Review for Gutter Installation I been having moisture collect on my roof in during the early morning, and then it drips off of the edge of my roof. It caused unwanted muddles no matter if it would rain or not. I reached out on yelp and just sent a project detailing what my issue was: flat roof with no attic, dew moisture dripping off of the edge of the roof all year round, and was looking for seamless gutter install for the whole perimeter of my house. I have no idea how gutters work and just thought I needed all around my house. A couple of companies reached out to my project inquiry. One wouldn't come to my house, but said that they would do a satellite view and give me an estimate. This seemed sketchy and made me not want to work with them, especially after their estimate for a whole house gutter install (which was unbelievably expensive). I read the reviews of A-Z Solutions and everyone complemented Greg on his professionalism and communication. I experienced that first hand. Greg came over, and I told him I wanted to do a full house gutter. He walked with me around my house and educated me that gutters should be placed where the slope of the house is. He said he didn't want to charge me to install materials that I didn't need. I accepted his proposal the same day, which I deemed to be fair and reasonable. He came to my house again and explained again where the gutters and downspouts would be. The crew who installed my gutters were also just as kind and educated me about the process. I chose Bronze because of its two toned appeal in sunlight. Right now, it doesn't match the color of my house. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism, kindness, education, and honesty from this company. I will recommend to anyone seeking gutter install. read more

We had A to Z install seamless rain gutters and they look great! As all of the other reviews mention, working with Greg was easy and enjoyable. We got several other quotes, including one from Leaf Filter. That quote was a full blown sales presentation that was too over the top and trying to sell their preferred product, not what was best for my property. Greg was honest, open, and willing to answer my many questions, in person or through text/call. The process was also way more affordable but still for good quality. There was no pressure, which I appreciated. The installation crew was great and Greg made sure we were happy before the crew left. Highly recommend choosing A to Z and we'll definitely consider them first when replacing our roof as well. read more

We became aware of A to Z Solutions randomly on social media and decided to give do a little research before calling them to come look at our roof to see if the Fresh Roof application would be viable solution for our older roof. We checked out their contractors license and over all business which were clean before calling. After calling, they responded immediately and came out next day. We were delighted to get genuine honesty and not be upsold on something we didn't need or couldn't afford. The price was very fair and reasonable. We appreciated the authenticity of Greg, and after further discussion and clarity, asked for a quote emailed within the hour, and e-signed a contract for them to get started. Very easy to work with via email and text devices in the spot. They started and completed our project in 1 day, same week. They arrived on time, were courteous and respectful setting and cleaning up as if they'd never been there. All my requests for information and assurances were answered promptly and professionally. The Fresh Roof application comes with a 6 year transferable warranty which I received immediately after completion. I would absolutely would with A to Z Solutions again. read more

The people at A-Z Solutions are candid and clearly well versed in what they do, from the quote to the job they were very communicative and professional. We had a leak that damaged our roof top at our restaurant that they handled immediately, even went above and beyond and did a smaller job they didn't have in their job title, specifically Greg was the person of contact throughout this whole project and he and his partner, I forgot his name, nonetheless, were fantastic. They will be our roof people from now on! read more

After 5 estimates, from as low as $10k to as high as $14, we decided to go with A to Z Solutions, which was in the middle. Their estimate was competitive, Greg took us through the whole roof reset process in detail. We did need to fix our deck so the price did go up, however, Greg did work with us. read more

Got roof repaired and the trimmings of my windows fixed: prices negotiable and worked with my timeline. Thanks so much!

Greg, with A to Z Solutions worked with me to meet my budget for re-roofing my house. He was able to offer options throughout the job that worked for me and not just going after highest profit. For the garage he offered a lower cost solution that met my needs, which most other companies won't offer unless you know enough to specifically search for that type of product. Greg is a good guy who offers quality solutions at good value. read more

I got my roof replaced by A to Z solutions. They were able to break down the information for me on how they were gonna repair it and broke down the steps so I could translate to my mom. They brought samples of the products they were gonna use and also helped us get the permit to get the roof repaired. After getting so many quotes from different roofers, we came to the conclusion that they were our best choice, not only because of the knowledge they showed but also because of the price point. The workers that came and replace the roof where also kind and patient and any questions that came up they where able to explained to us, they worked fast and did a great job on replacing the roof. They also installed new gutters and vents on the roof. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family members that need a new roof. read more

After 5 estimates, at various prices ranges we decided to go with A to Z Solutions and are so glad we did. Their estimate was competitive but ultimately the time Greg took to walk us through the whole roof repair in detail was the deciding factor. Excellent customer service all around. Greg was the first to show up and check-in with us as each phase of the project was being completed. His thoroughness and transparency was so appreciated as first time home owners. He was even mindful of mentioning noise levels as we have a baby and that allowed us to plan around the work being done. If that doesn't speak volumes of how this company runs, I don't know what will! Our roof was completed in a timely manner and looks great. Highly recommend A to Z solutions if you want a fair price, clear communication and people you can truly trust! read more

For his Christmas present, my husband wanted to have our rain gutters cleaned. A to Z was quick to respond to my Yelp project. Greg made an appointment to inspect the site and give an estimate. He showed up on time. He promised to give us two estimates - one to clean the existing gutters and one to upgrade to new. Greg followed through on his promise and emailed those estimates. The other gutter company did not provide any estimates in the timeframe they promised. (A to Z's estimate was within $300 of this other company's. We went with A to Z because we liked Greg's professionalism and integrity - a man of his word.) So, when Greg reached out and offered a discount on the project, we decided to go with A to Z. Greg showed up on-time for us to sign some documents. The job was scheduled. The A to Z crew came out. They removed our old gutters and installed new as per contract. The installation went smoothly. Long story short, A to Z might not have a lot of 5-star reviews here, but they ARE a 5-star business. My husband and I highly recommend them. read more

I had multiple leaks on my roof for my business, I called A to Z and they responded very fast and came out to do an inspection and gave me a free estimate, Greg was very thorough with the inspection and after he was done he had pictures and everything to show and explain what was causing the leaks and was very knowledgeable in explaining the reasons and the fix it needed to solve all the issues, after comparing his estimate with 2 other quotes I decided to go with them because I felt I was in good hands. They scheduled the work right away and got everything done in 2 days, couldn't be happier with the efficiency and the quality of the work they delivered at the price which was very reasonable! Would hire them again and recommend them to others!!!!!! read more

I requested a reroofing job on Yelp on a Saturday and Greg from A to Z Solutions contacted me very soon. Since I wasn't able to be onsite at the time, unlike many other contractors, Greg agreed to take an onsite survey next day without me being present, and gave me an honest suggestion and price afterward, right off the bat. I instantly decided to move forward with him. 1 day later, Greg even offered me a discount if I can arrange to do it sooner, on a Wednesday. This particular job was tricky because the job site is a roof that we share with our neighbors, who by that time had not even agreed. We presented the proposal to them and they verbally agreed, so I moved forward by signing the contract with Greg. Greg's team had an early start on Wednesday, and had done a fantastic job with our roofs. They dealt with the gravel and tar old roofs and replaced rotten plywood as needed, finished with a torch-down new roof. Everything was done very professionally. Even though there was some question raised by our neighbors regarding whether all wooden decks need to be replaced, or just as needed, we finally settled and everyone was happy. I really appreciate Greg's flexibility, fair price, and the team's professionalism. I would definitely recommend A to Z Solutions to everyone if there's roof repair need. read more
