Yep, This store closed a couple years ago. Too bad, I loved shopping there. My wife and I would shop there on a regular basis.

Your employees are rude, unhelpful and come off as racist because we don't look like your typical clientele. They were sure fine helping the customers in front of as they just wordlessly stared at my friend and I as we walked around browsing, looking to spend money. One girl even had the audacity to make eye contact with me and stare me down with no acknowledgement as she continued her personal conversation with her co-worker. Would never return to support this company and your overpriced junk. Just read through all their reviews as this is only the second time I've been inside their store and apparently they do have an issue with racist employees! Can't believe this hasn't been addressed by corporate, it's mind blowing! read more

We love shopping at Williams-Sonoma, but preferably when they're having a sale. Their products and selection of everything from knives, to Nespresso coffee makers, to cook books, to seasonal dinning settings, to delicious cooking mixes and even Teas, are outstanding. But $29.95 for a tin of loose Fortnum & Mason Breakfast Tea might seem... a bit much. That is until you check Amazon and see they're less expensive. Nice! We have been in this store a dozen times and everyone is friendly and helpful. They are currently offering samples of Illy Coffee and their prices are reasonable. On this visit, I got away with spending less than $100, but just barely. LOL read more

A wonderful kitchen store and there is always something that you simply have to take home with you. If only I had a larger car, I would take loads more .... I particularly love all those rubber spatulas that are so useful for scraping the brownie/cake bowl so I don't have to use my tongue and fingers! It is like a treasure chest - you don't see much but then you lift the lid (open door) and then dive in. The staff are always happy to talk about kitchen gadgets, which is just great. I could spend a fortune in here. We were browsing around the store and Becca (super friendly and funny) offered my husband and I a coffee from the machine they were demonstrating - so we were both happy! I'm not one for buying fancy food (pre made mixes, boxed, cookies etc) but Williams Sonoma has an excellent selection that are all fabulous! My husband loves the selection of BBQ sauces! read more

I worked with Patricia and she had already set aside several choices we had discussed on the phone. I was very happy with the excellent service by Patricia and every staff they were welcoming and professional. This store was very nice and I commend the staff. I recommend "0" stars. Eww, this is not going to be good... Health Department issue, customer service complaints. - Food knowingly being sold well past the expiration date. - The impolite manager "Robin" said with unpleasant forceful tone that it wasn't against the law to sell expired food. The company say's otherwise, but so far hasn't helped me. - 3 perishable food items were sold; two not dated, one almost two months past expiration date. - No offer of exchange or return was made. Instead they put me on hold for ten minutes or so. Called 2 complaint lines, three people and none could do anything to remedy the situation. Question.. did this really have to take an hour of my time? By the time this primary compliant is resolved, how much more of my time? - Even though I was willing to drive 30 minutes both ways in holiday traffic to exchange products/return, the curt woman manager was not receptive/responsive to it. - This is a food establishment. This WS Temecula store does not care one iota for public health. It's grotesque treatment. I have a feeling, the discourteous manager wasn't going to check the other tins for exchange because she knows they are all expired 9 ( just speculating). Contacted he company and filed a case. Soon, maybe within a week or so, we'll see how this company responded. In the meantime if you buy perishable food from Williams Sonoma companies - Pottery Barn, West Elm, Grandin Road, Rejuvenation, check cleanliness of store, and expirations dates. I sure would it if someone went to the ER because they bought spoiled food Christmas foods. Having said that... the customer swerve at World Market is fabulous. Great food gifts, and fun Christmas decor. They are located a couple of blocks from William Sonoma. As far as food expiration dates, I have never a problem there. Today went in looking for a filter for my current jura and the lady looks where the filters would be and stays behind the counter not saying anything. I absolutely love to cook and with that comes my love for kitchen gadgets. In fact, I can tell you that when I first moved into my house, my kitchen was fully equipped than the rest of the house. I love that Williams Sonoma also offers classes, such as cooking classes, vanilla tasting classes, and classes to prepare you for the holidays. It's usually on Sundays, which helps since most of us are too occupied with our lives to make it to the weekday ones. I come here a lot and oogle at all the new gadgets. I got my husband a Nespresso machine from here so I like to come in to see if there's any new flavors or gadgets to go with the nespresso machine. We came in here this past weekend for some spices for our apple cider. William Sonoma sells a mulling spice that you can use in your apple cider as well as in wine. I also bought a big contain of cinnamon sticks here since I love the container and can be reused. They had the unfiltered apple cider for $22, making about a gallon but I decided to just juice my own apple cider instead. The staff were making croissants and offered me some, it was to die for. I love that they inspire us cooks to bake like that. You have the option of having your receipt emailed to you so you can save some paper. Personally, I prefer it that way. Of course asking for the catalog is also dangerous, it seems like I'll be back here to spend quite a bit more money for Thanksgiving baking. read more

Very disappointed with Williams-Sonoma, I've spent thousands over the years at this store. I purchased a Le Creuset 10" skillet, two days later I changed my mind and went to return the skillet and was informed if was a sale item and couldn't be returned, I was not informed it was non- returnable, it did however state it on the receipt, which I had to purchase it to find that out. Asked to speak to the manager, see apparently has no power to do anything, not very good customer service, I'm afraid all my future purchases will be on Amazon, I try to buy local and support our storefront businesses, they seem to want you to buy on line, that's ok , returns are even easier with Amazon and the prices are better. I visited the store Friday march the 1st. My sister was looking at a vitamix blender. I mentioned to her that I had purchased one on Craigslist, just then a saleswoman asked me if it was stolen! Talk about rude and racist comment. Maybe the salespeople aren't used to Hispanics coming into the store especially since it seems empty all the time. I visited this location on Sunday 04/10/22, as I entered the store there was no one in the front of the store. A few minutes later as I was browsing one lady asked if I needed help and then stood at the front of the store. As I continued to browse, I was followed by the 2 ladies that were in the store. The one lady in the red dress followed me all throughout the store. The First Lady that greeted me also followed me. No one else was being followed In the store but me. I even walked around the store again just to make sure that I wasn't overreacting, I was absolutely correct I was being followed. I was disappointed at the behavior of these store employees. I ordered a La Creuset cookware set last year November 22, 2020. They were running a deal on this set at the time. Still hasn't came! As of today, I called and they told me it was now discontinued..?? It never happened how could it discontinue?? You took my money in and out of my account over 5 times. One of the worst places to be if you love to cook and have a few bucks of disposable income. They sell $30 vegetable peelers, and the crazy thing is that you'll actually try to reason with yourself to BUY that thing knowing full well that you have 2 peelers at home already. By they way, they also sell cheaper peelers too. Whenever I'm here, I'm always looking for deals on copper cookware. It's rarely on sale to begin with at any of their locations, and I've never come across a markdown here yet. But that's not the only thing I look for. The store is just a great place to browse. I try my best to keep my visits short. My last actual purchase was of a set of Star Wars cooking utensils. I'm never going to cook with them, but they do satisfy the inner nerd in me. I love this store. Many a book, sauce, gadget has been purchased from this particular store. Today we went in looking for a juicer. We have hundreds of oranges on our trees at home, and there's only so many you can give away, so we are going to make juice and orange marmalade. Really nice store for your kitchen needs. High quality and slightly overpriced. If you buy here, either shop the sales or your bank account is 8 figures and it really doesn't matter. There are other retailers with the same merchandise for considerably less. I'm not cheap, but I am frugal when it comes to buying something that is an investment. The staff here is....different. Sometimes you run into someone pleasant, simply asks if they can help and let them know if I need anything, and others...well they shouldn't be in retail. I love the merchandise here beyond all reason. My husband would prefer a gift from here over almost anyplace else and we shop here several times a month. I'm not sure why there are problems every single time we check out. The last three times I've been here we've been overcharged and had to return to get a refund. Today I noticed we were overcharged before we left the store and it was a painful, laborious process to fix the error (again) even though we hadn't left the store. Particularly irritating is that I told the employee that the total seemed too high and she guaranteed me it was correct. Once I saw the receipt I pointed out the overcharge and began the extremely drawn out process to get the refund for their error. I'm not sure I have the tenacity to continue to shop here. read more

I returned some dishes a week after the 30 days to get refunded at the store in Temecula. What a nightmare it has been!! The dishes were purchased online in the temecula store by the sales rep. When I called customer service she said I could return for refund on my card. She told me to tell the store that is what I wanted. I did this and a week later I got a gift card for the refund instead. I called customer service and they said it was after the 30'days. I didn't see anything on my order confirmation about that policy but they said it's on a link??? I complained and Darlene said she would make a request for a one time exception. To put the money back on my bank card. A week later I had to call and Kendra put me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me I have to have the gift card not money back on card!!! Kendra said if I go to the store again and they call maybe I can get the refund to my card. Why do I have to do all the foot work phone calls. It has been 2 weeks since the return of the dishes. This is horrible service. 4 weeks later. The manager Shannon finally took charge and said that customer service will not give me my money back. She made a special decision and took the merchandise card from me at the store and gave me cash!! The right thing to do but should have been done 3 weeks ago. There Return policy is bad!! If you get a gift without the gift receipt you can only exchange it the day you receive it!!!! ThTs crazy. Beware of the returns!!! read more

Serious customer service issues. I came in here with my friend and little sister. We browsed the store and walked to the front to browse the mugs. As soon as we stepped in front of the coffee machine a VERY rude women (with an awful hair cut may I add) in her forties immediately came up to us asking if we had any questions. My sister asked if they had hot chocolate and she said, "No, any questions about the coffee machine?" Once again very condescendingly for about the fourth time. She made our experience so awkward and hovered over us the whole time. If you're trying to help customers hovering them and being rude isn't very accommodating. Obviously she thought we weren't buying anything and decided to make the atmosphere so unenjoyable. When we checked out she was very short and rude and even more so when I said I didn't want to give my email. Um, no thanks I'm not giving you an email with your attitude! Shannon was great and has made me a customer for life. I went in looking for a juicer and she was very helpful. She showed me all of the models and I chose a Hurom Elite. We ordered it online because there wasn't one in stock and when it arrived to my house it was damaged. I called and Shannon told me to come in and she would send it back for me. I asked if she could expedite it and she said she couldn't but offered to let me borrow one of the models she used as a demo in the store until mine arrived. It was a different model but because I had already bought so much produce that I didn't want to go to waste, I accepted her kind offer. I brought it home and used it for a week while a new Hurom was being shipped to me. When it arrived I noticed that it didn't really compare to the Kuvings model I was allowed to borrow. I went back into the store a week later to buy a mandoline and Shannon remembered me by name and asked me how the juicer was. I told her that the juice output was very low and she offered to send it back for me (again) and order me another model. The thing is I wasn't going to complain about my model but I really was disappointed with it and when she let offered to exchange it for the model I liked, it really made my day. I wasn't expecting that. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases, remembered my name and even let me borrow one of their juicers---something she definitely didn't have to do but I'm glad she did because now I have a juicer I won't regret spending so much money on. read more

This is the way customer service should be!!! Me and my sister just wanted to browse around and look for some appliances... We really had no intentions on buying that day. Then the best time I've had in a home appliance store began! RICHARD came over to show us how the coffee machine worked, and he made both me and my sister a cup of coffee exactly how we wanted it. We laughed the whole time and he had great energy! It was like hanging out with a best friend we hadn't seen in awhile. He was very attentive, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgable. And since me and my sister had such a great time, we both plan on buying all of our appliances from here!
