Anthony was top notch from the moment we contacted him. He showed up when he said he would and always kept us updated on the project. We converted a tub shower into a walk in shower for my 91 year old dad. The work is a 10. All his workers are pros. He did not try to up charge us and kept right to the original quote. Had the pleasure of working with Harding Construction for a bathroom remodel. Anthony Harding and his team were excellent to work with from beginning to end. His team turned our 3/4 bathroom into a full bathroom. A complete transformation of a half shower into a full shower with beautiful tile up the walls to the ceiling. A big shoutout to Julio for his beautiful tile installation and attention to detail! Anthony was highly professional, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions and offer suggestions on what would work best for our project. Harding Construction - Half Shower (before) and Full Shower (after) - General Contractors Near Me

We had several quotes for our bathroom remodel, and Anthony from Harding Construction offered suggestions and recommendations, at a competitive price, that aligned with our ideas/vision of the bathroom during the initial consultation. Anthony was patient and helpful - he listened to our ideas, and then suggested what would work or look better and what would not. Throughout the construction process, Anthony and his crew were punctual, hard working, honest, considerate, and communicative, which is everything you can possibly ask for from a contractor. We were pleased with how quickly the process went and cannot be happier with the results. We are more than grateful that we had our bathroom done by Harding Construction and will absolutely recommend them to anybody who is looking to get their bathrooms remodeled. read more

Today marked the completion of my bathroom remodel by Harding Construction. Anthony (Harding) was outstanding to work with. He was here when he said he would be here. He did what he said he would do. He communicated each step of the way; what day and what time he would be here...excellent communication. His workers were also efficient, capable, and courteous. The job area was cleaned each day when they left. His work was top notch. He checked each step of the way to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. I will definitely use him for my next project and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. I felt his price was more than fair. No hidden or extra charges came up. All said I am very happy with the outcome of this project. A note regarding the photo: Anthony does not do wallpaper so I am having someone else do that. Additionally, my son is doing the glass door. read more

We just finished our remodel bathroom with Harding Construction. We consulted a good amount of contractors and Anthony made us feel comfortable from the moment he walked in our house and spent a good amount of time discussing our project. He gave us a quote within the week and provided a detailed breakdown of what we talked about. From start to finish, he was transparent and took great care of us! He was open to feedback when we had questions or concerns and provided great communication. We look forward to working with him again on future remodels and happy to provide anyone with more information, if needed. read more

We just went through an amazing transformation of my husbands childhood home. We had the misfortune of having a friend "recommend" someone who we later found out was not licensed, did not listen and worked without a signed contract. We called 3 different contractors. Anthony was by far the most responsive (one was way out of budget, the other never called back) When we called Harding Construction during a state of panic and stress and he was an answer to prayer. He communicated clearly, he worked diligently, his costs were more than fair and he is an all around nice guy. Today, the house is beautiful, open and updated. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who asks. I love that Anthony would suggest more practical solutions (especially when I wanted to go extravagant! :) ) His subcontractors were all respectful, clean and efficient. If you want to work WITH the contractor and have him hear your needs, consider your budget and offer help - Harding Construction is the way to go. read more

Harding Construction just finished a master bath remodel for us. It was a pleasure working with the owner, Anthony. He also has a great group of guys working for him (Rich, Julio, etc.). Anthony was thorough with his estimate and provided a competitive bid as compared to other contractors I interviewed. What placed Anthony above the others was his attention to detail, his willingness to be flexible with project milestones as work commenced and most notably, his day-to-day presence actually working on my project. Not many contractors I have hired over the years do work themselves. It resulted in a smoother, mistake free process. I highly recommend Harding Construction for interior remodel work and will not hesitate to hire Anthony for my next project. read more

I have used Anthony now for a 1/2 bath remodel and a backsplash kitchen update. On both occasions, Anthony showed up on the day and time he said he was. Both occasions he finished both projects early and everything was spotless. His attention to detail, industry knowledge and overall ease of the entire process makes Anthony and his crew worth it every time. I won't even call anyone else at this point. On both occasions I had added small items that were not in the original scope of work and both times Anthony did them on the fly and was fair about the price. His work is clean and efficient, he leaves your house / job site clean and livable, and is a super nice guy. I can't recommend Harding Construction enough. read more

Harding Construction is owned by Anthony. He is a local (Upland) contractor who recently finished a remodel of the master bedroom/bath, hallway and living room. My wife and I are % happy with all the work done. Our house was built in '57 and it has all those pre-Uniform Building Code problems. Popcorn ceiling, water damage, uneven cement foundation, lathe and plaster walls, etc. Anthony gave us great suggestions that helped us save money and ALWAYS wanted to make sure we were involved in all the decision making. BUT the most important thing was . . . Once work started, it continued daily, except for weekends. 5 Stars or 10+ is easily the rating for Anthony and his crew. read more

I had a huge water damage at the house so I needed a big job done during this pandemic which is the worst time.I went to yelp so found Anthony and I am so glad that I hired to fix our drywalls, bathroom, and flooring.I called up other contractors but something about him that made me feel good during our communications. If I can give him more than 5 then I would cuz he deserve it.He is very kind, polite and professional. He cares about his customer so much and you can feel it too which gives you a peace of mind.He is very prompt about communication as well which is great via text, unlike others. He went way beyond our expectations as a matter of fact. From now on,he will be my personal handyman because he does it all and reasonable price, gave me plenty of discount as well so please don't hesitate if you need stuff done at your house.I highly highly recommend him. read more

Anthony Harding is a fantastic contractor. We used Anthony for a our kitchen remodel after we discovered a leak under our dishwasher. We had to remove all of the flooring throughout the bottom floor of our home and take the entire kitchen down to studs. To top it off, all of this occurred in the middle of Covid. Needless to say that, the insurance company and a cabinet makers were not quick to get us everything we needed. However, Anthony was more the patient with us as we pieced everything together. He provided us guidance throughout out entire project and was communicative throughout the entire thing. Anthony is very meticulous and his cost is extremely fair for the amount of work he does. Our project lasted a total of about 10 months and Anthony worked with us throughout the entire time as we waited for pieces to get delivered. For any of your construction projects, I would highly recommend Harding Construction and his crew. For any future projects I have, I would definitely use Anthony again for any future projects I have. Highly recommend him. read more
