I recently had Pure Cabinets install new kitchen cabinets and a beautiful countertop, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Heidi, the owner, has clearly built an exceptional team that is easy to work with and consistently delivers high-quality results. She is very hands-on and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the project.  I especially want to highlight Jai, Joseph, and EV Granites. They all far exceeded my expectations. Jai, the project coordinator, was fantastic. She answered every question promptly, quickly arranged for a replacement part that was damaged during shipping, and stayed on top of every surprise that came up during demolition. She always provided clear options and kept the project moving smoothly. Joseph installed the cabinets at an impressive pace while maintaining exceptional quality. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even reinstalled a few cabinets (which meant redoing the work) to ensure everything was perfectly level. The final result speaks for itself. EV Granites did an amazing job with the countertop. They measured everything with precision, created perfect templates, and made excellent use of every inch of the granite slabs. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently to get the project completed quickly. The entire project was wrapped up in just a couple of weeks, which completely surprised me. I had been worried because similar projects often take months. When Heidi and Jai first shared the timeline, I was skeptical (as contractors often overpromise), but Pure Cabinets did the opposite. They beat their already aggressive timeline. It was a refreshing experience.  I wish I could find a general contractor with the same level of professionalism, reliability, and customer focus. This is an amazing company filled with nice people who truly put the customer at the center of everything they do. I couldn't be happier with the final result. We are very happy we chose Pure Cabinets for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Our small kitchen had a poor layout and lacked storage. Yuval and Heidi came to the house and took expert measurements. Heidi gave us great ideas for layout and then Jai created an awesome 3D design that worked for us. We chose the European collection cabinets with Cambria Brittanica Warm quartz countertops and backsplash. Jai added more cabinets and a pull out pantry that gave us the storage space we wanted. Their showroom had the same cabinets and countertops we wanted and were able to see the products and not just select from a catalog. We had many questions during the process and Jai, Marlene and Heidi were super helpful and quick to respond, every time. We were so happy with the process and the prices, we decided to add our two bathrooms to the upgrade! Heidi and Jai were great in adding on the other rooms and again we were happy with the design and layout. Marlene was great in locating our material and coordinating the installs. The installation process was great. Our cabinet installer Raul did an amazing job on all three rooms. He made sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with the results. Everyone at Pure cabinets was extremely responsive and helpful to our needs during our kitchen remodel. One day after we requested a quote, Heidi came out to see our place and take measurements. We got along so well we didn't need another quote. Their pricing is also competitive and fair. The product is all high quality solid wood construction and soft close doors. We had a few mishaps, and they responded immediately. For example, we accidentally drilled the incorrect holes for one of the doors and they sent a back up door. We got quotes from 3 other places and Pure cabinets was the best by a long shot. We purchased a home that was mostly all original and what was nice in 1995 is definitely out of style now! 8 have posted pictures of before and after so you can see the difference! We are still renovating and are aware we are missing shutters and such! Pure cabinets comes out to measure the dimensions of your space and gets a feel for what you are trying to do. They will then come back with a 3d rendering that gives you a very good idea of what the finished product will look like. I will try and post that rendering below, as I need to dig thru some emails. Once you ok the rendering you basically sit back and wait for the install date. Carlos on her team does the cabinet install and he is all business. He gets the job done and does great work! We had our backsplash done as well and Mel on her team did a great job! We also had our quartz countertops done by Celia on her team and they came out amazing. You will mostly be dealing with Heidi for the project who is great to talk to! Super energetic and always easy to get a hold of. While we are still not done with the renovations on our home I can say without a doubt our kitchen looks great and we are able to at least invite some guests over to have dinner in style!
