The guys at JH were thorough, responsive and very knowledgeable. The quality of the patio cover is one of the best, and very cost efficient. You can suggest or ask for the things you need and they will help with making it a reality. Overall, A+ highly recommended and the pricing was the best out of all my estimates received. When it comes to home improvement, finding a contractor you can rely on year after year is rare. Over the nearly a decade I've worked with them, they have consistently proven themselves to be incredibly professional, and the quality of their craftsmanship is always outstanding. They recently completed my patios, and they came out looking absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail they put into their work is highly impressive, and it has completely transformed my outdoor space. On top of the top-tier physical labor, Jeff's communication is really great. He keeps you informed, answers questions promptly, and ensures the project runs smoothly from start to finish. If you want a dependable, highly skilled team that delivers amazing results, I cannot recommend Jeff and the crew at J H Construction highly enough! read more

We didn't end up using them for our patio cover but I can't praise their professionalism and responsiveness enough. They contacted me right away to set up an appointment, arrived on time as scheduled, got me a quote the next day, and answered every question we had. The only reason we ended up not using them is because the contractor for our backyard who wasn't getting the work done fast enough called the next day and said they'd be there that week. Can't recommend JH Construction enough though. read more

So glad we found JH Construction on Yelp to install our gutters before "Super El Niño". Came out quickly for a free estimate and explained everything very well. Was easy to do business with and communicated effectively. They ordered materials quickly and to match our house colors (3 different colors). Installation went quickly and smoothly. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received. Overall great experience and highly recommended. read more

Gutters. They are efficient, accommodating, great craftsman, reasonable price, would recommend gutters from them anytime.

Got a few quotes and went with JH because Jeff promised they could install the gutters level on my angled eaves. His crew was professional and clean. They installed exacltly how he's said they would and they looked amazing. There we a couple small issues and 1 text and he rescheduled the same crew to make it perfect. You can tell a great company by how they fix mistakes. Would 100% recomend. read more

Jeff and his crew were very professional. " Being On Time" was the most impressing fact, despite a great and job they did. Well organized and friendly. I would not doubt to hire them again and I highly recommend you to consider them for your projects. read more

Phil arrived early and installed our rain gutters quickly and with excellence. Outstanding 5 star service!

I scheduled an estimate with Jeff from JH Construction and confirmed the date and time ahead of time. I took the day off work to make sure I'd be home for the appointment. He never showed up. I waited for hours thinking maybe he was just running late, but he didn't come. Taking time off work isn't easy, and I lost income just to sit at home waiting. It's frustrating and disappointing when a company doesn't respect your time. If this is how they handle potential customers, I can't imagine how they handle actual projects. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my day. -- Tina read more

Jeff and his team were awesome to work with, prompt, professional, and efficient! In previous years our new build suffered damage to the stucco on rare occasions it would rain. So happy we have rain gutters now to stop future damage from happening! The color match from their existing swatches to our house is so impressive, looks custom. Thank you JH Construction, can't wait for it to rain! read more

Fantastic guys to work with. Came out on time , measured and gave me a carbon copy quote on the spot along with showing color samples to color match to the trim on my home. Everything was one piece fabbed on the spot and they tied it into the existing drainage on my property. Price was good within median cost. read more

Jeff and his team did an AMAZING job removing the old patio cover and constructing the new cover. And based on other estimates we received, JH Construction was very fairly priced. Jeff and his team made sure not only to install a great patio cover to our specifications (with helpful insight and recommendations from Jeff), but they also cleaned everything to remove the debris. They also arrived exactly when they said they would and didn't take longer on the project then predicted. read more

Jeff and his team did an excellent job installing a patio cover on my home. He produced a quote very quickly, had competitive prices, installed a wonderful product in a short amount of time and showed a lot of experience with obtaining the proper permits. He worked very quickly to correct what was needed to pass the final inspection. We love the new coverage in our backyard and I would definitely recommend J H Construction read more

Jeff and his team were extremely professional and provided great quality work for the price. We've had them out a couple of times in order to fix some issues that ended up being our own error and the team was still incredibly professional and very helpful. We would definitely hire them again. Our patio cover looks amazing and has transformed our yard. read more

Professional until they weren't. Got a quote I approved it and said go ahead with the project. They came by for a 2nd measurement asked why do I want permits because what i wanted couldn't be done do to restrictions. I said ok do whst you can and waited for an updated qoute, never heard back. But its okay it was a blessing in disguise a great company did exactly what I wanted with city approval. I think they just didn't want to go with the permit route oh well read more

They arrived on time and did a good job. No complaints. They integrated my new gutters with the old gutters and no leaks.

We had both rain gutters and a patio cover installed. The product itself are great. The process of getting it wasn't great. The person that handled the removal and restall if our pavers was slow and didn't leave thw finished product looking as it did before he started, he had to come back and redo one area. The workers had no respect for the residents personal property. Using our furniture to sit in while working, leaving wood and tools laying on plants and shrubs. They didn't clean up trash, they swept everything into our planters, including the sand from the pavers. They came inside to handle the electrical for the patio cover with no gloves on, therefore leaving black hand prints on the walls. They left our patio covered in metal shavings and never cleaned it off. The owner was scheduled to come out on Monday morning to replace a switch They fried, gave me a time and never showed. Maybe this is the new normal for having work done at our home, but I was not pleased for the disregard of my time and property . read more

They came out to give a free estimate on rain gutters that were needed on a new build. Not only were they prompt and polite, but they were able to work with my schedule and complete the project the following week. The seamless work on a 2,000 sq ft house took about three hours to complete and they cleaned up nicely. I definitely recommend them. read more

From the start I knew I wanted gutters on my house. I found JH Construction and he promptly drove out and gave me a quote. The quote took no more than 15 mins and he listened to my concerns regarding down spouts and gutter placement. Approximately one week later his team showed up and had the gutters installed on my house in less than 4 hours which is extremely quick. I would recommend JH Construction just purely because when Jeff showed up he was punctual and dressed nicely and his team provided great work for a very reasonable price. read more

Quick response. Great to work with. Very professional and skilled. Happy with the gutters installed.

Jeff and his team installed a large Patio Cover at our house and we couldn't be happier with it. When I reached out for a quote, Jeff showed up personally (which I loved) and made me feel confident in his skillset and ability to get the job done. We opted for all the bells and whistles with GFI switches, ceiling fans, post lights and recessed lighting. Jeffs team did a great job with the installation and are highly professional. Jeff was nice enough to come out to get everything just right after the installation multiple times. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a patio cover or rain gutters in the Southern California area. 5 stars! read more

Jeff was very friendly and so was his employees. Great, professional, and legit work. I got my patio done with a permit. I live in an Hoa community and Jeff provided me with what I needed to submit my request in to get the work done. I got two estimates and went with this company. Pricing was just a few hundred cheaper but not by a lot. Communication was excellent. Phone or text he always got back to me. Glad I choose you guys! read more

JH Construction gave me a detailed explanation of what I needed and my options. Their price was great, a lot less than any of the other companies who quoted me. The only quotes that were in the same price range were companies or people without many reviews, so I unfortunately did not feel comfortable trusting the quality of work. My gutters were done in only 2 hours! Glad to no longer be dealing with puddles of water next rain season. read more
