Jose and his team did a great job replacing our flat roof. He was willing to work with our schedule and the roof replacement was done within the same day. No leaking so far, and they gave us a 2 year leak warranty on the replacement. The quote was also very competitive and the quality of their work was very good. Would recommend them! read more

Honest roofer. Had him come by to inspect my roof to find problems. Jose said he couldn't find any problem and didn't offer to sell me anything. If I ever need roofing work eventually, I'd work with Estrada Roofs. read more

Jose was prompt to respond, was thoughtful about inspecting the roof, and showed me photos of areas on the roof that could use some fixes. He and his team arrived on time and completed the repair work promptly. All in all excellent stuff. The effective labor rate based on the 20 min job was pretty steep all things considered, but having a hassle free experience makes it a bit easier to swallow. read more

They came out quickly and fixed the leak. Everything went smoothly. Communication was perfect and their team did an amazing job and sent photos of the previous damage and explained everything. read more

I requested Jose to repair some broken tiles on my roof. During the inspection he noticed another problem with my roof which I haven't seen and suggested to get it fixed. The price was reasonable and the work was done well. The crew showed up on time and completed earlier than initially expected. They provided photos to show the before and after of the work done. I will recommend Estrada roofs to anyone looking for help with their roof. read more

Jose was very responsive and arrived as scheduled for onsite inspection and quote to repair a leak in the roof. Provided a written quote the same day. We thought we might have a leak in our roof Jose came to our house to checked roof and attic. He could have told us that we had a leak and charged us but thankfully he was HONEST and said everything is fine. There should be many other people like him. Honesty will get you more customers. Thank you Jose!!! read more

Estrada Roofs did my asphalt shingle roof replacement in the end of May 2025. After a couple of good rains, no leaks. I have not had any strong Santa Ana winds yet. The price was not cheap, but comparable to other proposals. read more

I contacted them to inquire about redoing some of the roof vents. The owner said he would prefer to do an inspection instead of relying on pictures I provided. He showed up on time, did an inspection and advise me that all the seals around the vents were still good and there was nothing that needed to be done unless I had a water leak, which I don't. Talk about honest! Other contractors would sell and upsell you on unnecessary fixes. Would highly recommend! read more

While I ended up putting this project on hold, I wanted to give a shout out to Jose who was very response and helped with my questions. He was very nice. Thanks Jose. read more

Both inspection and repairs were done meticulously with pictures. They were punctual, no nonsense, and professional.

Contacted Jose after putting in a request via Yelp for roof inspectors. Jose scheduled the next week and came for an inspection, showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired (caulking and a cracked tile) and came the following week to fix it. His prices are great, his team is efficient and he is very honest. I recommended him to neighbors who were happy with his services as well. Now I am ready for the rainy season to begin with confidence! read more

Good experience! Quick response and timely service. Sealed a hole in my roof and sent many pictures.

I needed what I thought was 9-10 cracked roof tiles replaced, according to a home inspection report. Jose was very responsive and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner, which I appreciate. When he checked out the roof for the initial investigation, he said there's 60 tiles that need to be replaced, many of which had hairline cracks (that were missed in the home inspection's drone photos). I'm keen on how things are made and constructed and he explained a bunch of things about roofs, which I was very much interested in. Him and his crew replaced the tiles and resealed roof pipe flashings in under a day. it's hard to tell if the roof work that they did could possibly cause any new leaks in the future, and there's no warranty on the work that they did do. furthermore, i'm just trusting that everything up there went ok and they actually replaced 60 tiles, since i can't/haven't seen what it looks like afterwards but if it survives the rainy season, i'll be sure to do business with them again in the future. read more

I contacted Jose to obtain a quote for roof replacement and help patch up some of the proof for my parent's house, if it was possible to do so. There were some very strong winds last year and they flew away several of the roof panels. It was also raining hard, so it was kind of urgent. Although it was a little bit difficult getting in contact with Jose initially (his voicemail was full), once I was able to get in touch with him, it was smooth sailing after that. He and his team were on time and professional. He quoted fairly and gave us his honest opinion (and we appreciated this). He and his team then tried their best to patch up the roof during the small window we had at the time for the sun. The finished work was excellent! My parents and I were very satisfied with his company's work and service. We highly recommend! read more

We had Estrada Roofs do roof repair work on the front of our home. Their pricing was very competitive. They showed up as promised and completed the project quickly. They found and fixed an area of the roof that other companies didn't adequately repair. We were very happy with the work that they did to take care of our issues. read more

We needed a roof replacement on our 29+ year old roof. Jose came out, did a review and we compared his pricing to a handful of other roofing companies that also received a lot of great Yelp reviews. Estrada's came in the most economical for the full replacement we wanted and they offered us some comp'd wood to be competitive. We signed contracts in early May and due to rain and other customers, ended up having the work done the 3rd week of June. Overall the guys were professional, if anything came up they addressed it quickly which we appreciated that. They even installed some chimney caps for us at no charge and painted the replaced fascia with the paint we supplied. Overall we were happy with the end product and would highly recommend Jose and his company for your next roof job! read more

Really please with their response and work. Thank you and highly recommend. A huge plus.... They text!!! read more

We hired Jose to do an inspection for our roof. We had a great experience, he was on time, friendly and professional. He was thorough and provided us a report in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, he addressed all our concerns. José was very decently priced with great quality work. It's difficult to find someone that's not trying to price gouge their customers nowadays. Jose has my business moving forward and I'll refer him to family and friends. read more

Despite the owner having yelp take down the previous reviews. This roofing companies workers lied to myself and security of the community. I reached out nervously with the winds we had and then now rain on the way- we had some shingles fall off with the last wind and I wanted a professional to give us some advice. Jose came out and we liked him RIGHT AWAY- he does the estimates and his dad has been doing roofs for 38 years! They squeezed us in right away and repaired the part of our roof that had been damaged with the wind and age of the home. They were honest and gave us a fair price! They also sealed the vents on our roof without even asking them! While they were here I referred my neighbor to call them because she had also been looking for some roof damage repairs and didn't trust the other companies who had came to her home- they literally went to her house right after mine and just fixed the small things needed and didn't try and convince her she needed an entire new roof like all of the other companies! I will tell everyone about this team! They texted me photos of my roof before during and after the repair so I knew exactly what was done! Wow! They also showed up ON TIME! read more

Estrada roofing was very professional, and had took care of my busted skylights with ease! They even gave me recommendations for a small fix that I could do myself with a quick Home Depot run. Highly recommend! We hired Jose and Estrada Roofs for a complete re-roof job on our home in San Clemente. We loved that he did the estimate and was on site during the project. Jose provided exceptional service for my roofing needs. I needed some roof tiles that were loose to be fixed and put back into its original positions. I reached out to Jose on yelp and he was quick to respond. He was able to answer all of my questions and came out to fix the roof. I had asked for before and after photo and he was able to provide that as well. Professional service. Great price. Reliable communication! 5 stars all the way. Will be definitely using Estrada roofs again! read more

Jose, I appreciate the apology. Thus a couple extra stars. Do hope what happened to me doesn't happen to others. It was a busy time for roofers because of rain and I gave up everyone else to choose your company. The paper was ripped on my roof; so putting a couple tiles that I own for $250. would not protect that area of the roof. You had every right not to work for someone; if there was a miscommunication between John, you and me about when you were starting. I obviously thought it was going to be immediately. All I needed was tarp or plastic over that area; to make it through a rainy weekend. It was a long time ago and just seeing the reply; brought it all back. Forgiveness is a must in life. Wish you the best. Sincerely, Annette read more

I contacted Jose because a serious leak was occurring in our kitchen. There was a pool of water dripping from the ceiling. We had a plumber come by to check the pipes, but the plumber couldn't locate a leak and suggested we contact a roofer to make sure the leak wasn't coming from the roof. Jose came out the next day and examined the roof, solar panels installation, and wall area. He was thorough and gave me some suggestions on what could be causing the issue. I was grateful and I relayed the information to my plumber. I recommend Jose for any roofing needs because he is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. read more

Jose and his team did a great job on our skylight replacement. They were quick and very professional. And, he was the only one who took pictures of what our skylight looked like before they replaced it. Their estimate was much lower than the other 3 roofers I spoke to. We needed a leak repair and Jose came out and took the time to get up on the roof himself to assess what area specifically needed to be repaired. We got other quotes but Jose's came out to be the most reasonable for the work that we needed done. They were reliable, efficient honest, and professional. They even did extra caulking at no charge. Had a leak appear in our ceiling during the recent rain. Jose responded within a handful of hours, and brought his drone out the next day. He showed us the pictures of the damage causing the leak, and was out on Saturday to get the job done. He even fixed some flashing near our front door that we didn't realize had an issue. The repair was reasonably priced and they were incredibly efficient. The repair comes with a limited warranty as well. Highly satisfied and would recommend! read more

Estrada Roofing is fantastic. He did my roof repair quickly and at a very reasonable price. Jose was on time for the initial review of the problem, explained what needed to be done and scheduled the repair within a week. They cleaned up, hauling off the removed materials and even replaced a few broken tiles, out of the original scope of work! The work was fully documented in photos that I really appreciate. read more
