The crew put a new roof on my home in 2024. I went back and forth on a 4 or 5 star. Everything was great and thinking about all the things that could go wrong that didn't is what got the 5. Most important, his crew takes their time, they're not rushed. His guys took a week to do my roof where others said they'd get it done in 3 days. I actually went to look at other jobs before hiring a roofer. His guys were careful and did all the repairs we agreed to. I especially liked how they didn't charge a per sqft for deck replacement, it was just included in the price. They also fixed rafter tails as needed and primed them for protection. They came with their own porta potty and didn't pass the cost onto me, just one simple price. What was great is that the one simple price was lower than other crews and used better material. Instead of paper, they used ULD synthetic underlayment. I asked for peel and stick ice and water shield in the valleys, a new cricket for the chimney. I was on site every day up on the roof inspecting and they never seemed annoyed with me looking over things. I asked a lot of questions and pointed out areas I'd like them to focus on or fix an issue (missed nail on a rafter tail, soft deck needing more replacement, uneven deck, etc.). You should always inspect work and not wait until the end when fixes are difficult and be reasonable in your asks. These guys are cool and will help you and want you to be happy, just be respectful and don't wait till the end of the job to give them a list of issues. The only real hiccup was that the shingle model delivered wasn't the model I specified. The brand, color and warranty is the same, but the SRI index was different. Ultimately, we worked out a fair compromise and am satisfied with the result. read more

Called to see if I could get a patch done on the roof before the expected rains. Esvin came the next day and gave me an assessment and fair price. There was no clear location for the leak but they did a good job of identifying likely spots. Unfortunately, it started to rain the same day but they came back today (on a Sunday) to do the work as discussed. Sent me pictures of the completed work and promised to come back if the roof should leak during this next rain event. Quick response, good work and fair pricing during a very busy time for roofers. Two weeks after the project, we needed to open up a small section of the roof for insulation. We thought that area was uninsulated. Called Esvin and he was happy to do it even though it was small job and that he's busy with his other projects. He doesn't do insulation but since the insulation people wouldn't open the roof, and there's no access to the area within the house. Esvin showed up with the team and carefully opened up a small section. Turned out insulation was there but because of the way that section of the house was built, he can't stuff more insulation in there. His team patched up the area nicely with new shingles. We offered the commission but he declined the full amount discussed because he said his team didn't have to do much since the insulation was already there. Esvin was honest and we appreciate him and his team for showing up, even though he didn't have to add any insulation. From my previous review, the workmanship of his team was remarkable. Recently bought a very old house with poor roofing. When I decided to replace it whole I quoted multiple companies. I known every roof is unique and my roof is the one. We have pretty large and sloping roof so the cost easily adds up . There are there different kinds of companies. One kind is only willing to do the simplest work with average pricing. Not sure what happened. My roof had leakage back in March. Eswin responded and charged $800 for putting glues on the metal roof. It leaked again in June. Called him and texted him and no response. I picked him before because of good yelp reviews. They have not responded to me at all. Very disappointing and frustrating too. I contacted Esvin for roof repair on a Saturday and he came out on Sunday morning. The job was done quickly and professional.

I have to admit that this is my first ever Yelp review, but I just had to give Esvin and his crew props for the outstanding job they did in diagnosing and repairing our leaking roof issue. We had experienced some water damage towards the front of our home, but no tiles appeared to be visibly damaged. After a period of heavy rain, the area of the ceiling with the water damage was wet to the touch (never a good sign!!) so I knew I had better call someone quick! After a thorough examination of the roof and the location of the damage on the ceiling inside, Esvin determined that the normal flow of water from the top of the roof was being inhibited because the valley between the edge of the roof tiles and house was too narrow as originally constructed and dust build-up over the years had blocked the flow of water even further. This resulted in water being diverted outside the proper channel and eventually water gathering in the area of damage. Esvin was extremely responsive and easy to work with and I felt his pricing was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work done. But what I really appreciated about Esvin was his patience in explaining the problem and the solution clearly to me, providing relevant photos, and even inviting me to climb the ladder and see firsthand what he was talking about. Esvin provides a guarantee of his work and it didn't take long for me to test it! About a week or so after the roof repairs were completed, we experienced some heavy rain over a few days and each day I checked up close the area with the previous water damage to see if there was any sign of new moisture or wetness and there was absolutely none! 24/7 Roofing is a very nimble roofing company led by Esvin. I needed a roofer to do a lift and re-lay to prepare my roof for a future solar installation. I asked 3 other roofing companies for a quote. Two companies sent their salesmen in clean polo shirts and quoted me $20K+. One company owner came, did not climb onto my roof to evaluate, and quoted me around $10K base with potential increases for wood replacements, etc. Esvin's quote was reasonable and included wood replacements and vents.
