This company installed granite countertops and a tile backsplash in my house over a year ago... looking at their work today I'm still mad about the poor job they did. My wife found them through their positive yelp reviews, but they seem to be inflated. The design team was nice and professional, but they subcontract the work and most of the subcontractors did a poor job! The only subcontractor who did a good job was the father & son team who installed the counter tops. The guy who installed backsplash had poor craftsmanship and hygiene! The painter never did the touchups at the end and we were told we'd have to continue to wait for him to come in. They took longer than proposed and by the time they were done I just wanted them out! Scott and the team really took the lead and completed things as expected. - The real MVP was Phillip who was our day to day PM. Very communicative, actually cared about the end goal and just a good guy overall. Would be happy to work with him again. (small)Criticisms: - The initial in-house ballpark estimate was WAY off of what was delivered as the first bid. Granted, Scott told me he's not good at ballpark figures but I was expecting maybe a 20% difference, not 40%+. Once again, true to his word. - After the job was paid in full (in the warranty grace period) some of the issues that arose were somewhat dragged out although eventually completed in full. If I didn't work from home this might have been more of an issue. After seeing what friends and family have gone through with kitchen/bathroom/house remodels in the area, I only have one piece of advice. You get what you pay for. If I could do it all over again, I would have these folks do my kitchen and bath remodel. DIY has been such a headache, so stressful, even with a wonderful general contractor. So much running around to so many different stores all over IE & OC looking for the different pieces I wanted, dealing with supply issues, etc. Like a 2nd job! Walked in yesterday looking for cabinet hardware & they couldn't have been more lovely, gracious, and helpful even tho' I wasn't looking for whole project help. My jaw dropped walking around the showroom, seeing all the best products there in one place that I had spent days and weeks running around finding! Plus when you DIY, you have endless questions from your general about design issues you don't know how to handle. I originally met Scott, the owner, December 2013. I knew from that moment on that he loved what he did and was in it for the artistry of the remodel. It took me until January 2019 to finally commit to redoing my bathrooms. That's life! I called him and he remembered me. He came out and did the measurements. He took note of every dream I had with the remodel. Within days I had a very fair quote in my hand and was in the showroom ready to design a bathroom. It is overwhelming making such huge, permanent commitments. Scott and I spent about 10 hours total because he wanted to make sure he designed bathrooms that met my vision, while bringing in his own artistic recommendations to make these spaces unique. While I am nearing the end of my project, I wanted to share some progress pictures. Remember, these are not finished spaces. If you are considering Endless Kitchen and Bath look at my before and after pictures to give you an idea of the organic designs that have turned into very beautiful functional bathrooms and know that they are the right people. Vanessa, one of the consultants, assisted me with selections and purchases that complemented the design and accessories that Scott and I had already committed to. Once we had everything selected, it was time for demo. In comes my project manager Steve who is a saint that went beyond my wildest expectations. I don't trust people in my house-especially when I am not home. I'd give Steve a set of keys and not think twice. In fact, I did for this project! Steve is a constant communicator. He emails updates and calls regularly. If there was anything I didn't like, he was right on top of it (and this is all minor preference changes). Steve said to me, "I will treat your house like it is my own. If I don't like it, it's getting perfected." Let me tell you, he went over every inch with a microscope. He would fix things I didn't even think looked bad and after he made the improvement I could see what he was after and why he wanted to make amazing turn into perfect. With Steve in charge, I didn't have to think twice. He was always one step ahead and like I said, improvements/corrections are minor because the quality of the workmanship is so superior right out of the gate. When I had a bright idea or requested a change (which I did quite often in countless emails-like let me have a dinner here or four plugs instead of two there), Steve was so supportive with getting it handled and change orders processed efficiently. I have never worked with someone who was so invested in a project for my home. He takes pride and I am a believer that he treats my house and my remodel like it was his own. The pictures below do not do the spaces justice, but it gives you an idea of where we are headed. Endless Kitchen and Bath is the best remodel business around. I knew that there was a reason I held on to Scott's card for six years. We were looking into remodeling our Master Bath and getting estimates when we heard about Endless. They were well recommended and located here in Rancho so we wanted to add them to our list of estimates. We decided just to drop in rather than get an appointment and Scott made room in his schedule for us. They had a good selection of tile, fixtures and cabinets in their showroom (right at their office!) to choose from for the estimate. They let us take home numerous samples to help us decide on what we wanted. The cost for our initial design was very good, and we really liked Scott and his team, so we went ahead with them on the remodel. Scott listened to what we wanted and gave us feedback on our design as we worked it out together for the initial estimate. They got us on the schedule quickly, assigned Rob as our project manager and off we went. The demolition went quickly and the Endless team took care to keep the mess contained, protecting our home while they took out and disposed of all the old bathroom fixtures. Rob kept us informed about the schedule of work and any changes that might be coming up. No time was wasted, the workers kept busy during their work hours so as to get the project done on schedule. The workers were also very friendly and we felt comfortable having them in our home. So here is where the fun begins! No remodel is complete without some design changes and material surprises to put a crimp in the schedule. Ours was certainly no exception. We started to "design on the fly," making changes in the tile and the fixtures at the last minute. Endless was very open to us making these changes, discussing the work and giving suggestions of how we wanted it to be done. Some of the changes even occurred after materials had been ordered and shipped. Endless took these changes in stride, being very flexible with our changes even when they were last minute. They were even willing to get something new (outside of their currently offered products) when we asked. Scott and his team worked with their suppliers so that we got what we wanted with minimal extra cost and delay. Our project manager Rob was always in contact with us, or at the job site, when workers were here. Workers were punctual and we would get a call if something changed with the schedule, working out the change to fit our needs and availability. When unforeseen issues arose, they fixed them properly (not just a quick fix). The work was professional from top to bottom, no sloppy work hidden under the finish work, even if it caused delays in the project. We did have an issue with the professionalism and appearance of one of their subcontractors and Endless immediately addressed the issue and corrected it. All of the work was done to the highest standards. The tile work was exceptional. Work was cleaned up every day as construction progressed. They could have had a better "final cleanup," possibly by having a cleaning specialist come in to do a spit shine, before they presented the work to us as complete. It has been about a month now since completion and we are loving our new bathroom! Endless' customer service was top notch from start to finish. Based on the great reviews, we decided to go with Endless Kitchen and Bath to remodel the last bathroom. This year we remodeled the kitchen, tore out all the carpet & replaced with hard wood, put in all new windows, painted the interior and on & on. Just used different contractors and did it all on our own. Which was fine and we're very happy with the results. But, when it came time to do this last bathroom we were tired of dealing with different contractors and spending hours choosing materials & fixtures. We had been "under construction" for nearly 6 months and at this point were exhausted. But, we thought hiring a design company would break the budget. Wrong! Endless Kitchen and Bath was the middle of the 3 estimates we got and the ones we felt the most confidence in and "kinship" with. Our designer, Bob, came to our home and looked around and took lots of pictures (not just of the bath to be remodeled, but other rooms, too) to get a feel for our esthetic. We talked about colors and themes and he understood just where we were going with this room. Next step was a visit to their showroom to choose tile, paint color, etc. Bob had 2-3 choices for everything laid out for us to consider. We could have asked to look at something else, but, Bob really "got us" and it was simple to lay different options out, make decisions and get started. About an hour and we were done with all our selections. So much easier than spending days and weeks haunting every tile and paint store within 20 miles! Chris was assigned as our project manager and he did a great job. We were kept informed every single step of the way - totally great communication.
