I still asked him to quote the project and his price was competitive with the other 4 bids that we received. Only one of the other 4 companies were honest enough to tell me that I did not need a new roof at that time, so All Pro was already the standout from an integrity/honesty standpoint. Fast forward to this year -- my wife and I decided to proceed with our roofing project, and so I reached back out to All Pro as well as a few other roofing companies. All Pro's price was again very competitive with the other companies, and Adam took a lot of time to explain the installation process and the difference in shingle options, so we decided to select All Pro as our vendor of choice. His crew removed the old roof in a day, identified and replaced existing wood and facia as necessary, and installed our new Certainteed Presidential TL roof in country grey in about a week. Everyday, his crew thoroughly cleaned up any debris, dirt and nails around the property. As shown in the pictures, the roof came out beautifully and we are very happy with the All Pro experience from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Pro roofing, Adam and his team.

I felt that this company was honest with pricing and reasonable. So many people are taking advantage of insurance companies demanding major repairs that may or may not be needed and there are a lot of roofing companies that are overcharging for work. They were very transparent about costs, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and were kind to my family. Very thankful for their work!

Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. My advice to future customers: - Make sure they thoroughly review all prior electrical work done in your home. - Ask specifically about permit implications before signing. - Get clear confirmation on who will be onsite and whether they can communicate effectively with you. - Do not assume they will proactively flag electrical conflicts, you may be asked to pay for corrections later. The company is on the expensive side, and I accepted that cost in exchange for what I believed would be a smooth, well-communicated experience. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

This review was a long wait one. We had our roof done last year. Top Roofing Services was the most affordable, good quality and best costumer service from all that we had talked to. The workers are polite, good communication skills to each other and had some good laughs during work (proof that their relationships was positive and low stress even during work hours). David came by to inspect my leak by physically going up on my roof. He told me that he would email me the estimate next week. I waited until yesterday, 4/7/26 to reach out to David for the estimate. I texted him at 9:23 AM about when he would be sending me the estimates for either the repair or the entire roof underlayment replacement. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. If it's this difficult to get a hold of this company to give them money for their service, it might be impossible to get a hold of them once they have your money.

And many others couldn't even repair a skylight of any kind. Leo came out and was very knowledgeable immediately. He was the only one who confirmed that the size of our skylight was a custom job, which we had suspected all along after many attempts to replace it ourselves. He came out immediately, gave us a super fast quote, and we had him get started right away. On the day of tue install, Juan came out to do the installation and he went above and beyond. He explained the process to me. He brought extra foam to seal the skylight. The install only took about 30 mins, and then he walked me around my roof afterward to show me other areas that might be problematic and told me how I could fix it all myself without trying to upsell or seek any additional business.

One of the first things I asked about was the underlayment they planned to use. A lot of roofers will go with basic felt or cut corners, but these guys installed a double layer of Titanium UDL 50 synthetic underlayment, which was exactly the level of protection I was hoping for. The owner (Leo) has 35 years of roofing experience, and you can tell immediately when you talk to him. He recently started this new company, but the professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. A few things that really stood out: * They coordinated everything directly with my tenant so I didn't have to manage the logistics. * Once we signed the contract, the repair was scheduled and completed within just a few days, which was impressive. * Communication throughout the day was excellent -- both the owner and the project manager kept me updated on progress and sent photos of the work. * They handled everything included in the quoted price -- tile repairs, replacing damaged plywood, installing the new underlayment, and even cleaning out all the gutters before they finished. They also included some preventive maintenance, sealing all weak points of the roof; vents, chimney, to try to prolong the life of the roof as much as possible, which I originally thought was bull, but they actually did that, repairing a couple extra locations (see photos) which were not leaking yet but needed some love. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, and the final result looks fantastic. The job site was clean, the roof looks great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for a roofing company that actually understands the technical side of roofing materials and does exactly what they say they're going to do, I highly recommend them.

This was a huge project with our roof having 17 valleys which required extensive planning and precision installation. The total job cost was in the six-figures. We could not be happier with the outcome. Chris Barnett and Blake Cox were consummate professionals not only leading up to and throughout the job, but afterwards as well. We had some issues relating to the gutters, which were not related to the re-roof itself, but Chris and Blake wanted to make sure that everything worked perfectly and so paid us a visit a few more times after the job was complete and made absolutely sure that the roof channeled water in perfect coordination with the gutter system. I have worked with many roofers throughout my career in property management and Barnett Roofing is the absolute best of them. I found them via their outstanding reviews here and so thought I should complete the loop and make sure that others know what my experience has been.
