a great experience. I can highly recommend.

Upon purchasing our new home, we quickly decided that the house needed new carpet, tile and window treatments. It was challenging to find a business that was open on the weekends so that we could take a look at our options. We stumbled upon Carpet Station by chance because a) they're close to our church and b) they are open on weekends. Rudy has been an absolute dream to work with... knowledgeable, experienced, honest, reliable, kind, helpful and wonderful in every way. We decided immediately that he was the one we wanted to work with and it was so great that Carpet Station is a one-stop shop that happened to meet all our needs: carpet, tile and window treatments. Not only was the price highly competitive, Rudy was so thorough and transparent with everything. After securing our selections and paying the deposits, everything took off swimmingly and we entered into the installation period just a few short weeks later. Our window shades, plantation shutters, bedroom carpets and Jack and Jill bathroom tile has all been completed now and we could not be more thrilled or grateful. I could not express how much the work has positively changed and elevated the look of our home. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top notch and the installation was pristine. We could not possibly recommend Rudy or Carpet Station more. We HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family and will be customers as long as they are in business! read more

I feel like we got a great price on a really high quality carpet and we would definitely come back here again! read more

I called this place looking for carpet padding. The man who picked up the phone asked what kind of padding, thickness, and how much square footage I needed. I could not be happier with Martha and her entire team at Carpet Station. They were on time, clean, polite, and didn't cut any corners. Their work is superb. I was referred to her thru my realtor as my mother has just past away and I was to renovate the family home of some 50 years. The home needed a lot of help to bring it to market standards (the place needed a full gut job on the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint). I was working with an extremely small budget and every penny mattered. Just as I was getting underway, mold was discovered in the kitchen and there went half the of the budget. I had to go back to every contractor and see what I could do in order to try to save money and still get most of the things done. Martha was great. She completely understood and made the suggestion that if I carpeted the stairs and the bedrooms I would be saving money. She then found a remnant that was left over from another job. It matched perfectly and was discounted. Because of her ingenuity I was able to get back on track with the renovations needed. I can't even begin to express how happy and satisfied I am with Carpet Station. If you are missing good customer care, then Carpet Station is for you. They understand how important each and every client is. I highly recommend them, the service is outstanding, their workmanship is 1st Rate, and the quality of their materials is fantastic. read more

It seems everyone knows Rudy at Carpet Station in Chino. He, and really everyone at Carpet Station, is earnest and friendly. He is well-versed in all the products for floors and windows, and makes suggestions based upon budget, style, and needs. The store is much much more than carpet! We've used Carpet Station for three complete homes and been very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness, and skill of each LVP installation team. People comment upon how beautiful our floors are. Recently we opted to buy our window shades through Carpet Station. The shades are exactly what we wanted: pretty and automated too. Rudy made sure the installation was on time; even when there was a hiccup with the manufacturer he defended our needs and schedule - successfully! When we discovered Carpet Station could provide custom sized rugs we also gave that a shot. Our giant rug arrives tomorrow and we are 100% confident it will be perfect. We heartily recommend Carpet Station for your home needs. read more

The service level was amazing. Our bathroom flooded and ruined the carpet in the hallway and bedroom. In November we visited carpet station to try and find a match for the laminate flooring the original owners had in one loft upstairs. Rudy assisted us in almost a perfect match, and we had the entire upstairs (3 bedrooms, a game room and 2 hallways done. The installers were professional and took pride in their work. We were quoted as a 2 day job but it took almost 3. Which was no issue for us, we would rather a job take longer and be done right. It was worth it! The baseboards and the flooring that carpet station did was exceptional. We couldn't be happier. Getting a great deal was icing on the cake. read more

If I could give a higher review than 5 stars I absolutely would. Rudy came to our home to give us a quote, pricing was great, and he was very informative. I will definitely refer Carpet Station to my family and friends. Our neighbor used them for new carpet a few months ago and are also very satisfied. We love our new carpet. read more

Danny came out and gave us a quote in January. Due to some existing floor issues in one of my bathrooms, I ended up postponing our floor work until I could get a construction company to inspect the joists and subflooring. We ended up getting our floors done 4 months later and Danny remembered us and honored our original quote. The two guys completed the work in 3 days and they came out great. I don't have any complaints other than, I wish I had known to cover my furniture and household goods due to the demolition dust (they don't cover anything) and I wish I had inspected the floors a bit better because I found some areas with floor adhesive residue. We did need to clean up afterwards but planned to do that anyways. read more

This review is for the installation. We have a commercial printer that was damage during the installation. It was impossible to damage with human force - it could have been damaged with a carpet roll. At first we thought we could get it fixed so we didn't reach out - we got the quote back for $1,000 so we had to contact the owner of Carpet Station, she said due to the time that had passed they could not be responsible. That was very disappointing so I would not recommend them unless you have someone on-site to supervise. read more
