I needed my roof immediately repaired due to upcoming rain. Many of my roof tiles had broken over the years and that allowed rainwater to get into the house, causing pretty severe leaks. Carlos was very respond. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. He started work the next morning and worked throughout the day. He only stopped when he ran out of tile and had to go get more, and by that time it was already pretty late. He came back the next morning very early and finished the job. He did very thorough work. I'd definitely recommend him for anyone needing roof repairs. read more

He was always quick to respond to my questions and came by very quickly to check out the property. On the day of he said he would be there at 8:30am and he rang the doorbell at 8:29am on the dot. Problem: Cement tiles roof leak over garage. Several Yelp's 4* plus referrals, all agreed problem was from 'valley' partial blockage from debris leading to water diversion and deterioration of underlayment. Recommendations varied widely, from localized to whole house underlay removal and replacement (remove and reinstall old tiles). Decided to go with replacing whole length metal 'valley' and adjacent underlay. Carlos bid price was around the middle but he came across as knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. The work was performed by a three men crew (that included Carlos), all worked hard, completing the project in a reasonable time, other than a brief 'hiccup' that was corrected without rancor. Based on present experience, he earned the 5 stars recommendation. read more

Carlos was a Godsend for the roof and stucco repair I needed! His estimate was extremely reasonable and his follow-through was perfect. As another reviewer commented - he was very honest and transparent. He provided a detailed estimate and even though the roof damage turned out to be more extensive than he expected, he kept to his estimate. He and his assistant were both extremely professional and friendly. During his visit for the cost estimate he patiently explained to me the repair required and roof and facia construction basics! After they finished my roof repair, I hired them to refinish my front wall (powerwash, repair and paint), and powerwash my concrete, and spot fix stucco around the base of my house. All SO reasonably priced and professionally completed. Beyond the much needed roof repair, the work was primarily cosmetic and minor, but resulted in a big improvement. My house just looks more finished! Such a pleasant experience! read more
