I thought I didn't post this review since someone eventfully came out, albeit over 3 hrs late without calling. But yeah, someone finally came out and did their thing. I don't think I'll be doing business with Imperial roofing but thanks for the estimate. read more

House projects can be really stressful sometimes... especially if you don't do your homework and research a lot. I reached out to a few companies through yelp and after meeting at least 4, we decided to go with Imperial because it just felt right and they were fairly priced. Service requested: it was a struggle to find a company that did both fascia board replacement AND gutters, but this company did both! Quality looked great and the value of having peace of mind is invaluable. Ricardo came out and have us an estimate. Angel was fabulous at returning my calls and answering any questions i had. THEIR LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION WAS FANTASTIC. called to schedule, called to let me know when they were on their way, and even when they were running late. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely use Imperial! read more

After a search, i went with them to have my roof fixed and even have a gutter placed. After scheduling for an inspection, ricardo came on over. He went on the roof to check it out. I asked if they also do gutters. He gave me a solid estimate that beats the competition. Definitely value for money. I asked for a proposal to be sent via email. And agreed to it. I scheduled a time for them to come. They mentioned between 9-10am. When the scheduled day arrived. No one came. I messaged ricardo and was advised they will come the next day. The work was done by Leo and Manuel. They arrived at 930am. First they started with the roof. And installed the gutter. Unfortunately, they weren't able to finish the gutter because of a missing part. The next day, they mentioned they will be back the same time (9-10). Unfortunately, it was a different person that arrived and it was around 12noon. He was done within 30minutes. I was happy with the work. They were able to send the photos of the roof pre and post. Pros: good quality work. Good value for money. Cons: probably just give them leeway in terms of arrival time. Will i work with them again? Yes all things considered. read more

Imperial Roofing & Gutters installed 63 feet of gutter on my second story. I am very pleased with the out come. After my initial estimate, my wife and I wanted to change it. We went to the office and discussed the changes. They arrived on time and worked hard. They consulted with me several times to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them for gutter installations. I got 3 estimates before going with them. One of the things that I found was there are people working out of their homes or somewhere you can not find. Dealing with the brothers from imperial roofing was quite confusing. They both contradicted each other at different times. What's more, the bid they gave me didn't even have my name on it (someone else's) and was wrong. Hire these fools at your own risk. read more

My MIL is an 85 year old woman who needed her gutters cleaned out. She has large trees and a flat patio that fills up her gutters and causes rain back flow into her eaves. One handyman refused to clean those gutters anymore because it was such a laborious job. I found Imperial Roofing & Gutters on Yelp within minutes. Based on the positive comments, I passed their phone number on to my MIL. She was treated with respect and a crew showed up on time, the day of the scheduled work. My MIL is very picky about work around her house. She told me she was very impressed and very pleased with their quality of work and thoroughness. They have her on a scheduled maintenance program so that she need not worry about finding another company to address her leaf filled gutters in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my MIL. It means a lot to know she's in good care. read more

Very good communication and arrived on time for our appointment. Courteous and professional, gave an honest assessment of my house and any recommendations. Out of the companies that responded to my request for a roof repair, one did not come to my house, but they said that repairs cost $300 for the first hour, $200 for every hour after that plus materials. The second showed up to my home, he didn't go up to the roof, he looked from the ground where the damage is not visible and said it would cost about $7,000 to replace a section of the roof. The third company, Imperial Roofing, had a project manager come my house. He immediately pulled a ladder and went up to the roof to assess the damage. Several minutes later he was back down and told me about what he found. After that, he said he would send a detailed quote and if I agreed, I could set a a date for the repairs. To his word, I received a quote by email and a hard copy in the mail. It detailed all the work and materials to be used. Now I should note that there was caveat stating that if there was any unforeseen damage to the roof, I would pay extra. However, in my case, they kept to their estimate. Which was much less than replacing my roof. Finding good, reliable, and honest people in my time of need has been a tough journey. Thank you Imperial Roofing! read more

Prompt and courteous, but they don't carry the higher gauge aluminum that I need for a long run.

I highly recommend Imperial Roof Management. They are fast response, good quality and reasonable price. Ricardo and his team are very reliable and deliver the promise with extra efforts and care. Based on my recent experience with Imperial Roofing and Gutters I would highly recommend this company as one of the best roofing companies in this neighborhood. I had a few displaced or broken slabs on my roof causing a leakage. All other companies I approached provided me quotes based on a home inspection report and didn't care to come to assess the damages and repair work needed as if hard earned customer money has no value or concern to them. The quotes were bound to be imperfect and misleading. Imperial roofing team did an excellent job to come out and climbed on the roof and sent me a detail estimate with pictures of the damages. They itemized each work they would be doing to fix the issue. What a customer focusing approach! I had no hesitation to accept their proposal realizing that the quote was perfectly reasonable. The team came on time and did an excellent job to complete the repair work. It rained heavily a day after their work and as expected there was no further leakage. The whole team including the project manager was highly professional on their behavior, approach and timeliness. Each one from this team I came across was very courteous hard working. I must add a few extra words about the responsiveness and customer care approach of the front desk representative Mireya Figueroa. She was quick to respond on my queries each time. She cared to understand my special request to fix the issue before imminent rain to start on next Monday. She coordinated well with her manager Ricardo to get the leakage fixed on Saturday before the predicted rain to start from Monday. Finding good, reliable, and honest people for any maintenance service I very challenging now a days. Imperial roofing and gutters exceeded my expectation on that. Thank you, team, please keep up the good work. read more

First and foremost I'd like to say thank you. I've been having a couple of ruff months with building projects not going to plan or companies not standing up to their work and materials. I found imperial on yelp and decided to give them a shot. They made an appointment and moved it once with plenty notice then was on time for the scheduled appointment. I inquired about rain gutters on both of my large 16' high buildings (residential steel garages) the man that came out for the estimate seemed honest, professional, and trust worthy and that was a good thing because I wasn't able to be their for the install. Color matched 95% spot on and that's good because it's powder coat and sill never be painted again. When I came home was very impressed with the engineering and quality of the gutters. They looked like they were manufactured at the same plant as the garages and installed at the same time. Lol. Perfect form and fit. The wife said they were nice and professional. Got the job done in a timely manner. I couldn't thank them enough for making this go to plan and look the way I wanted it the first go. I'll definitly be using them for future roofing projects. Also the price was very fair for the quality in my opinion. read more
