I can't say enough about MAESTRO BATH in Laguna Hlls, CA!!!! I don't write too many reviews, as they are quite time-consuming; however, i just had to take the time to do this because i am so impressed. If you're looking for an UPSCALE, CLASSY, ELEGANT bathroom, look no further. I have wanted to remodel my Guest Bathroom for years!! Last year, I googled Maestro Bath, as well as several other kitchen and bath showrooms. Maestro Bath had RAVING REVIEWS!!! First, i went to the other showrooms, and they had more kitchen displays, which is not what i wanted. I finally made it to Maestro's showroom, and WOW!!!!!!! To say i was BEYOND IMPRESSED, is the understatement of the century!!! Let's just say i wanted EVERYTHING in their elegant showroom! Their displays and layouts are beyond imaginable. I knew right away Maestro is where i wanted to purchase everything for my guest bathroom. This year i was finally ready for the remodel, and went straight to Maestro Bath. Ramin and the STUNNING and SUPER SWEET Cristina were so helpful in helping me with my remodel - from START to FINISH!!! Their customer service is amazing!!! Cristina and Ramin both gave me their cell phone numbers, as well, and this was AFTER my purchases!! Because i was alone in making all my decisions, quite frequently i would text Cristina for her advice on the decision-making process - from sending her pictures of my shower wall tile - which, sadly i purchased from Floor and Decor - big mistake on my part. I should've gone with Maestro's gorgeous slabs. Oh well, even though i didn't purchase my tile from them, both Cristina and Ramin would look through my many selections that i took photos of, and then text them, and they were kind enough to give me their input. Thus, i would have to say that not only their displays are outstanding, but their customer service is outstanding and exceptional, as well. This is what i purchased from them, having seen it on display in their showroom: VESSEL ALL SOLID CRYSTAL SINK -- FROM ITALY THE GORGEOUS VANITY, WHICH HAS A DRAWER THE MATCHING MIRROR with FRAME that matches the front of the vanity ALL GORGEOUS POLISHED SILVER FAUCET - WITH SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS (it looks amazing). They have the gorgeous gold on display, but i needed the polished silver to match my floors Then, I went on to buy the matching silver toilet paper holder, the towel rack, the small towel holder - ALL with the same GORGEOUS MATCHING SWAROVSKI crystals. I then proceeded to buy the polished silver hand wand, rain shower head, hot and cold things (with matching Swarovski crystals inlayed). All are from Italy - (Don't ya just love everything italian???) !! OY - I'm sooo in love with my bathroom. i wish i could sleep with it!!! Maestro Bath saved the day! While it did take a long time to get what I needed, Cristina at Maestro stayed in contact. And when she found out we hadn't received any response from the case she setup, she immediately involved her manager. They were amazing! They setup a video call and then called Italy later that same night. They got the rough in valve fast tracked and we had it in a little over a week! The entire time it felt like they truly cared about the end result. And when we had a follow up question regarding the face plate, Cristina setup another call with herself and Rami, the support manager, to answer my questions. They were kind and always friendly - my situation was unusual and I now know they did their best for me! And the products are amazing, the quality is better than anything else we've ever purchased and we are thrilled with them. If you want beautiful and the best, I can definitely recommend Maestro Bath. I recently purchased the Jar Dual chrome kitchen faucet and could not be more happy with the product and customer service experience. MaestroBath does not have showrooms near where I live and I was reluctant to purchase a faucet online. However, after calling Maestrobath and speaking with customer service at some length (very patient people), I ordered the Jar Dual. In fact, I was torn between another MaestroBath kitchen faucet and the company offered to allow me to purchase both and return with free shipping the one I did not want. The credit reimbursement for the returned faucet happened within days. The Jar Dual is beautiful and works well with my modern kitchen, though I could see it working just as well with a transitional style. The sprayer is appropriately powerful and easy to grasp. I called about some faucets on the website because the cool faucets I actually wanted were out of stock from Kohler (Karbon) for two to three months, so I talk to a sales guy, and tell him we are building a house and need a couple of faucets, very contemporary. I sent him a picture to give him an idea, and also asked if he had any sinks, since I was about to order two for my master as well. An hour later I get a call from a guy who says he is the President and he would be "honored' to come out, trade publicity for deep discounts, look at the project - he lays it on SO THICK. SEP the guy's name, turns out is only in business a year, is really an engineer from Yahoo, gets to the construction site and tries to upsell THOUSANDS of Dollars of merchandise, turns the front of the car into a GARAGE sale of sinks and faucets when he said don't worry about price, he really wanted an opportunity to showcase his products in our estate - this kid shyster was really just looking to sell door to door...certainly not worth the price point he was looking for.
