Every roofer came with worse case scenarios and wanted me to replace the underlining for an entire side of my lower roof. Augustin was the only one who quoted me for just the area where the leak was. Since the worse scenario stuck in my head, I asked Augustin to replace the entire side for peace of mind. He tried to talk me out of it and said I don't need to, save your money. Who tries to make less money? Moreover, he included the repair of broken tiles (Spanish-style concrete tiles) and reseal of all the air vents on the upper roof at no extra cost. I wish I was able to post a good review about this company as it appeared the job would be well done in the beginning. I expected better quality control when paying more than $15k to have a roof redone. A couple months after the work was done i noticed an area where the wood was rotten and it was covered up by the metal trim instead of bringing to my attention in which I would easily pay to have them replace it. After calling the owner argued with me that they aren't responsible for the wood and that it would be an extra charge to replace. I wasn't concerned about paying for it, more that it wasn't done originally. The owner has since come out to look at it, quote me to fix it, scheduled the fix then never showed up to do the fix. Update: the fix was eventually taken care of just not at the time we had scheduled. I upped my rating because of this. read more

Their workmanship is less than shotty when it is complete. My work remains shotty and incomplete. They can't paint and the left approximately 60 pounds of scrap roofing tiles on my roof. After getting an estimate for roof repairs from the company I had used 15 years ago to install a new roof, I decided to shop around to see if the estimate amount was a fair price. I checked on Yelp reviews for a roofer with good ratings and I came across a few. Yelp gave me the option of requesting a quote so I just entered a form with all the issues on my roof that needed correcting.
