These guys did a fantastic job of removing solar panels, reroofing, and reinstalling the solar. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did! They were not the cheapest bid I got but they were well worth the price! read more

The staff and crew were very courteous and professional. They explained what was being done and how long the project would take. They were very meticulous, especially when cleaning up at the end of each day. The pricing was competitive and reasonable plus prompt response to any questions. They schedule to work with your time in mind. They come out, inspect, and present you with different options and materials (which they have on hand to show you). The roofing was done efficiently from removing the old materials to installing the new. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. read more

Called Monday to make an appointment for a repair. The scheduler mentioned both my wife and myself had to be present, I told her that's not possible in the near future as we both work and have kids so we scheduled a time for Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday the scheduler called back to confirm and ask that both my wife and myself had to be at the scheduled appointment to which I reminded her that wasn't possible. She then reiterated that both my wife and myself had to be present. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this company. Had I read further down the reviews I would've seen this has happened before. Next bid read more

"I hired Berry Roofing for a project and discovered that my $200 dart board was stolen after the crew left. They were also using my electrical panel from my air conditioning unit that blew out half my house. Even though they were supposed to be using their own generator. It is completely unacceptable for a professional crew to take personal property from a customer's home. I am writing this to warn others to watch their personal belongings closely if they hire this company read more

Everything was done as promised and very timely. Materials were brought out to the job just as they were needed. It was nice not having the materials stacked in the driveway removing the chance that it might get damaged. The city inspector was very pleased with the quality of work Berry Roofing had done and was signed off immediately. read more

Berry Roofing restored our roof and we are very pleased. The professionalism we experienced made us feel secure in our choice of roofers. Eric handled all aspects of the job very well and with great effeciency, diligence, and kindness. The workers were on time, were respectful of our property, completed the roof well within the time frame, and left our property clean, free of construction debris. Eric shared photos of not only the work to be done, but shots of the process and completed work. We received a 10 yr. warranty certificate. This was well-worth the price of the service. We highly recommend them! read more

DO NOT USE BERRY ROOFING! We paid $4,000 to have them fix a leak on our roof. They claimed they would patch and replace tiles. After the first rain WITHIN 30 days of work being completed, water was leaking through our roof and into our garage. I called multiple times with no return. All I want is for them to fix the leak that we have already paid for. **In response to Ron's response: This is not true. We called you to fix a leak, we did not call for a "maintenance visit." You placed the patch where you thought the leak was coming from. If you were not aware there was an active leak, then how did you know where to place the patch. If you thought this was a new problem, and not mistake on your end, why can we not get a call back? Please give us a call back so we can get this taken care of, or refund our money. read more

In 2023, I needed my sky window replaced and I was impressed with how well it turned out. Recently, I had to replace my roof due to a major leak and decided to work with them again. Overall, very happy with how efficient they were. They completed my roof in 7 days. Personally, I appreciate how well the crew cleaned up after themselves even after the project was finished. Highly recommend working with Berry Roofing & Solar. read more

We used Berry a few years ago for a whole new roof on our house and detached garage. Every person we encountered, from the person giving us a quote, the people who did the work and the ones who handled our payment were responsive and easy to talk to. We called them again recently to install an exhaust vent for our new range hood, as we didn't want to void our warranty by calling another company. Again, they were still responsive and friendly. The guy that did the work was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and completed the work thoroughly. Thank you! read more

They replaced my roof. The work passed inspection. I would recommend them. It took longer than expected due to stormy weather.

I submitted a project on Yelp, and Berry roofing was one of the companies that reached out to me. I scheduled an appointment. The day of my appointment, which is today at 5:30pm, Caren kept calling and leaving voice messages and then sent an email to call the office. One of the messages said, since we are unable to confirm appointment please call to reschedule- Hello, I made the appointment just last week, I'm working today, therefore I couldn't answer you - and was expecting you today at 5:30pm. I ended up calling the office to cancel- I can't hire a company that constantly unnecessary call me to confirm an appointment I already confirmed last week. read more

We recently hired Berry Roofing for a complete tile roof replacement. Bosco was our sales representative. He was polite, knowledgeable always professional. We were very impressed with his GoPro roof evaluation. Jeff the project manager was frequently around to check on the project. He made himself available for any cares or concerns that arrived and always quick to get back to us. Thank you, for showing you value your customers. Kudos to.... Ishmael and his crew who laid our tile roof. They did an amazing job. This roof is beautiful! They truly know their craft. The crew worked hard everyday. Our home was left clean at the end of each work day. Thanks to the office girls who are friendly and prompt to get back to you on phone calls. Yes, I highly recommend Berry Roofing. A roof is a big investment and value to your property. So pick the best! read more

Very disappointed in this company. After making an appointment for an estimate I was called and due to technician being out sick they had to reschedule for three days later. This is after "Karen" reluctantly scheduled the appointment because my husband would not be present for estimate. Good luck to anyone calling this discriminating company. There are too many roofing companies for a female sole homeowner to put up with this crap. read more

After some exhausting internet research, my wife determined that Berry Roofing was the outfit to go with. The reviews were impressive and customer satisfaction was rated very high as well, so we made the call. We are so glad we did! Our customer representative Shazz was very cordial and knowledgeable. He did a complete evaluation of the roof, and explained all of the options. We settled on our selection and scheduled a start date of about a week later. The crew was fantastic and kept the worksite spotless. The job was completed in four days and looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier, and I would recommend Berry to anyone who wants the best. read more

This review for Berry Roofing is long overdue. I waited for a good rainstorm before writing a review, and the roof passed this week's rainstorm test 100%. Berry Roofing replaced my 476 sq. ft. solid wood patio roof in November 2024. Many roofing companies I contacted said my job was too small and not worth their time. Not Berry Roofing. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and sent someone out within a couple of days to look at the scope of work and provide a quote. The salesman was very knowledgeable, addressed all my concerns, and treated my small job as importantly as a $25K whole house reroof. Once I decided to proceed, the job was scheduled the following week and completed in two days. A final inspection was done on the third day by the foreman, who did some touch-up and additional cleanup. I really appreciate him coming out. There were a few issues with the gutter that needed fixing, and he took care of that immediately. I want to point out that they did not just replace the rolled asphalt sheeting; they replaced the wood decking too. They removed the old wood decking down to the beams and painted the replacement wood decking to match. The new roof looks great and is watertight. Berry Roofing did an excellent job replacing my patio roof. The roofing crew was skilled and knowledgeable. The sales and production teams provided outstanding customer service too. If I need to replace the tile roof on my house, I will be calling Berry Roofing. read more

Berry Roofing has met and exceeded this families needs for over a decade. First, putting a new roof on our Wood Street English Tudor at a price that was thousands less then their competitor. Second, putting a new roof at a cabin Running Springs. Both roofs continue to look great. Recently, the repaired our garage roof where another solar company had lefy unsightly bracket. Work done in less than a day. It would be hard to find a more expert and professional roofing company. read more

My wife and I were looking for a roofing company to fix our leaking roof in the garage area. We selected 4 roofing companies to come out and provide us a quote. The 1 roofing company that stood out and earned our business was Berry Roofing & Solar. Ryan Nitz came out to our home to provide our quote. Ryan was on time, polite, and very professional. Ryan was the only representative that did everything with his laptop and go pro video camera. Ryan went on the roof to film on where the damage was and then went on his laptop to provide us with the different work options and payment options. Due to Berry Roofing being so busy, our date for the work wasn't for 2 weeks. I then get a call in the next few days from a Berry Roofing supervisor that there is an opening the next day and his crew was ready to work. I accepted the opening and the work was done in one day! Ryan then came out the following week and went on the roof to provide a recap of the work that was done. Ryan then let us know to call or text him if we have any other questions. Thank you Ryan for being a true professional and for being good at what you do. read more

I recently hired Berry Roofing to replace my 30 year old roof. I was impressed with everyone from the salesman, office staff, and especially the crew that replaced my roof. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A local, family-owned company with impeccable service. The repair quote was very timely and reasonable; the on-site roofer was very personable/responsive at all times, as was the company's in-office personnel; repair options were discussed in detail, along with clear photos/video of the roof to evidence the issue and select the repair option that made the most sense. Work started and was completed as per the estimate, and the work looks great. I'd highly recommend this company. read more

Couldn't be happier. Had serious roof problems due to age and a prior solar installation company that cracked tiles and caused major leaking problems. Very Happy with my new roof by Berry Roofing in Riverside. Historic craftsman 110 year old house needed a whole new roof. Replaced old wood shingles & 2 layers with high quality plywood with radiant barrier, underlayment and beautiful Owens Corning shingles. Very professional from soup to nuts. Great production supervisor Geoff, great crew led by Ismael, and staff Eric & Elizabeth. Excellent communication. They really listen to your questions, with thorough answers and follow through. I had damage due to the crazy North Fontana winds, and several tiles were flipped or cracked. I reached out to 5 companies, and Berry was the only one who showed up on time. Curtis was my salesperson, and he presented three options. What I appreciated most was that he allowed time for me to think about it. The installers also showed up on time and were very respectful of my home. They even cleaned up the little scraps when they were done and did the work in the wind. I highly recommend going with Berry because shopping around will be a waste of your valuable time. read more

I have since referred Berry Roofing to my mother and her neighbor. They had their roofs done within the last few month. Entered info into their website to have someone come out and give a quote on our home for a new roof. Lady called back and asked a few question.... then was adamate that my wife and I both be present. I let her know i would be making the decisions regarding the roof and that our work schedules would not allow us to be together. She said when you both have time together so we can explain the process to you., to call back for an apointment. I said thank you for your time..... Had a roof leak for all the recent rains. They had to replace multiple broken and/or slipped tiles, plus some ceiling damage from the leak in one of our bedrooms. Marcus, thank you for your professionalism and detailed explanation. This comment is long overdue. We had numerous quotes and estimates with our roof. We chose Berry Roofing because of the visual data and assessment of the roof. Other companies were providing us with blind estimates without actually seeing the roof. very happy with their work. completed job as promised. sent pictures of the work as it progressed. Kept work site clean.

We found wet drywall in an upstairs room after recents rains and with the roof being 30 years old we needed to get it repaired before more damage took place. I did a little research online and found Berry Roofing had high scores so gave them a call and within a couple days, Shazz came out. After showing Shazz the interior damage, he took several moisture readings then climbed on the roof and did a complete roof inspection that included pictures and videos. Shazz explained some different options, materials and processes that would be used; we chose to get about 600 square feet of roof repaired over the problem area. Within a couple days work began then after completion, Shazz came out for a final inspection. Extremely pleased with the service from the folks at Berry and recommend anyone needing quality work to contact them. read more

5 STARS AND ABOVEEEE!!! Just moved to the Inland Empire and was in need of a roofer that could fix a leak in my master bedroom. Came across Berry Roofing and decided to reach out to them based off the great reviews here on Yelp. First encounter was with their Receptionist, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was such a short notice, but they were able to schedule me in that same week! As for the workers that came out and helped me.. they were amazing! Very professional and cleaned up after the work was complete. I appreciated that very much. Overall, I am so happy with my experience with the Berry Roofing team. They made everything quick and easy. I HIGHLY recommend Berry Roofing for their affordability, professionalism, and friendliness. Will be using them again in the future. THANK YOU BERRY ROOFING TEAM! read more

I started off with Marcus coming to my house to do the quote and proposal. He does a very good job with showing you the repairs needed through a narrative video that he takes while he's on the roof. Marcus couldn't be more professional through the whole process. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything, he gives you options on what else can use attention and he will breakdown the cost as far as what you need to do to get the roof repaired and what repairs are optional to upgrade your roof. The pricing was very good (better than what I was expecting based on other quotes that I have gotten). The company as a whole is very easy to communicate with, every time I called with a question I was able to get ahold of someone that could answer my questions. That is a very good business practice especially when your customers are spending this kind of money. The workers who repaired my roof were on-time everyday and they also had very good communication as they were doing things. They did an excellent job with the repair and they cleaned up everything once they were done. The execution of the work was flawless. Overall I felt good choosing Berry Roofing to do my repairs from beginning to the end of the process. The company is very professional with high quality employees. I would recommend to anyone reading this review, if you need any Roofing repairs to give Berry Roofing a call. You will not be disappointed. read more

Berry Roofing by far delivers all the customer's expectations and more. They most certainly are not the cheapest, why, because they use higher quality materials to last and the work is VERY high quality. You get what you pay for that's a given. Everyone that was involved with my new roofing project for my home was so professional at all times. No hidden fees, they deliver what they promise and do it with a smile. I most certainly recommend this company over any roofing company out there. I did my homework and got 5 bids and berry was my 6th. You get what you pay for and it definitely shows in the craftsman ship and materials. My roof is beautiful, love the color, the rain gutters and roofing trim. They are very neat and clean and also bring a contractors toilet to the job site. My roof from start to finish was 5 days and the city inspector came on the 7 day and done. Exceptional work! read more
