I found a roof leak from one of our recent extreme rainstorms in January, 2026. I called Premium Roofing Systems, and David came out to inspect my roof and ALSO put a protective tarp over the compromised portion of my roof until their crew could come out and make repairs. He emailed me a comprehensive estimate and offered me a financing option that was very affordable. Interest-free loan if paid in 18 months. I asked the main office lady (Sam) to please do the legwork and obtain the permits for me, and she did so effectively and got them right the first time. When the crew came out to replace my roof, their Foreman (Jose) explained each step to me as they progressed. The first day was tear-off and replacing 3 sheets of plywood. The second day, the crew met with the State Inspector who approved the crew to proceed to install the new shingles. Final Inspection was done by the same Inspector during the following week and Jose came out to meet with him and get the Final Signoff. The whole process was smooth and friendly which I believe is due to this family-owned roofing business who actually CARE about doing a fine job for a fair price. I found this company on Yelp after reading their great reviews. David C. contacted me for an inspection for Saturday, March 28 at 8:30 AM. David came by to inspect my leak by physically going up on my roof. He told me that he would email me the estimate next week. I waited until yesterday, 4/7/26 to reach out to David for the estimate. I texted him at 9:23 AM about when he would be sending me the estimates for either the repair or the entire roof underlayment replacement. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. Thurston came out within a day and came prepared with satellite images of my roof with detailed proposal and gave me a very competitive quote to the company I was going with. I ended up ordering the GAF solar roof system to try to take advantage of the 30 percent Federal tax credit that's going go away now since the passing of BBB. The installation took about 4 days total. First day forman Nolan came and explained about everything and they started working right away, they even have a worker just to cleaning up throughout the day, since they are a lot of debris and nails off the roof, and they clean up everything everyday before they leave . In addition, repairs were needed for the air vents, ridgeline, and the removal of an old satellite dish. This roofing company is the most arrogant company I have ever met. They must have so much business that they will not give you time of the day so why give them your hard earned money LOL. I talked to their on site manager when they were doing my next door neighbor roof and explained that I need some roof work done. Not wanting to get into small details but basically they were telling me to take a hike. I have my roof repair completed already (within 7 days from first contact) and I am still waiting for their (never) response. P.S. I also told the other neighbor that this company is going to help with their roof repair twice. I even went as far as to have their parent drop the side gate key to my house since they were on vacation. I lost face because I had to tell them the roofer was not interested when they came back. We needed to replace our original 40+ year old roof because we were starting to get leaks last rainy season. We got quotes from about 6 or 7 different roofing companies. Premium Roofing was not the cheapest but I was impressed with the interaction. Thurston came by to look at the scope of our project and give us a quote. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the material options, scope of work and procedures for getting this project started. We live in a community with an HOA which reviews any architectural type changes so our project couldn't start until after we were approved for the materials and scope. During that time Premium Roofing kept us appraised of the process on their side such as permits and when they would get our materials. On the start day, I was impressed that the crew arrived on time led by foreman Nolan. Throughout the whole process every member of the crew worked hard - it was entertaining watching them throw and catch roof tiles in a human line to move them around.
