Something I should have done where is ago was the place gutters on our home. I finally decided to bite the bullet and have them installed. I reached out on yelp for a quote and got an appointment that next week when the rain stopped. Jeff came out and was very professional and friendly and got us an appointment that next week for the install. Today his guys install the gutters and I have to say I was impressed. They were quick. They cleaned up their mess and they were very friendly. I highly recommend JH construction if you're looking for gutters. So thankful. I finally did this project. read more

If you're still shopping around, I'll save you the time, STOP, just go with JH Construction for patio cover and gutter installation, I did my shopping around for several weeks and got mostly similar price ( off by $100-200), Jeff quoted me slightly cheaper so I was sceptical at first, then I researched their company and was impressed at how good their reviews were, so I decided to commit to them, I was surprised that Jeff is not pushy at all with any other service they provide, I ended up getting gutter installed as well, none of the other vendor asked about adding electrical outlet as well for the patio, all in all I got a better price and have an electrical outlet that I didn't think off to get. Process went very smoothly, permitting was just a few days here in Eastvale, JH Const only pass on the fee, nothing extra, then Jeff communicated very well how each step was going to be, they just finished the installation Today, they were very punctual, Justin and his crew were very very professional and knows exactly what they're doing, I'm a very handy person so I would know if they're cutting corners or doing a sloppy job, worksmanship was excellent, I was at ease with the whole process. Payment was given at end of project and that was it, you can trust that they're not a fly by night company, I didn't even have to put down a deposit, I am a very Happy customer, they are definitely very very highly recommended. You can look at my other reviews for companies, I tell it like it is, and I'm very critical, so when I say go with JH, GO WITH THEM , or Else I'll hunt you down read more

We've been wanting to replace our patio cover from wood to aluminum & install gutters. After shopping around for a few months, we decided to go with JH Construction, Riverside. Jeff came in for an initial inspection & quote. He was in & out fast (I say this because there were a few who were literally there for hrs). The price was good. Jeff gave us a timeline of when the work would start. Peter & his crew came for demolition of the old cover. They were very careful in the process. Next day Justin, Sam, & Kenny arrived early to start the installation. They were very receptive to our ideas & requirements & went straight to work. Additionally, they installed shades, clothes line, a power outlet. We are pleased with the attention to detail & clean work this team provided - Justin even made sure the tension on the clothes line was perfect, Sam took time to paint the outlet box to match the beams, while Kenny made sure the panels were sealed well. These are the extra details that are sought after by any client & they made sure we were pleased with the finished product. I would gladly recommend JH Construction to anyone interested in patio covers, gutters or other services they provide. read more

We are so glad we chose JH Construction to build our patio cover! We received several bids from different companies and JH was competitive with all of them but what stood out for us is Jeff responded quickly, was punctual and professional. Also, the lead time on the material was faster than the other companies and their available install date was also faster and this made a difference for us. On the day of our install, Justin the foreman arrived a little early (love that) and he and his helper did an AMAZING job! They are precise and picked up after themselves. We are already saving for our next patio cover! If you are looking for a great company, look no further. read more

They do great work and give you honest recommendations for gutter installations. They answered every question I had. Highly recommend them!

I put out a project with quotes for seamless gutter here on Yelp and JH was one of the first to respond back. Jeff was quick with his quote and also came out to inspect the project area before I accepted his bid. With a contract signed and materials ordered, the day of installation a week later was very timely (took less than 45 minutes for the install). In my attached pics, everything looks great! If you're looking for an affordable, respectful and professional company to do your gutters, JH is a great one! read more

Outstanding, high quality and quick work. Worked with Jeff and got a great price to install a back patio cover on our concrete slab. We just had quite the patio cover installation by JH Construction, and it was so effortless and turned out so perfect, this is exactly what you want when you decide to invest in major home improvement projects. I had them out twice, once over 6 months before our decision, then again when we decided what we wanted and that we wanted to work with them. They listened, they worked with my other two contractors (cement and fencing) to ensure everything would be seamless between them, they discussed all options, allowed me with their guidance to choose the best options for us, they have competitive prices, I signed the contract, they had the materials ready within a week I think, and did this massive install in 1.5 days. Gorgeous, gorgeous!! They cleaned up everything, leaving my new patio looking spotless. And how about this craftsmanship? The angles, corner connection, etc. - it is all so perfect and so beautiful, I cannot say enough good things about them. Courteous, kind, good people. Exceptional work. Thank you, Jeff & Team, we absolutely LOVE it!! read more

Job went very good and finished in 4 hours! Thanks so much for the great service and would recommend!

Can't thank J H Construction enough for the Awesome Patio Cover. Jeff and his team ( Justin, Sam, and can't remember the other installer). Jeff's price was the best out of 5 other companies. Justin and team had the old Cover down and New one built in one day. We couldn't be happier on how it turned out. The process from the quote to getting the material to it being built was done quick. Again thank you Jeff, Justin , and Sam for making this go smoothly. read more

From start to finish JH construction did an amazing job on our patio cover! We had a couple quotes from different companies, one wanting to remove our rain gutters to do the patio cover since we have a one story house. Jeff showed us a superior product and insured us to keep our rain gutter as it is important to keep that much water off the top of the patio cover. Jeff's crew was on time, courteous, and clean. Justin the foreman was very nice and asked us questions to make sure our patio cover turned out exactly how we wanted. Great craftsmanship and we are thrilled with the end result. From start to finish, this was a smooth and simple process. I submitted a request for an estimate and Jeff got back to me the next day. We scheduled an onsite inspection (he was on-time) and he gave me an estimate in the range I was expecting. After meeting Jeff and reading all the positive reviews on YELP, I felt confident moving forward with the install. Phil and another worker arrived on-time, we walked the property to confirm the layout, and they were done sooner than I expected. The work was great, the quality of the materials looks good, and they answered all of my questions. I'm happy to recommend Jeff and his team for rain gutters and would have them back for future projects. read more

After having our wood patio for 30 years, and having to deal with painting it every few years, and fixing it every now and then, it was time to get rid of it, and have a new Patio for our backyard. My wife and I decided for the new Alum wood patios, this way we don't have to deal with rotted wood any longer. Since I had luck with contactors that did home service for us thru YELP search, I decided to research for a Patio contractor using YELP. I picked up 4 contractors for an estimate, all 4 contractors had 5 stars reviews on YELP. I finally decided to have Jeff with J H Construction to do the work. Even though Jeff's estimate was few hundred dollars more than the other 3 contactors, but I felt that he is the person I can trust. The reasons I trusted Jeff with the job are: 1- Professional and Knowledge: Jeff took the measurement, outlined exactly how the Patio look will be, showed us the options available, answered all my wife questions, and all my questions, and I sensed in him that he will not do shortcuts like the other contactors wanted to do. One contactor wanted to attach the patio to the Eave wood instead of the wall stucco, because it is easier to do that, not with Jeff, he explained that the Patio should be attached to the stucco of the house, more work, but it is the correct way. 2-Honesty: I sensed honesty in Jeff, he did not even take a penny until the job was completed. On the day of Installation Jeff dispatched his crew, the foremen Justin, the Electrician Sam, and the helper Ken. They came early in the morning worked till 6PM, and the next day Sam came to do the final touch up that took only about 1 hour. 3-Integrity: Jeff gave me 10 years part and Labor warranty, the other contactors were talking 1 year warranty, even one of the contractors want to sell us 5 years warranty for an extra $1000, not with Jeff, there was no extra fee for the 10 years parts/labor warranty. 4-Willigness to work with our request: We wanted our Patio little different, part Lattice and part solid roof, Jeff was willing to do that, other contractors refused. My wife and I are very happy with the work that J H Construction did, I am glad I found that company on YELP search. Thanks YELP! read more

Man I am so Happy w the work JH Construction did on my house, I had gutters and a patio cover installed and it came out better than I imagined, my wife loves her patio. I got 4 different quotes and Jeff was the only guy who said he could make it so the rain wouldn't leak on both sides of the patio cover. We were in need of both gutters and a patio cover and found JH Construction who specializes in both so it was very convenient to have them install both. The estimation process was quick and pressure-free with competitive pricing, and the timeline between when we signed the contract to installation was a lot sooner than we expected. Actual installation only took 1 day for each and both look fantastic, especially the patio cover. We had it roof-mounted and we love the extra height this provides. We're also glad we went with the gray color option. Communication was excellent throughout the process and both installation crews were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jeff and JH Construction for any patio cover and gutter needs. read more

J H Construction - Roof-mounted non-insulated patio cover in grey - Gutter Services Near Me - Riverside, California

This review is over a year late. I had this company install gutters on the front and back of my home, which previously had no gutters. They mapped the project out beautifully and reviewed everything with me prior to install. The product is great. It looks great. After a year the gutters are not warped, no color fading...basically look the same way as they did at install. They also work, which is most important. We had the tropical storm 2 weeks ago and they worked as expected, moving the water away from the house rather than pouring off the roof into the foundation!! Most importantly, the thing I'm sure you are wanting to know: the price was better than most estimates I received for the same job. I've worked with several contractors upgrading things with this house, and these guys were a pleasure to work with. The job was completed quickly but with 100% attention to detail. I recommend. read more

I would definitely recommend JH Construction to anyone looking for a patio cover. Jeff was super responsive and attentive to all my needs, and both crews that came out to do the demolition of our existing patio and installation of new patio were very professional and efficient. They kept me updated throughout the day and explained every little detail of the project. I also appreciate how clean they were and that they didn't leave anything behind. I've had bad experiences with other construction crews in the past and this was the complete opposite. Thanks again JH! read more

Justin was the foreman in charge the day my patio covering was installed, he and his team showed up on time. J H Construction installed our rain gutters and did a great job! They were timely in scheduling a quote as well as installing, and they came in about $500 less expensive than another competitor in the area. If you're considering a new patio cover, stop searching and call JH Construction. You'll save yourself the hassle of shopping around, and you won't regret it! I met with six (6) different contractors to review our project of replacing our worn out wooden patio cover, and by far Jeff and his team were the best. They provided timely communication, expert consultation, quality work, and their quote was on the right side of our budget! I was impressed at their turnaround time to complete our project, and man, I wish I could clone their installation crew for future projects. Justin, Sam, and Kenneth should create training videos for other vocations as they exhibited expert professionalism, communication, and execution. Upon their arrival, they quickly walked me through every step of the installation, and consulted me anytime there was a decision point. Upon completion, they cleaned up as if they were never there, and then Justin made sure I was completely satisfied prior to accepting payment.
