Reasonable price | $20,000+ I had a great experience with Prestige Roofing. The property, a duplex with 2car garage, had a tile roof with no decking nor underlayment. They reused the tiles and installed the plywood decking and underlayment, and replaced rotten wood. It was during a 2week period of rain. I made my deposit and the day after the rain stopped Prestige started the work and had it all completely done in 4days! They were extremely organized from the bid to billing to the real work being done. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Prestige! read more

Received great service from Prestige roofing. This year, I had to replace my flat part of the roof and was having some of the fascia wood damaged by water and termites. Did my research and got several quotes from various companies. The owner (Francisco) gave a very reasonable quote for the work. My flat roof was about 1200 sq ft. They replaced the entire roof in several days, replaced much of the fascia wood and primed it all (haven't decided what color paint yet). I felt that this company was honest with pricing and reasonable. So many people are taking advantage of insurance companies demanding major repairs that may or may not be needed and there are a lot of roofing companies that are overcharging for work. They were very transparent about costs, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and were kind to my family. Very thankful for their work! read more

Overall, Presting Roofing did a great job. The entire job was completed within several days. The crew were all so nice. Communication could have been better, as somone else mentioned in another review. We were contacted the afternoon prior asking if the next day would be okay to start. From there, we needed to have decided what color tiles for the city permit information. We had to choose and change the color a few times based on what our city would approve. I wish the process could have been outlined better in order to be more prepared. I had to run out before work one day to buy the paint for the wood that would be placed that day. However, Francisco was easy to get a hold of if there were any questions and the office (Aracely) was very helpful with any questions or asking Francisco for us and getting back to us. I wish the estimate for the additional cost of the wood not covered was more accurate. It ended up being over the upper range of the estimate given. The process was nerve wracking but the finished product is beautiful. Several neighbors have let us know how nice the new roof looks. We are very happy. Thank you Prestige Roofing! read more

They did an amazing job fixing our roof!! Great communication and very friendly!! Reasonably priced for the service.

This is my first Yelp review, and I'm happy to share our experience with Prestige Roofing! My husband and I recently had our roof fully replaced, and we chose Prestige based on a family friend's recommendation. Francisco Vega, the owner, stood out by emphasizing the importance of pulling a city permit--something the other company didn't prioritize. Francisco came prepared during the walkthrough, but a third roofing layer wasn't identified until demolition, which slightly impacted the estimate. Still, the final cost was comparable to the other quote, and we felt confident knowing the job was done properly and inspected. The roof was completed in six days (Monday-Saturday), and the quality of work was solid. Communication during the process could have been better--especially regarding scheduling, contract questions, and Saturday work--but overall, we're pleased with the results provided by Prestige roofing! read more

We contacted several roofing companies for a leak in our roof and we decided to go with Prestige Roofing because of three reasons: 1. Great customer service -- they were always available to answer any questions and they provided the most details on the issue and how they were going to fix it. 2. Price -- they came back with a reasonable quote for the work 3. Quality work -- they were flexible on schedule and was able to finish the work as promised before the rain hit us that weekend. Thank you to Francisco and Omar for all your help with getting our roof back to tip top shape! read more

We had a serious leak on our flat roof yesterday and today. We called our regular roofer. They sent someone out eventually who worked for 1 1/2 hours and totally clogged the drain so the problem was worse that when we called. So I called Prestige after reading the reviews on Yelp. Francisco came out within two hours. In 15?minutes, he had unclogged the drain. There was beginning to be inside damage. Once the rain stops we will have him back to assess damage and do what is necessary. We strongly recommend Prestige Roofing. read more

I just had my roof totally done with gutters and gutter guard with down spout. I am so excited to have Prestige Roofing take care of home. They are absolutely professional and exceeded my expectations. They are very detailed and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I can not thank them enough for the workmanship and quality of service. I'm a very satisfied customer. Have already recommended to my family, neighbors and friends. read more

Flat garage roof was in serious condition. Francisco and his crew were very professional. They replaced plywood and fascia that was rotted out. They worked very fast and the quote I was given was very reasonable. I think the peel & stick torch with final silicon coat is the way to go. No cracking like hot mop or nails through roofing rolls that would cause leaks. Should be good for 20 years or more. read more

My experience with Francisco, his office staff and his whole crew was exceptional! My old roof was 1976 wood shake with a layer of shingles on top so the job scope included all new plywood decking which certainly made the job more expensive, but Prestige Roofing had very competitive pricing (I had quotes from 5 vendors) and the job was completed without any surprises or markups. I selected the GAF Timberline HDZ RS reflector series shingles in Birchwood color which is a very attractive grey color to reflect the heat. I also requested O'Hagin vents and OSB radiant barrier to help with the attic heat. All said, I am very pleased with the work by Prestige Roofing. read more

During these crazy times, your lucky to even get a contractor to call you back. Even harder to have them show up to bid the project. Prestige Roofing did both right away. We were doing a 360 sq ft addition on the rear of out home. Francisco (the owner) gave me a fair bid, and pointed out upgraded materials he uses (which no one else even mentioned as an option) His crew did a fantastic job, and kept asking if I was happy with the work as it proceeded. Would use them again. read more

Prestige Roofing - Blended our 30 year old roof nicely with Eaglelite "S" tile. - Roofing Near Me - Anaheim, California

Great costumer service, and the cheapest I found so far. I love the part that they added a piece at no charge.

My first time working with a roofing company and this will probably be the only one i work with - francisco was very knowledgeable and explained everything and gave picture updates. The price was fair and the work was thorough and great. He re-did my second story roof and gave me options of future work i could look into. I had a wonky front patio that had a badly done roof so he restored it to original so my front patio has an open roof - he also touched up a few other spots around the house. He was not very salesman like and i appreciated the honesty. Would highly recommend for anyone and for the future read more

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Fransisco, the owner, and his staff are wonderful! They are incredibly professional and true to their word. We had broken tiles on our roof from a nightmare fumigation company who would not repair their own damage, and presitge roofing came out, and fixed everything in one day. They showed up when they said they would! They gave me before and after photos! They even called afterwards to follow up and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Price was fair as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and would use them again for my roofing needs every time! I wish all businesses would operate like them! read more

I sent a message via Yelp and recieved a message the next day. The tech, Ariel gave me an appointment time at 5pm. I noticed that the business closes at 3:30pm but thought the office closed at 3:30 and the workers work till 5? Nope!! I was standing around waiting for 40 minutes and no one showed up. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Great service, so far our roof is holding up. Thank you so much to Francisco and his team.

Really happy I found Francisco and his team. Francisco was very straightforward and honest. Other companies that I contacted were more salesman-like, but I felt that Francisco just evaluated the problems as he saw them and never tried to upsell me on anything or resort to fear-mongering to get more money. His price was more competitive than other companies, and he actively dissuaded me from seeking a larger roof liner replacement, pointing out errors that other companies made in falsely identifying roof leaks. His crew was very professional and friendly and got everything done as they said they would. I highly recommend this company. read more

Called them to do some roofing work on a Monday and they were there and finished before the end of week. Their decades of experience is evident, and their crew are all good people. Pricing is fair and the work is thorough. They made it a point to clean up really well afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, but I probably won't need to since they did such a good job. read more

We had a roof leak during this last heavy rain storm with three straight days of rain. I called Francisco and he sent someone right over in the pouring rain to put a tarp on the roof until the rain stopped. His guys took photos of where the roof needed repair, so when the storm was over he was ready to go with a very reasonable quote and had a crew over to fix it the very next day! They matched the shingle color perfectly so the patched section doesn't look different than the rest of the roof. Great communication, transparency, and quality work. I will be using them again. Thanks, Francisco! read more

Looking to reroof my home before the rainy season - got 3 quotes and picked Prestige Roofing , the other two were nation wide companies. Prestige was the lowest but I normally don't go to lowest bid , I look at reviews, experience and quality of work. The big company reps sound like car salesmen following a scrip - Prestige sent project mgr Francisco (35yrs experience) to assess my home - simple and direct , explained alot about the reroof process and materials used. His crew were very efficient and skilled at each phase of job . Family runned company and had the pleasure of interacting with Omar who got the city permit and Yessenia who helped closed out the financial part. Good people all and recommend this company for your roofing needs read more

We needed to get our roof done. Francsico and his team made this process very smooth. Professional and courteous, they replaced some peeled away 3 layers of shingles, replaced a lot of shiplap, replaced the facia, added underlayment, and put new shingles on. To add to that, they were quick without sacrificing the quality of their work. The longest part of process was waiting for inspector from the city to come and inspect. Thank you Francisco and everyone at Prestige Roofing. I recommend them for any roofing needs; I'm actually going to hire them to put in gutters. read more

So happy with this company. Did some minor roof work for us, as well as replaced our fascia boards and trim that had some water damage. They put up new gutters and painted the entire exterior of the house. We were surprised they were able to schedule us rather quickly and got the job done Fast. They Cleaned up everyday and kept the exterior looking nice. They were very responsive from the first meeting, to scheduling to final completion. Francisco is licensed and bonded. This is an all around great company with a good work ethic, would highly recommend read more

Prestige Roofing - Freshly painted stucco, trim, siding and garage doors with new dark gutters. - Roofing Near Me - Anaheim, California

Our house needed some roof repairs due to Termite and water leak and after several quotes we decided to go with Prestige. Price was lower compared to others, but we liked best the honesty, communication, and patience from Don Francisco and team. Francisco was great to communicate with and to answer any of the questions we have, and review the options. After tearing the old tile roof we found the damage was greater than expected but Prestige Roofing was able to find all these and replace any compromised wood, put brand new underlayment even for future solar panels, retile, and power wash so it looks like brand new again! Rood looks great (they also power washed it) and feels safe now! Even the neighbors were impressed with the work, the workers' courteousness and communication, and the final product since the house needed some TLC. We are very happy to have hired Prestige Roofing and Francisco. They started the work on time, cleaned after their work, finished sooner than expected, and even inspection passed quickly. Highly recommend the crew at Prestige! We definitely recommend them for any roof needs! read more

Francisco came out to my house quickly and gave me an accurate quote on removing the skylights I assumed were leaking. The crew arrived right on time and began work right away. The discovered the real reason for my leaks, an old unused heater pipe and removed the culprit. They repaired the roof and took time to closely match the new shingles to the old. The result was spectacular. They even cleaned up all the little dust and debris around the house with a blower after their work was finished for the day! I highly recommend Prestige Roofing! read more

We couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for the repair work that Prestige Roofing (in Fullerton, not the other one in Santa Ana or Orange) had done. Francisco came to give me an estimate for 2 roof leaks which was reasonable, scheduled the repair within a few days. The crew members, Pascual and I believe Elmer, came on time and worked diligently, professionally and efficiently. They also cleaned all debris and broken roof tiles. They gave me one year warranty to roof repair areas, very reassuring. At the end, Ariel came to take complete pictures of the entire roof using the drone. We are impressed with the quality of work, efficiency, professionalism, timeliness and pleasantness of all Prestige Roofing staff. Thank you Francisco, Ariel and all crew members for a job well done! read more

This company went the extra mile. I contacted Francisco mid December. Tells me he will come by before new years. I take time off work and wait. No show no call. Wait a second day, same. Contact him after new years and he says he lost his phone....well you have an assistant and hopefully some way of keeping tabs on clients. Anyways, we reschedule for January 13. He comes out and we go over my concerns, I bought a new house and the report said flashings had small leak. That's it. He then went over gutter cleaning and possibly fixing tiles. I said sure if you want but I need flashings fixed. His assistant sends me a quote for $1800......the cost was for tiles and materials to replace under tiles. Nothing about flashings being sealed. There was also a charge for gutter cleaning. His assistant texts me and I explain that he didn't even go on the roof when he was here....why is he getting so many tiles to basically do a new roof if I just needed flashings done. She didn't have an answer.... I wait for an updated quote. Few days go by nothing. At this point I'm livid as there have been communication issues and I felt I was getting taken advantage of. Finally the assistant texts me saying waiting on Francisco. She then says they sent updated quote. Couldn't find it. Another day goes by and at this point it's been a month with not a single flashing fixed that would take a general contractor maybe 2 days to do. I tell her thanks, but I'm going elsewhere as this was ridiculous. I've been in high B2B sales for over 10 years....if I treated my clients the way Francisco did I'd be out of a job. Judging from the reviews on Yelp and Google, he was focusing on the bigger paying jobs which is fine, but don't tell me "I got it let's get it done". Just tell me you are too busy to get it done and I'll be on my way. 1 star for wasting my time and price gauging me. read more

Had a great experience with the Prestige team installing semi round gutters on our house. The guys worked hard and completed the job in a single day. We had our first big rain of the winter and everything worked great. Sarai was patient and explained the various gutter styles (who knew there were so many) and color options to ensure we were comfortable with our choices. She even painted a few section of trim that I wasn't able to get to. Thanks again for the great work and positive experience! read more
