I would be very careful hiring All Prime Roofing. About two years ago, they charged us $2,000 to replace a metal triangle flashing to fix a leak. It seemed okay at first, but when it rained heavily the next winter, the roof started leaking again right near their repair. When we called them back out, the roofer couldn't seem to find the leak and just claimed it was a brand-new problem, trying to quote us for a whole new roof. We got a second opinion from another local company. It turns out All Prime just didn't fix the original leak all the way--they stopped their repair just a foot away from where the actual damage continued. I noticed the All Prime Roofing truck and someone working on my neighbor's roof so I called for a quote. William came right away after his crew finished the job. He was straight forward and the quote seemed reasonable. I called for 3 other quotes. The 1st two immediately said I needed my entire roof replaced.
