On the second day my husband and I moved into our new home, our dog tore up a portion of our carpet at the top of our stairs. It being a new home, we did not have extra matching carpet on hand. I sent inquiries to several carpet and flooring stores, but they either did not perform this kind of small carpet repair or could not help me because I didn't have matching extra carpet. Enter Lisa! Lisa was incredibly helpful when I explained our situation. She suggested the carpet installers could cut a piece of carpet from our closet and use that piece to replace the stair carpet. I could then purchase another carpet piece that wouldn't match, but could replace the carpet in the closet. I loved this creative option and we proceeded. Lisa walked me through the purchase of the new carpet piece, gave me the option to pick up the carpet myself to save money (rather than have it delivered to my home), and worked with my schedule to have the carpet installers come to our home. She was reliable and quick to respond throughout the process. When the carpet installers arrived, their team was fast, friendly, and professional. Lisa is super sweet lady who, by appointment, will show you flooring from her showroom. I was able to take a couple samples to see in my home and she was kind enough to let me do this a few times as I was having a hard time choosing. After researching online, I asked if she carried the sample and if she doesn't carry a sample in house, she can get a sample mailed to you which was helpful since what you see online and in person are very different. Lisa is very responsive to calls and texts and if she needs to contact a warehouse or supplier she gets back to you as soon as she is able and not several days later. I was initially going to use a flooring company in Anaheim off State College as I thought with the competition they would be more competitively priced, but to my surprise Lisa's pricing was better than the stores off State college. Her kindness and willingness to help got me to the floors I have now and love them. If not for her help I would probably still be searching for floors. read more

We were on the hunt for flooring that was in stock since the original flooring we ordered kept getting the delivery date pushed back. So of course we turn to Yelp for local flooring stores (we originally purchased from one of the bigger franchises). Lisa was the first place I called and she was able to schedule me in the same day (appointment only), which I was so grateful for because we were on a time crunch and needed to buy floors like yesterday. This place is in a small plaza near KFC. The store itself looks small, but it's loaded with floors galore. The downstairs was full of vinyl flooring, and she mentioned there's more upstairs but I was already overwhelmed with the options. I told Lisa exactly what type of floors I want, and she was able to show me a floor that hit all my specifications and more. She is knowledgeable, and if she doesn't have the answer, she calls her distributor to find the answer right away. Later in the week, our contractor told us we still needed to buy x, y, and z, so we purchased it. The next day, the contractor said he made a mistake and said we no longer needed it but needed more boxes of the floor instead. Lisa was easy to get ahold of and helped us fix our issue within minutes with no hassle Lisa is very prompt and true to her word. She texted me first thing in the morning with all my order and pick up info and made the purchase process the easiest purchase ever. I hired this firm to install Mohalk Everstrand carpet with 8 lb density rebond pad on my stairs, bedrooms and hallway. We inherited very poorly installed carpet that only lasted for a few years in terms of texture retention and anchoring on the wood floor from our home purchase 10 years ago. We don't even wear shoes inside home, so the brand new carpet that came with our home purchase a decade ago was really mediocre. The owner, Lisa was very responsive, honest and knowledgeable, and she was kind enough to answer any questions that I may have. She did a great job with recommending Mohalk-branded low cut pile and loop combo polyester carpet with higher 8 lb density rebond pad, which is a great alternative to costly nylon or Triexta fiber carpet. Most flooring companies out there would not factor in material cost difference among different brands as long as they are made of basic fiber material like polyester, but Lisa was transpatent with cost differences among carpet/pad brands and models. The Mohalk product comes with 15 year product warranty and installation has 2 year warranty. Lisa was indeed one of the most professional and honest consultants that I have ever worked with. read more

We had spent months looking for flooring that matched our needs and budget. We wanted good quality luxury vinyl plank flooring in a light white oak color. We had a bad fallout with a flooring company we initially intended to hire. We had selected a flooring sample that the company had given us. They had told us that the sample we chose was a well known brand with certain specifications. When we observed the sample further and asked for more information, we were later told it was actually a no name brand with none of the qualifications we wanted in the flooring. The above fallout led us to reach out to Diamond Flooring (which we found through Yelp). We spoke to Lisa and she was beyond wonderful. Complete opposite of what we had experienced previously. She was responsive, helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We knew exactly what we were getting. Lisa even let us take home some of her showroom samples so that we can see them in our home. She carries so many products of different styles, colors, price ranges, etc. She really has something for everyone. There was no ambiguity or second guesses at all after we chose our product. She made the process so easy and seamless. It took us about two weeks from making that initial call to getting our flooring completely installed. I found this flooring place cause it was local as I didn't want to shop around in Orange County. It had great reviews so I decided to give Lisa a call. Her installer called me right away to set up a day and time to come and measure and give a quote. Turns out he goes to our church. He was very honest and upfront about how prices are the same no matter where you live. I was able to go in the shop and pick out some flooring in my price range. They had beautiful flooring with very good quality and reasonable prices. Way better quality for the price compared to Home Depot or Lowe's! I was able to take home some samples which were big planks not just some small square block pieces. After choosing my flooring they were able to install very quickly. Luis's son Danny and Jose came to do the install. Mind you all this is happening while Lisa and Luis are out of town. Danny and Jose did an awesome job as they were very efficient in demo, install and clean up. They even did baseboards. They were done with everything in 2 days. Everyone was very nice and professional to work with. I would highly recommend and use them again for sure! My floors look beautiful as it was stuck in the 70's before lol. We reached out to several businesses for a small tile job, where we needed a row of tiles installed to fill a gap from the existing tiles and our new shower unit that was installed the day before.
