The place was clean and neat and at the end of the day they use a metal rolling magnet to pick up nails amazing. We appreciate the metal magnet and the mop magnet because we have four dogs that are our world. They tried to cover our plants, our bushes they even covered my herb garden, which I appreciated so very much! We had six companies come and give us bids. It was 101° and these men work their bottoms off and never complained and they are hard-working men and this company does what they say they are going to do. Don't wait. I called Musulman to replace the metal drip edge, and Fred showed up the next day, Wednesday, to have a look. Fred is an amazing person, and his family owned company is still doing things right. I highly recommend Musulman Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs to an existing one. 5 stars!!

From the estimate to the roof replacement completion, they demonstrated that they are responsible and reliable. They do what they say! In October 2024, I got estimates from 4 different roofers, Jeff who is the owner of Always Reliable Roofing came. He climbed the roof, climbed the attic, and in less than 30 min, he found things the other roofers did not find. He demonstrated he is well experienced in assessing the roof and was transparent with us on any issues going into the roof replacement. I know my dad and I have a lot of questions and he was patient to answer them all. We also appreciate that he gave us a price estimate without any of the games that others played. In January 2025, we got the money to move forward with the roof replacement. We met Jeff again to pay the deposit, sign the contract, and select the roof color. Jeff got to work immediately by getting the permit from the city. He let us know there was about a 4 to 6 week wait due to other projects ahead of us and the weather forecast. I appreciate that they only start the roof replacement if the weather is rain free for the projected time period needed. While we waited, we had a concern about a rain storm and whether the old roof would hold. I called them and Jeff's wife, Karyna, was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Jeff came to check the roof for water tightness and he would cover the roof if needed. This was greatly appreciated by my dad and myself because it helped us rest assured that they took care of the roof even before the replacement started. Late Feb 2025, Jeff gave us about half week notice that our roof replacement would start. Our roof replacement took place on Monday to Saturday. The team that worked on the roof were supervised by Jeff's son Justin. It started with removal of the old roof. Then Justin met with the city inspector, which passed. Next the team proceeded to add the new roof. Lastly, there was one more inspection which also passed. The ultimate test, is inevitably when something unplanned happens during construction. During the process, Justin and Jeff continued to answer and questions or concerns we had. We greatly appreciated that they were so responsive throughout the whole process. We were surprised how much wood was left in the attic during the roof removal. They don't clean the attic, but they made sure to clean it enough so that the pipes stand straight through the roof. At the end, we noticed a pipe didn't have a cap, and Jeff added a cap right away. And they let us know right away when they discovered some wood that was damaged and would cost a bit more to get replaced. Justin explained the options to us and I felt we made an informed decision and the additional fee was appropriate based on market price for wood. My dad and I are very happy with the service from this family business. Every step of the way, they demonstrated that they are responsible and reliable. They made us feel important and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. A few words that express our experience: fast yet thorough, straightforward, honest, and definitely reliable. I highly recommend Always Reliable Roofing!!!

Jim really came through for us! We just purchased a rental home in Glendora and unfortunately the…read moretermite guys cracked a bunch of tiles (approx. 50 tiles). One roofer came out and said we needed a new roof. Two other roofers came out and said they could replace the tiles, and fortunately the previous owners left us a stockpile of tiles so they wouldn't need to order many -- or any -- tiles. Mind you, according to all of these roofers, the tiles we have are top-of-the-line, expensive freaking tiles! When Jim came out, we could tell he was the man for the job. He walked on our roof, but he knew exactly how to step on the roof to not break any of the tiles. He counted all of the broken tiles, assessed the damage, and pointed out other areas that needed some work. He was by far the most detailed roofer to inspect our roof. His solution was to repair the cracked tiles that could be repaired (approx. 25 of them had hairline fractures), and replace the other 25 tiles. We really liked the fact that he could save some of the tiles and could repair them -- so we'd still be left with extras. We decided to go with Jim because we liked his approach and felt his solution was the most beneficial. Thanks again, Jim & Everlast Roofing!

Beautiful work and fast. Hire Roger!…read more We saw his team working on a home across from us and it looked really nice. Got his number and he came to evaluate our roof. It needed a full resheathing (not sure the term). I think he came on a Thursday, we had the full estimate on Friday morning, we agreed on Saturday and he was getting the paperwork done for us on Monday. They demo'd the roof on Tuesday and Wednesday and put up a beautiful new one by Saturday. Mind you this included a couple of 110 degree days, where only one of the workers came to continue so they could still get it done by the end of the week. Above and beyond what we really expected with that kind of heat. There were also a few hassles with the city on the permits and Edison on dealing with the electricity which Roger masterfully handled, where we would have been clueless. Very professional, kind and just a fantastic job all around. Cost was good. We had priced the roof a few years ago and factoring in general increases and Roger's price was about what we expected. So it is a pretty good value. And both the speed and the quality, well worth it. Last, the crew did a good job of clean up too. We have had other work done where the crew left a lot of mess, but Roger's team, every day had cleaned up enough that we felt safe to let our dogs back into the yard when they were gone. Highly recommend them.

Without hesitation, he assessed the major leaks that I had discovered our old home's rooms. His experience and willingness led to a quick photographic review of my entire roof, high pitched and not easily traversed. In a short amount of time he determined the leakage mess was coming from several roofing issues that were beyond my view from the ground. He took the time to sit down and review with me the real condition of my roofing status all with a photo assessment to validate. We discussed options and materials then went to work on what it would take to remediate the roof. His experience led me to choose him to complete the replacement. It included the addition of automated several skylights, and the addition of a steel roofing change to the front porch section of my home. He is honest. He returns calls immediately. At no time did he try to " up-sale" but he was available as a knowledgeable "frontline" consultant to assist in guiding me. Our roof is stunning and the talk of the street. The overall street appeal and the quality of material is stunning. His crew's attention to keeping the worksite exceptionally clean was greater than expected. His follow-up to check on our satisfaction outpaced that of any type of contractor that I have ever hired. In short, amazing! Far exceeded expectations in far too many categories to list. Would definitely re-hire Adam and Sam Roofing for any roof assessment and replacement.
