Planning the project with David proceeded smoothly -he clearly specified the work necessary. I was highly impressed that when I asked about additional work, that David indicated my request was beyond the scope of the work his company specializes in. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity. Our project proceeded within the timeframe that was promised. David's crew were polite and worked in a manner that would be least disruptive to those in house. After completing the job, the crew power washed the walkway and the driveway before they departed -on their own accord. Photos of the restored roof were sent to me and the work looks FANTASTIC! RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was recommended to me by my next-door neighbor who had them do his roof. My neighbor told me that about a year after his roof was done, he thought there might be a new leak and RoofTek was at his house within hours. After their inspection, RoofTek identified the problem and corrected it -NO COST as part of the 5-year warranty their product comes with. My experience with RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was first rate! David and his crew make the process as painless as it gets. BTW, the cost of the work were reasonable and there were no 'hidden' adjustments to the original agreed upon estimate -what more could I ask for!

They arrived promptly at 6:30-6:45, put on their equipment and began their work. When they left at the end of the day they left everything tidy and ready for the next day. It may sound funny but I will miss opening the gate every morning to let them in with their pleasant greetings and esprit decorps. This was a huge project with our roof having 17 valleys which required extensive planning and precision installation. The total job cost was in the six-figures. We could not be happier with the outcome. Chris Barnett and Blake Cox were consummate professionals not only leading up to and throughout the job, but afterwards as well. We had some issues relating to the gutters, which were not related to the re-roof itself, but Chris and Blake wanted to make sure that everything worked perfectly and so paid us a visit a few more times after the job was complete and made absolutely sure that the roof channeled water in perfect coordination with the gutter system. I have worked with many roofers throughout my career in property management and Barnett Roofing is the absolute best of them. I found them via their outstanding reviews here and so thought I should complete the loop and make sure that others know what my experience has been. The only thing I wish is that they could handle my roofs in other regions but understandably, they are local to the greater Los Angeles area. Superb workmanship, quality and support - could not ask for more!
