JJ home renovations remodeled our main bathroom, and did an amazing job! The crew arrived on time every day, worked a full day , and their workmanship exceeded anything I could have imagined. Everyone took great pride in their work and paid attention to every detail. The owner was always available to answer questions and stopped by every day to make sure everything was going as planned. Daniel and his team are amazing! Getting a quote was straightforward and honest; he seemed like he actually wanted to improve our home compared to other contractors that just try to nickel-and-dime you on anything possible. Because Daniel has a large and experienced team, the actual construction process went super smoothly and finished right on time - from the quick and clean demolition, all the way to putting together the finishing touches. During the entire process, Daniel was super accommodating to all our questions/adjustments, and he also provided thoughtful suggestions we ended up going with (he went above and beyond in making sure our kitchen design/layout became a reality). Starting a home renovation project made us nervous at first, but Daniel's expertise and exceptional project management really made us feel at ease that our home was in good hands and we couldn't be happier with the results. read more

We are obsessed with our renovation! Daniel came by probably 4 times leading up to the construction because I kept asking for different quotes and he was kind and professional and an expert. He and his team knocked down our wall dividing our living room and put in a support beam. They laid tile and painted nearly the whole house. And the price was very reasonable. And if there was any spot missed or something we wanted different, the team accommodated our requests without making us feel bad or picky. His employees are very professional and prompt as well. I definitely recommend JJ Home Reno! read more

In March, JJ renovations completed a remodel of my small upstairs hallway full bath and repaired some water damaged drywall in my downstairs bathroom. I obtained estimates from several contractors, but ultimately decided to go with this company because Daniel (owner) promised that once the job started, they would be at the job every day until done. This was very important to me because I wanted to minimize the inconvenience to three of my family members who use the bathroom daily. The job duration (2 weeks) was also much less than I was quoted from other contractors. I also felt the price was fair and Daniel was very honest and upfront when providing the initial estimates and suggestions. Once the contract was signed, I was given a time frame as to when they would be available to start the job. Sure enough, they were able to start the job when they said, worked on the project every day until completed, and completed within the 2 weeks promised. The crew showed up on time everyday, was respectful, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The did a great job and we are very happy with the work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before they left. I will be going back to JJ renovations for future projects, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else. You will not be disappointed. read more

Daniel renovated my whole house from the bathrooms to the kitchen, new flooring and fireplace. He did my bathrooms in last November and the rest of the house this April. Everything is perfect and beautiful! That is the reason why I decided to go ahead and do the rest of my house this year, not only are Daniel's team knowledgable and skilled but they are respectful and friendly. Finally, I have the space that I always aspired to live in. Thank you Daniel for all your suggestions and your great skilled work! read more

Pricing was fair, and any change orders were handled honestly and reasonably. We appreciated the transparency and dedication, and we're very happy with the final result. Our two back to back bathroom renovations were both a success due to Daniel & his whole team! We had them in our home for just over two months and to be honest, I was anxious beforehand, but all I can say is my nerves were calmed after the first day! They were hard working, stuck to their timeline, had great work ethic, always on time, cleaned the job site everyday, respectful, courteous, they were pleasant to be around and the list goes on. I actually tried to back out before we started and Daniel knew I was overwhelmed but simplified things in a way I could tackle by giving me a list of things they would need immediately and in the near future which was extremely helpful! If you're on the fence and wondering who to hire for your project, Daniel's team is one I can absolutely vouch for. They don't take shortcuts & never gave me grief! We will absolutely be hiring them again sooner than later for other projects! Thank you JJ Home Renovations, can't wait to have you guys back again soon! read more

As someone who tends to do a lot of my renovation work myself because I'm very particular about the finish product, I was very impressed by the work Daniel's team did for us. The professionalism and cleanliness of the team was definitely up to par... not to mention how safe I felt as a single woman having the team work in my house. Also, they were not put off by the smaller project like other contractors I spoke to and didn't get pushy when I told them I'd be doing the finish painting myself. The pricing was reasonable and I will be calling them again. read more

In 2023 we met Daniel and shared with him our thoughts for renovating and possibly giving us a bigger kitchen. I didn't think it was possible especially with 2 kiddos running around the house. Now in 2024, I am so delighted to show off his work! Daniel and his team did such an amazing job making our dreams into a reality. We enjoyed working with them because: 1) Great team of workers with many years of experience. 2) Daniel was very communicative and kept us in the loop on what was going on with the house. 3) Kept to the schedule! Daniel's team worked at a great pace. Sometimes I felt we were slowing down production because we didn't have all the decisions and materials to provide them with (door knobs, hinges, paint color). We've been back at our house for roughly 3 months and people have asked us if there's anything we wish we could have done differently with the renovation. Every time this question is asked we always say No. We love it and we are so happy JJ Home Renovations did the work for us! Thank you so much Daniel and team for taking care of our home! read more

At my mother and sister's house, a slab leak under the kitchen had flooded the kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. We hired JJ Home Reno for the restoration portion of the project. Daniel and his crew were able to transform the outdated home into something new and modern. The transformation was remarkable. He was competitive with the other quotes we received but his timeline for completion was faster than the rest. We were impressed by the photos of his previous projects on his IG page. The project moved quickly and was completed on time. At the end of the project we brought up some final details we wanted fixed and Daniel and his crew fixed almost all of them. They also did a few extra things for us during the project that we really appreciate. read more

Daniel the general contractor (owner) was amazing from the very beginning to the end of our kitchen renovation. Initially we talked about the cost and it was very affordable and competitive with other quotes we had gotten. Our kitchen is medium sized, so Daniel confidentially told us our kitchen remodel would be completed in 2 weeks. I didn't believe it because from my friends and coworkers experience it ultimately took longer than that, so I mentally prepared myself for 3 weeks. I was just amazed when the remodel was actually finished on time in 2 weeks like Daniel had promised. We had 2 guys come work on our kitchen mon-Fri from 8am-5pm. The workers ALWAYS came on time, were very respectful of our space/home, and cleaned up at the of each work day. They even came on a Saturday to install our waterfall quartz countertops. Daniel would even come 2-3 times each day to check with the progress and overlook everything. He's really hands on and has a fantastic crew. He always answered our questions and explained everything in detail. He also gave great suggestions on our remodel. For example, having our sink in the corner to maximize countertop space. So genius. He really has an eye for detail, which my husband and I definitely appreciated. We are so so happy with our kitchen remodel. It looks so beautiful. Once kitchen was completed Daniel also reassured us if any problems would arise he would have one of his guys come and fix any issue we had. Final thoughts. Whoever comes across this review and are doing their research on who to hire for their home remodel needs Daniel is the guy to go to. He's super honest, price is very competitive (really works with your budget), and his team is just so courteous & respectful. And if he says it will get done in 2 weeks it will get done in 2 weeks! Very trustworthy business. Highly recommend. 10/10. read more

My husband and I highly recommend J J Home Renovations. Daniel and his crew came through for us! Back in April 2024, we experienced a pipe issue in our kitchen. We called All City Plumbing who in turn referred us to ExpeDry Restoration. Since we never experienced anything like this, we put our trust in these two companies only to have our hopes shattered. ExpeDry screwed us in the mitigation with our insurance company. The monies (which was negotiated and accepted by ExpeDry) were paid out, but then ExpeDry later came back wanting more money. Needless to say, our insurance company was not going to release any more money. My husband and I were besides ourselves with stress and frustration. ExpeDry did not help us at all. They did not negotiate at all and in turn threw us into a whirlwind. As a result, we decided not to have them do the restoration. I began researching contractors and came upon the reviews for J J Home Renovations. I even reached out to two of the people who left reviews. After careful discussion, my husband asked me to call Daniel. I called and Daniel immediately came over and gave me an estimate. Since ExpreDry screwed us over, we ended up paying money out-of-pocket. We met with Daniel a few more times, discussed our kitchen layout, picked out our cabinets, and flooring. His wife Beatrice was very helpful as well. Then he and his crew went to work and at the end of August 2024 we had a beautiful, functioning kitchen. My husband and I were very impressed. Daniel and his crew gave us what we wanted. They arrived on time, and it was the same crew every day. The cost was within our budget as well, so it all worked out. The end result was more than what we could have imagined. After waiting for what seemed forever, we now have a gorgeous kitchen, and we are so excited to entertain this upcoming holiday. Thank you, Daniel for everything!!! We will definitely call if we need anything else. The company motto is "No job is too small." Therefore, if you are looking for a reliable company give Daniel a call. read more

I purposely waited a few months to do this review of the remodel of our Master Bath making sure we would still be pleased with their work later on. I'm happy to say, as of now that their work has been excellent. Daniel the owner, and his crew did a wonderful job. They worked as artists would each specializing in their area of expertise methodically creating a beautiful Master Bath. New in every way. At the end of each days work they made sure the area was cleaned and organized before leaving. If we decide to remodel our Kitchen in the future, JJ Home Renovations will be the first company we will call. Thanks Daniel and crew for such a great job! read more

JJ Home Renovations, Daniel Vasquez and crew, accomplished a beautiful whole home renovation that exceeded our expectations. It included kitchen, bathrooms, windows, flooring, interior doors, new staircase, custom bar, recessed lighting, interior and exterior paint. All of this within 7 weeks of the original 7-9 week estimate and on budget. Daniel's idea to remove the kitchen soffit and move the refrigerator gave us more cabinet and counter space and turned the kitchen from a cramped area to a more open and useful space. In the family room he replaced an old useless slider and a large window with four single-hung windows which allow for much better placement and use of furniture. Daniel ensures that every detail, no matter how small is taken care of. Now to the crew. They arrived on time every day at 8 a.m. and worked continuously as a team until 5 p.m. (sometimes later) in order to sweep and clean. They are all talented, trustworthy, respectful, helpful and open to even the smallest request. We got to know each one and enjoyed their company. But beyond the high quality of the work, it is the peace of mind and confidence in Daniel and his team that was very important. We highly recommend JJ Home Renovations. Jaime and Alina C. read more

JJ Home Renovations completed a bathroom remodel at our home in the historic College Park area of Ontario. It came out beautifully...it went way beyond our expectations. The bathroom is extremely small and they were able to extend the shower and put in a pocket door to maximize floor space. Daniel, the owner, is professional and responds quickly to any calls or requests made in a timely manner. He came by daily to check on the remodel and see to it that things were running smoothly. The price was fair and the work was done well. The company stuck to the original estimate and did not add any extra charges even though there were a few things that required extra time and effort. The time frame of 2-3 weeks was spot on. The job was completed in about 2.5 weeks. The men that completed the job were great. They didn't mind it when we changed a few things and were very accommodating to any requests we made. We especially appreciate the work Minor and Isaiah did. When there were a couple of things that we thought needed changing they were more than happy to do what we asked. We added a couple of other small jobs to the remodel in other parts of the home and they completed them, at a very fair price, without hesitation. A week after the remodel was complete, we called Daniel about some things that needed tweaking. He quickly sent out Minor to address our concerns. We highly recommend JJ Home Renovations! read more

Daniel and his crew did an amazing job in remodeling our master bath and walk-in closet. What impressed me the most was that when the job was done we called them to change a few things a few days later...Daniel had his guys at my home the very next morning: no questions asked, no extra cost. He then asked my wife and I if there was anything else at all they could do? That spoke volumes for me. On top of that, the quality of work was fantastic! Here's my key takeaways: 1. Very professional 2. Very good pricing (the final project was all within the estimates) 3. Hardworking team 4. Honest. 5. Accommodating: we wanted to change a few things mid project: he said, no problem. 6. Finished on time. 7. Easy to communicate with.
