I should have updated this months ago. After submitting my review, we were contacted and a serviceman was dispatched out to our house with the much needed screws. We were happy to of gotten the piece installed as quickly as it was and of course the serviceman was very friendly. He did however remind us that he was not far and all we had to do was call him. I explained that I did call but was told it was going to cost us. In any case, it shouldn't take a review to get good service to begin with. read more

The Pacific Sales delivery service (Summit Delivery) drove their truck into my gate and destroyed the post, the gate controller, and the electronic eye causing about $5k worth of damage. Pacific Sales sent me to Best Buy to submit a claim. After doing so, they sent me to their insurance company who passed it off to the delivery company. After sending all the claim info to the delivery service and after about 6 weeks the delivery service sent me to their insurance company. I then sent the claim info to their insurance co (Kemper). After weeks of back and forth they've now sent me to a different representative with Kemper. Obviously, Pacific Sales washed their hands of it when it was passed to their insurance company. Sadly, Pacific Sales offers zero support. They made their sale. read more

I purchased the 2nd Miele Stove top from Temecula Pacific sales. I also have the extended warranty. For 6 months I am waiting for repairs. Miele just picked up my second Stove top for a third time. My issue is with Technical Support from Pacific Sales and Best Buy. They do not have same system and do not talk to each other but are under one roof and Geek Squad.
