Juan came for estimate and he bid the quote from other company. We got the pfd contract, but the price promised wasn't correct. He said he'll re send a new email with the correct amount. But when I mentioned the price he charges for the plywood for $100/sheet was higher than the other company. This roof is exposed to lots of wind and rough weather and we've called on Juan several times for smaller, emergency jobs between the larger jobs, and he always shows up and pays attention to each job, big or small. The most recent job he completed is the largest his company has done for us. It took awhile for them to get to it, because of their busy schedule, so you need to plan and schedule with him ahead of time. But, once they got on the job, they were done in three days with a large portion of the side a tile roof. Fabulous experience. Juan and his team re-roofed our entire roof, converting torch down to asphalt shingles. My roof had no plywood above the insulation, so he had to install plywood, then used Sharkskin Ultra SA (the best possible underlayment), and then put down asphalt shingle. He re-sloped areas that had been problematic in the past. He left the site exactly as he found it and always followed up with additional issues. My job was complicated. We had a low slope roof with tongue and groove decking, then insulation and then torch down. We wanted an electrician to come and put in overhead lighting while the roof had been exposed.
