The estimator that came in was so friendly and had the coolest name, "Kosmo". The workers did a great job and were very professional!

It always seemed pretty busy place, so it was hard to follow their business rational for the closure. Besides, the staff was always super helpful and friendly. Go figure. So with some trepidation and residual passive/aggressive annoyance, we decided to step into this store. Seems silly I know. But this Williams Sonoma was great. They even had more sales going on then I remembered. And... it was nice to pickup some Fortnum & Mason teas while we were here. Nice!

I have a Delonghi at home and can tell you Breville has nailed this process down. You literally only have to move things around and touch the touch screen, but everything from grinding, tamping and steaming milk is done automatically and the final product is perfect. It only costs $3000 for the machine but if you make at least one latte everyday for a year and 10 days, it pays itself off and is proven to add value to your life! The pumpkin spice syrup from WIlliams & Sonoma is delicious and also sold out. If you have a chance to attend the Breville demo's it's worth it for the knowledge and the amazing latte you get to make and drink! Another associate that helped us was Rita with the cool glasses! We needed help finding a gift for our friend's housewarming party and we were told that the theme of the house was modern plantation in neutral tones. Rita helped us pick the perfect Kitchen-Aid mixer stand with wooden mixing bowl that fits the theme perfectly. The next day we went back and showed her the house we got the gift for and it fit in perfectly. Rita is also a vibe so make sure to find her if you have questions or need someone with great taste to help you find something.

I got in line at the counter (1 of 2 sides). There was one lady being 'helped' ahead of me. A late middle aged woman store associate was helping the one customer. Over the next 10-15 minutes these two ladies chatted. The customer announced she was nit going to make a purchase. Yet they chatted on. The associate even brought the customer behind the counter to view items on the computer, and chatted. The associate did take a second to ask what it was that I needed and I of course let her know I was picking up an online order. She said someone would be able to help me soon, but went back to her social conversation. Ultimately after 10+ minutes of waiting, I interrupted their conversation and asked if there was a way I could get my order. She finally asked another associate if he could get my order. It took about 60 seconds to get my order. The associate went on to bizarrely claim she had done everything she could do to help me get my order. (Huh?) she may have issues. Social interaction as part of the in-person retail experience is terrific. I want retail to succeed. This one associate simply had no common sense or professionalism and does not help the William Sonoma brand nor retail experience.

I was in elementary school at that time so it's been 20+ years. I hope that the years past were warm and kind to him. Now with all of that nostalgia aside, this is a solid Asian market. Plenty of parking and it's off of the busy Nogales. Perfect place to get decorations or other celebratory goods when it's Lunar New Year and when it's not, it's a solid place to get dry goods (snacks, teas, cooking ingredients, dried herbs and medicinal items, etc.). They have fresh foods like produce and fruit too. As well as sauces, dishware, cooking pots and pans, and much more. It's definitely older than the one near the Costco, but I enjoy the warm ambient and nostalgic, busy vibes here.

If I had to pick one, I would recommend coming to this location to better your chance of finding what you're looking for. As I have said with the other T.S. Emporium location, I love coming here for ingredients and herbs that are not typically available at a regular Chinese supermarket. I've been looking for the Double Parrot brand of sago and this T.S. Emporium carries it! I find that this brand makes the best quality of sago so I'll always come back here when I run out.

They have a large selection of dried Chinese herbs, sauces & condiments so it's fun to shop here once in a while. I pointed and said it's just right here if you could just pick one for me and he responded with annoyance and said firmly they DO NOT have cabbages. Usually the staffs sorting the produces are very nice but I guess I hit the wall this time. Don't feel like I am welcomed here and will shop at other local Asian markets from now on!!!!
