It was so much faster than I expected, I didn't think they were going to meet the quoted timeline. :) My parents are very happy with their new kitchen (and that makes me happy as this was my gift to them!). The work quality is exceptional. Li was very professional and talented. He was about to fit a design to an old kitchen floor plan. He always kept me updated on the progress as I was unable to be there while the work was being performed. I would highly recommend this team to my friends and family. Side note: they only redo handle the kitchen remodeling component. You'd have to hire a plumber to refit the pipes and drains.

His pricing is fair, he's incredibly flexible (which I really appreciated since I'm picky about design), and his crew was always clean, and respectful. I had purchased a single quartz slab to use for both the pantry and bathroom counters, and Richard went above and beyond to ensure that not an inch was wasted. In fact, he even surprised us with a cutting board made from the final remnant--such a thoughtful touch that shows how much he cares about delivering value. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. We're so happy with how our pantry turned out--it looks like it belongs on a HGTV design show.

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

Loved the computer generated images we were shown to help us make our decisions because we could see what it would look like. We are very pleased with the final product of the redone foyer, gutted kitchen project, work on a spare room, painting, and even installation of doors. My favorite part is the wood work in the foyer, it's absolutely stunning. Of course there are snafus with any project but we did feel supported by the Apex team to make things correct and have a beautiful end project that my family and I are currently loving and appreciating. We would highly recommend the Apex team!

Sam, one of the owners, gave me reasonable quotes (I got more than one to compare). He was friendly and patient. Their work was of the highest quality and on time. I had him re-carpet my floors; install laminate in my kitchen, family room and hallway; and replace my old tile counter with quartz (It's beautiful!!!). The workers were professional, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up well when they finished. I would highly recommend this business for any home upgrade.

I strongly dislike giving reviews lower than three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than…read moretwo stars here, and I should only give 1 star-. My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.

If you're looking for an UPSCALE, CLASSY, ELEGANT bathroom, look no further. I have wanted to remodel my Guest Bathroom for years!! Last year, I googled Maestro Bath, as well as several other kitchen and bath showrooms. Maestro Bath had RAVING REVIEWS!!! First, i went to the other showrooms, and they had more kitchen displays, which is not what i wanted. I finally made it to Maestro's showroom, and WOW!!!!!!! To say i was BEYOND IMPRESSED, is the understatement of the century!!! Let's just say i wanted EVERYTHING in their elegant showroom! Their displays and layouts are beyond imaginable. I knew right away Maestro is where i wanted to purchase everything for my guest bathroom. This year i was finally ready for the remodel, and went straight to Maestro Bath. Ramin and the STUNNING and SUPER SWEET Cristina were so helpful in helping me with my remodel - from START to FINISH!!! Their customer service is amazing!!! Cristina and Ramin both gave me their cell phone numbers, as well, and this was AFTER my purchases!! Because i was alone in making all my decisions, quite frequently i would text Cristina for her advice on the decision-making process - from sending her pictures of my shower wall tile - which, sadly i purchased from Floor and Decor - big mistake on my part. I should've gone with Maestro's gorgeous slabs. Oh well, even though i didn't purchase my tile from them, both Cristina and Ramin would look through my many selections that i took photos of, and then text them, and they were kind enough to give me their input. Thus, i would have to say that not only their displays are outstanding, but their customer service is outstanding and exceptional, as well. This is what i purchased from them, having seen it on display in their showroom: VESSEL ALL SOLID CRYSTAL SINK -- FROM ITALY THE GORGEOUS VANITY, WHICH HAS A DRAWER THE MATCHING MIRROR with FRAME that matches the front of the vanity ALL GORGEOUS POLISHED SILVER FAUCET - WITH SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS (it looks amazing). They have the gorgeous gold on display, but i needed the polished silver to match my floors Then, I went on to buy the matching silver toilet paper holder, the towel rack, the small towel holder - ALL with the same GORGEOUS MATCHING SWAROVSKI crystals. I then proceeded to buy the polished silver hand wand, rain shower head, hot and cold things (with matching Swarovski crystals inlayed). All are from Italy - (Don't ya just love everything italian???) !! OY - I'm sooo in love with my bathroom. i wish i could sleep with it!!! LOL Ok - here are the before/after photos - get ready to drool!!!!
