If you are looking to remodel your kitchen JMJ is definitely a good choice. We wanted to move the Island in the kitchen that limited the room between our fridge, oven, sink, and counter. We spoke to Jason and Jez about what we wanted and also asked for recommendations to maximize the room in the kitchen. What we ended up with was perfect and beautiful. They told us the project would take about 2 weeks tops, but they got it done in 7 days straight. We also had JMJ build us a bar and that also came out really nice, my husband loved the end product. Me and my wife just bought this dream house early this year and wanted to make a complete remodeling to make it have our own style. If I could give this company six stars, I would. We got numerous quotes. We decided on this company because of the presentation. Oscar came out to take measurements and give us ideas on a kitchen remodel. We ended up going to the showroom to take a look at the different choices we had from Cabinets to Countertops. Jezz was great to work with us on coming up with a fair price. A Remodel that was supposed to take a month only took two weeks from beginning to end. I've had a kitchen remodel done before at another house and it took a while. Being without a kitchen is an inconvenience ( washing dishes in bathroom sink warming food in the microwave, eating out) so going with this company worked out great. For years, I was very reluctant to move forward with changing out my kitchen countertops from granite to quartz, because I didn't believe that I could trust a contractor to put a high level of workmanship on this project. My wife wanted quartz countertops very much, so I reached out to RMS Remodeling Experts and we met with Jez at his showroom. Jez explained our options and we reviewed the project in more detail. He answered all of our questions. I started to feel more confident and so we added a request to install pot lights to our living room area. Still, my wife and I interviewed many other top-shelf contractors for this job. We awarded JMJ the project and they did an outstanding job on everything. I was initially very concerned with incidental damage to my existing kitchen cabinets, but JMJ came into our home with a highly-skilled team and went to work. We had JMJ come to our house for what we thought would be a simple kitchen remodel. Upon demolition they came across a hidden leak we had from a refrigerator water line. It ruined our whole kitchen floor and dining to floor, a couple walls. . We were shocked due to no signs of leak. We the customer freaked out!! JMJ was so amazing, they are such caring people, they worked with us and made things feel better than what they were. They could have just covered up the issues and moved on, but they did not. They totally fixed the issues and then continued with the kitchen remodel. The work needed was horrible but JMJ did it. I wish we their were more contractors like them in the world. They treat their customers amazing and take pride in all of their work. The team members are on it and answer all questions and they walk you thru the process. I was at my Witt's end with the floor damage, and the mold and due to it being a silent leak of course the insurance did not cover it. Again JMJ came to the rescue and worked with us. We needed my daughter's bathroom remodeled to make it accessible for her. She uses a wheelchair and we wanted a wheel-in shower and a wall mounted toilet to give her as much room as possible to navigate in an extremely small space. The team at JMJ Expert Remodeling did a wonderful job of guiding us through the entire process from the initial design to the final walkthrough. Update on our prior review. Jez finally answered in a text, a week after our inquiry for a bid. He then asked us to come down to the showroom, and he is still not willing to even come look at the bathroom for a proper bid or to take measurements. We called initially, sent the requested pictures he asked for, and got a texted bid for almost 10k to replace the shower. We told him what we were looking for in complete detail, and still, he would not come to the house to look at the bathroom and prepare a proper bid. I offered two separate days for him to come and have been ghosted again. I find it very strange. Things must have changed with their company because they are no longer prompt or looking for remodels. I'm just glad we found out now because this type of business will not last long. They claim to be in business for over 10 years but only have 6 reviews here? I'm guessing the other 5 people actually got a bid and some respectful interactions? It appears you few got very lucky. I feel somewhat lucky at this point because we were seriously considering this company based on the reviews, and now I think these reviews are from family and friends. Oh well, onto other businesses who value their reputation. Beware of this one! read more

Excellent! We recently used JmJ to install our flooring and rebuild our fireplace. I had gotten several bids and we decided to go with JmJ for several reasons. A few of the contractors who gave us bids were "lone wolves", no roots anywhere and were sketchy to say the least. So we felt reassured after visiting JmJ's showroom that they would not "disappear" after the work was done. The actual showroom space Jez and his team have created to greet clients was well put together and impressive. They carry a good line of products and there were no high pressure sales people pushing us. We felt very comfortable. The owners Jez and Jason are very knowledgeable about products and how the install would be done which was reassuring as we moved forward with them. Before the work began, Jason came to our home and we went over every aspect of the project. This was after a preliminary visit by Jez to meet us and take measurements. I was happy that Jason came by personally before work commenced because there were some issues we were able to resolve with him actually being there vs. over the phone, and this is as it should be. Not just "one and done". Communication was excellent too. Calls and texts were returned promptly. The work was done meticulously by the build team headed up by Tuan who is even more picky than I am about small details. lol. The crew were professional, prompt, polite and clean. The job was not just rushed through and things left undone. Everything we wanted was attended to in a manner which speaks highly of the company and owners.
