When we were looking to remodel our kitchen we got a few quotes; some real low and others sky high. Premium cabinets provided a reasonable quote but what really sold us was their rep Briana. She made sure to answer all of our questions and assured us she would take care of us and hold our hand along the way if needed. It was this attention to customer service that made us trust them. She helped us every step of the way and made us feel like our project mattered and didn't just treat us as another business deal as other cabinet places made us feel. She helped us pick the cabinets, countertop, backsplash and designed it for us. When the project started the people they sent were professional and attentive to detail. David (foremen) knew how to do his job and even cleaned up everyday he left. He took my opinion and made sure I was happy with the kitchen. After a ruptured pipe within our walls flooded our newly remodeled kitchen I was devastated. Our insurance would not pay to fully replace our custom cabinets and I was dead set against using prefabricated ones. Unfortunately we had to accept that replacing our custom cabinets out of pocket was just not in the budget so we did the next best thing. Semi custom cabinets! I called Premium cabinets and Stephen was out here the very next day, he took measurements and we went over what I wanted. Within a few days I received the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised. Once agreed I met with Briana who helped me design an even better kitchen than what I already had and well that one was already great. She really listened to my needs in the kitchen then suggested and gave me some really great ideas and we ended up with the perfect little kitchen! As we all know, there aren't any remodels without some sort of hiccup but Briana was always quick to respond and have it fixed even after they were done. She was an angel through this whole ordeal. My wife and I requested quotes from four different contractors for a kitchen remodel. The first two contractors were very high and did not include the granite top. The third contractor only installs the cabinets and granite, no extra work such as paint, electrical and etc. I came across Premium Cabinets on Yelp and read some of the reviews. Aside from the cabinets and countertop, my wife and I provided a list of extras we needed and Gloria said their team can handle it. Long story short Premium cabinets provided a 3D sketch and a quote which quote was thousands under the other contractors. Also like any renovation, there will be some minor issues but one call to Gloria and it is taken care of. David who is I believe the lead on his team is very skilled has recommended solutions to those issues. After we had a flood in our upstairs we were stuck with remodeling our entire master restroom, kitchen and flooring. I met with close to a dozen contractors to get a quote and overall feel for the person. In the end we decided to chose Stephen. We had a schedule of 3.5 weeks for construction which went slightly over due to and few hiccups. A few extra trips to the supply store was needed for extra material such a tile, but that's not abnormal for a project. My BIGGEST complaint was the lack of communication/organization of Stephens office assistant. She wrote down the incorrect cabinet color, issues with the invoice and did not order specific accessories we wanted installed. I did address with Stephen and he was fair with the resolution. He also was quick to fix. Overall the outcome of our project turned out beautiful! The project was on schedule and we love our "new" home. I would and have recommended him to friends. We came across Premium Cabinets a few months ago when we first started looking into remodeling our kitchen and they were the first contractor we met with. We fell in love with a particular cabinet style that only they carry so after meeting with a few other contractors, we decided to go back to Premium because of the particular cabinet we wanted, quality and cost. Premium Cabinets just finished our kitchen remodel yesterday and we are very pleased with the end result. There were some issues along the way but the owner, Stephen, ensured they were taken care of to our satisfaction. Some of the issues we ran into were: -Invoice didn't match the work agreement price - Stephen honored what was on the work agreement which was $1k less. -Quality of work. Demolition guy didn't do quality work patching up the damaged areas and had to directed by my husband as to what to repair even is there was a hole next to the hole he just repaired. The repairs he made were almost as bad as if it wasn't repaired. Seemed relatively new at the trade or something. He was also the same guy that mounted the handles and knobs which some were misaligned or not level (I notice even if it's slightly off, don't even need a level for me to tell) - we asked Stephen to send someone else to redo the work and he sent a crew the very next morning to correct everything. -Gap between floor tiles and new cabinets - Stephen personally went to a flooring store and found quarter-round molding that would match the cabinet color as close as possible. We didn't want the same demo guy to install the molding since he seemed to lack attention to detail/quality so that was one of the reasons Stephen sent a new crew. End result is a nice, finished look with no gaps and you can't even tell it's not the exact same color. -Final invoice was incorrect but was quickly corrected once I contacted Brianna. -Communications were a little a lacking at the beginning as well. We had to make sure to follow up on emails and calls a couple of times. They are a small business with numerous jobs so we tried to be patient and Stephen was responsive once we notified him of the issues. While there were some issues with the remodel Stephen and Brianna made sure to get them all corrected satisfactorily and within budget still. The new cabinets are so much better than the contractor-grade cabinets we had before and tile (with grout...yuck!) counters. The new quartz countertops are phenomenal! The crew that installed the countertops were also fantastic and did quality work! You can't really beat the price for the quality (solid wood doors, soft close hinges, nicely stained, etc.) of the product but do expect the cabinet boxes and shelving to be MDF. You would have to pay much more for all solid wood cabinetry. Overall, we love the new kitchen and still happy that we went with Premium Cabinets...even if we were a little worried along the way but Stephen fixed all of it and put us at ease so everything is good. read more

Great place to get your cabinets. We were building a pool house/cabana and needed kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity. Contacted Briana and she invited us to the showroom. I had the wall measurements and an idea of what we wanted. We spent about an hour with her as the design came to life thru her 3D computer program. We placed our order one week with an install the following week. This also included quartz countertops. Cabinets went in one day and the countertops went in the next day. The installation crews worked long hours to complete their work. Both crews were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Stephen Johnson, came to the job site prior to work beginning to take final measurements. He also came to the job site both days to check on progress and make sure my wife and I were completely happy. We are very satisfied with quality of product and completely satisfied with quality of installation. We thought Premium Cabinets pricing was fair and all in all this was a very positive experience. Overall our cabinets and countertops came out decent. Attention to detail is lacking. Responses to my questions in the beginning were answered right away, towards the end it was like pulling teeth to get my questions answered. During the installation the workers failed to follow the design and installed the cabinets wrong (was later fixed). Workers screwed the cabinets into the wall using black screws and did not want to cover the holes until I demanded. Backsplash was installed and several areas are not not level. I was given the wrong touch up paint for the cabinets and wasted money on purchasing paint for the baseboards. I was later informed that the cabinet color is new and he doesn't know which color it is and was given several different touch up paints to try, I guess I'll just hope I never need to use them. One of my cabinets that has a built in trashcan still does not close all the way even though they claimed to have fixed it. read more
