I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.

It can be a bit overwhelming with all the stuff everywhere, but it's pretty organized. I love that this is a mom & pop shop, I'm happy to support them. The staff made sure we purchased everything needed along with the LVP. We were purchasing enough for more than 2,000 square feet so it took us 3 trips to pick it all up. It was great that we were given that option. Since we saw that we'd do a few more projects in the future we decided to open a card and get the promotional discount for doing so. We let the staff member know we were both educators and she was super helpful. We felt the value we paid for what we purchased was spot on. While we were waiting for our items to be brought around back to the loading zone we looked around for our future home projects. The loading staff was awesome. They made sure to load everything for us quickly and made sure they stacked it safely into our SUV each trip we took to pick up all of our items. I have purchased several major appliances through Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath, Temecula, CA over the years. I always go back, outstanding service, price range of items, availability. I went in as they opened January, 11, 2019. I have a washer that was in the process of being repaired, waiting on part from manufacturer, anyway was going into second week, decided, just get another, new washer. Wife and I already knew what we wanted, top loader, basic. Interested in a MAYTAG based on reading reviews on that washer. I was asked if I needed any help by Cameron Bell. Myself and my wife, I believe just about every purchase, we have dealt with Cameron. Very nice, knowledgeable, gets you through the process, answers questions on best appliance for our needs. I had my washer picked out, arrangments to deliver, Cameron advised I could use my BestBuy card, which I did not know. This particular point is extremely helpful, as I am Federal Law Enforcement K-9 Officer, currently not recieving pay because of shutdown. I was able to use my BestBuy card and do interest free for 18 months. I was in and out of the store in under 15 minutes. Fast, efficient, no BS. Cameron even went further and ensured I recieved Military/Veteran discount. (U.S. Army 6yrs active duty). Pacific Sales Kitchen and Bath-Temecula should be proud to have people working for them like Cameron. I rarely write reviews. Cameron's work ethic, performance, knowledge, is why I am commending him in writing this review. My wife and I will always go back to Pacific Sales for future purchases! read more

My husband & I recently had a great experience in the Temecula PacSales. We walked into the store 45 minutes before closing. First we met Pearl in kitchen appliances. Pearl spent a lot of time with us showing all the microwave options. We'd never considered the drop down microwave door & fell in love with the concept but the store display model was too basic. Pearl introduced us to Devon who was fantastically helpful in plumbing as well. We ended up staying past closing time & did not feel rushed to pick out everything needed for the kitchen remodel. Devin showed us a Kohler pot filler that I flipped for & gave us the pro/cons of the garbage disposers. Both Pearl & Devin were knowledgeable in their respective areas & went above and beyond to provide great customer service. For example, Pearl called the next day with additional black stainless steel options in microwaves & provided over the phone specs for built in refrigerator so electrical/water could be installed. The next day we went back to the store to finalize the purchase. Pearl handled our few last questions & Devin assisted by showing/discussing cabinet handle options. Went into the store very upset, my dishwasher stopped working correctly after only 3 1/2years and the service company of who I have a plan with had been no help at all! I could never get through every time I called, so I decidedly to go back to pacific sales where I purchased my dishwasher as they were very helpful with the purchase. I go in and immediately ask for the store manager but I was told he wasn't in?! The young woman proceeded to ask me what I needed help with as she might be able to assist me, she let me know that she has dealt with similar issues to mine before and assured me that she would get everything situated, she got my purchase information and contact info and let me know that someone will contact me for service and that she would contact me as soon as she hears something and gave me her business card if I needed to reach her. The next day I got a call from her and he service company, they arranged an appointment with me and have fixed my dishwasher! Five Stars My wife and I recently purchased a new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Temecula, and we couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service we received. Janette, Travis, and Tony were fantastic to work with. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of several different refrigerator models. At no point did we feel pressured into buying a more expensive appliance or a particular brand. Their goal was clearly to help us find the best refrigerator for our family. They answered every question, provided honest recommendations, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is becoming rare, and these three employees deserve recognition for the way they treat their customers. So our Maytag dishwasher finally died so my wife and I wanted a new one that was quiet and dependable. We decided on a Bosch 800 series due to great reviews. We looked at the usual, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Best Buy. Not a great selection at any of those so we thought we'd try Pacific Sales. Last time we looked all they had was very high end appliances but we decided to check them out anyways. Our salesman, Cameron Bell, was extremely helpful with showing us the different models of dishwashers and and the prices. Since my wife wanted black stainless steel instead of the regular stainless we have now we looked at other appliances in black. We ended up buying stove,fridge, and microwave to match dishwasher. Cameron was very patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. We even changed our minds on the fridge size. 22 cu.ft. to 28. He helped us with that too the next day. We were looking into replacing our 18 year old 48" Thermador Professional range and our built in refrigerator. After doing a lot of research online, we ended up working with Alexandra from BestBuy, which happens to own Pacific Sales. We met with Alexandra and also worked with Dan and Mary at Pacific Sales in Temecula, to fine tune, and pick the brands and models that we wanted. Their knowledge and expertise was impressive. We quickly narrowed down our choices and decided on a package of Thermador appliances. Dan itemized and wrote everything up for us, as we worked with Mary to qualify for 18 months of 0% interest financing. She was very helpful and helped us get through this process seamlessly. Once we qualified, and signed the paperwork, Dan explained to us the rest of the process in detail. Our refrigerator broke suddenly on one busy Saturday before Christmas. We had a million things to do and could not imagine getting through the holidays without a fridge. So we very hurriedly went down to Pacific Sales, bought one, and were delighted that they said they wold be able to deliver it the next day. But once it was in our kitchen, we realized how it was just the wrong size. The scale was totally out of proportion. It was so large, it stuck out into our already narrow kitchen. We tried to adjust, hoping that if we lived with it for a while we would get used to it. But that was not the case. So, in early January we went back and asked it we could exchange it. We were so happy when our salesman, Jeff Claude, said yes! They are delving the new refrigerator, which will fit so much better in our kitchen, tomorrow. And we couldn't be happier. We bought a new washer/dryer set at Pacific Sales. The experience in the store was great. They gave us great info on the different types of sets and gave us a great price. It even came with free delivery and installation. This is where it all goes bad. The delivery company ( a sublet by pac Sales) installed the washer leaving a small leak in the outlet hose. By the way we bought new hose from pac Sales at the time of purchase. The leak went undiscovered of a day. We found it the next morning we we notice our wood floor had buckled up. Pacific Sales and the installation company , after 5 weeks of a run around process said " they are not responsible and that they denied any blame. We are very disappointed in Pacific Sales and their customer care. Don't allow them to ever install anything ever. read more

I was in the store twice prior to this past Friday wherein Charlotte assisted me with purchasing a Kitchenaid Refrigerator and Microwave and set up next day delivery. After my purchase, we talked about the Kitchenaid stovetop that was on sale and decided to purchase this one as well. Since I did not elect to have the Microwave and Stovetop installed, initially, I later called the store and she assisted with setting up a Sunday installation of the Microwave and Stovetop. We recently just picked out our entire Kitchen package here with Charlotte! I honestly hate going shopping for appliances because there are so many choices and most places are super pushy to make sales. Pacific Sales is not like this, Charlotte is especially not like this! Charlotte was so knowledgable and gave her honest opinion when we asked questions. Another Amazing experience at Pacific Sales!!! Cameron this morning showed me around the appliance section and guided me to an incredible deal on a stove! (July 4th sales) I've needed to make purchases 4 times and have never once felt rushed or hurried...in fact just the opposite...I've been told repeatedly to take my time. Previously, Gus and Devin were super helpful with all my bathroom sinks, toilets and fixtures. We first went to your store to look at appliances to purchase, Alyssa explained everything to us clearly covering financing options and warranties. We then went over to a Big Box store to compare. when asked about the warranty at the Big Box store we were given a pamphlet and were told the pamphlet described what is covered. Got to the store at 9:58 am, didn't take long for them to open the door at exactly 10 am, and greeted us a "Good morning". We looked around a bit, when we were ready, Dan was there to answer our questions. We told him, we were there to purchase a stove top... it was pretty easy after that. Dan answered all our questions. Made two trips to Pacific Sales at the recommendation of my designer/decorator. Charlotte was extremely helpful on both occasions and helped me pick out the appliances that were perfect for my remodel. Devin also was extremely help with sinks/faucets. Even though my sales transaction went right into and beyond their closing time, Janette was also patient with me in finishing all of the paperwork, and we finished everything. This is the first time I've purchased anything at Pacific Sales, but it certainly won't be my last. I'll be back for the sink/faucet and then, hopefully, will work on remodeling my bathrooms next! I don't normally do reviews but my experience at Pacific Sales was amazing! They are doing by appointment only as they explained over the phone and gave me an idea of what that in store appointment would look like beforehand which I appreciated. They had someone to greet me at the door and I was impressed with all of the precautions they are taking due to covid, everything was clean, they all wore mask and there was hand sanitizer at the door. My sales person was extremely knowledgeable and everyone was so nice from beginning to end, I got plenty of information and look forward finishing my shopping once my home is complete. There are a lot of samples on display in their small show room. Not sure how big their warehouse is. What I can say is the service for what we were looking for was great. The woman who helped us was super friendly, very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. You can take tile samples home with you, based on the honor system (free). The tile we did end up ordering was in stock and fairly priced. We only discovered there was a Daltile in our area after we purchased floor tile (the big job) from Lowes. While I'm happy with the floor tile we went with, I think the Daltile staff would have been a great resource for ideas and advice.

Now I understand why when reading reviews online contractors complain about getting tile from big…read morebox stores and say they recommend clients get their tile from mom and pop shops or stores like Daltile. I wasn't sure how the experience was going to be but Teresa helped me and ended being so nice. I thought they closed on 5pm and came around 3:30pm. She didn't rush me at all. She even stayed past their closing time of 4pm to finish helping me. She went out of her way to see what was stock so that I wouldn't have to wait too long if I decided to go with a particular tile. Shoutout to Teresa. They also do work off the honor system and let you take samples home with you if they have it in store. If they don't, they will order the samples and it takes a few days to deliver to your house. I can see why contractors would send their clients here. There's a more personal touch and kind of ease to finding the right tile for your home. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service and also the selection they have. I am replacing my entire downstairs flooring due to water damage. I had bamboo hardwood flooring which i honestly would never get again due to it being so high maintenance. We didn't want to risk having issues with moisture or and buckling. So we are redoing our entire downstairs in tile. Since I do still have the bamboo hardwood on the stairs and upstairs. I was looking for a stone looking tile but not one that looked like the concrete under my flooring. I couldn't find anything I liked at Lowe's, Home Depot or floor and decor and decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did. Teresa even printed me a quote and I was surprised that some of the tile was pretty affordable and competitively priced. I wished I would've known about this place before my bathroom remodel. Definitely recommend checking daltile out for your tile needs.

Called back and was told they could not help me and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Called them. Wont send a new ignitor until I remove the panel and check the wiring connections myself. So if your going to buy an expensive grill at this establishment beware that if it fails they have no customer service. Your on your own.

It has 2 weeks and nothing has gotten delivered, they said it was the manufactures fault and there is nothing they can do. I called to ask for a cancellation and they said that I have a signed contract with "all sales final" on the contract also states 1 week delivery. They always "guarantee" that the items will be there and it seems they have done this to other people in the past.

I called The Appliance Showroom, spoke to Larry told him what was important to me (basic and simple to operate) in a new stove, headed to store and he had 2 options (among many fancier choices) preselected, a Frigidaire that fit my wishes perfectly at a fair & competitive price. There was a product recall on this stove that was taken care if before it was delivered to me. Delivery & installation went smoothly. The ring worked just fine and did not rust through like some companies have mentioned online but when I decided to upgrade from our original lava rocks to fire glass it was time to go with a stainless fire ring. I had my eyes on Starfire direct for a few years now until I decided it was time to upgrade the fire pit. I emailed Starfire direct with some questions and in less than 24 hours Mari M responded and answered all my questions. Mari was very professional and knows her products, she had excellent communication as I had a few other questions. I ended up purchasing the fire ring and I could not be happier. It looks very well made and the flames it produces are just what I was hoping for. I also believe the flames are a little better as the holes are staggered where my original was just on the top in a straight line.
