We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. Johnny, the owner, kept in a constant communication with me throughout the whole process and provided me with the photos of the progress of the repair. To give you my scope of work, the quote consisted of a major repair to the pergola's roof and some minor roof repairs on the house due to the rain and the high wind damages. He also offered and helped me with a repairing one portion of the pergola. During inspection, he was very through and found additional issues that other competitors missed. Since this was damage from the rain and the high wind, I filed a claimed with my homeowner insurance. Johnny went above and beyond and help me interface his portion of the invoice with them. We originally contacted this company earlier this march when a leak was discovered in one of our upstairs bathrooms, We were not expecting to receive such a genuinely helpful individual such as Johnny who is the owner of the company. He not only was able to do an onsite inspection early morning next day but he was also able to get work started on my roof the following day. Fast Forward to today when another leak was discovered in our Master Bathroom after the heavy rain we received and Johnny has once again come to our rescue. I contacted heritage after the first company that came out to give an in person estimate, that they required, did not even go on the roof because per them they were afraid to break tiles and this was after another company canceled my estimate twice. Heritage came out and gave an in person inspection gave me the quote. Then when they came out they needed to replace more tiles on my roof but didn't upcharge me which would have been completely valid if they did. Developed a roof leak over my bedroom, called Heritage the next morning and was promptly given a return call. Johnny said that they were close by and could come by later in the afternoon to assess my situation. A few hours later, showed up, quickly got on my roof, identified the issues and let me know he'd sent his proposal to me later that evening. He told me that he'd be out the next day (Saturday) between 12 to 12:30 however I was pleasantly surprised to see Johnny and help at around 11am.
