Although MK Builders' quote was not the cheapest, we decided to go with them because of their professionalism and trusted in their quality of work. We hired MKB to fix my small shower where the shower pan wasn't installed correctly. It had been leaking for years, causing wood rot and mold. Robert, Oscar, and Joe were great! They completely removed the old shower down to the 2x4's, then re-built it from the ground up. They did such a good job that we then hired them to work on our second bathroom, that was leaking through the grout in the bathtub. Again ripped out the old tiles, but at least they didn't need to replace the tub itself. Took care of the mold, just as they'd done in the first shower. Then built everything back up. Both bathrooms are beautiful now! We highly recommend MK Builders, and we will be hiring them ourselves in the future. read more

This is the roofing company that you want to work with. They are transparent, responsive, thorough, and continuously supportive. Throughout the initial planning phase, Richard was extremely transparent in the material that would be needed, the work that would be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was extremely patient and responsive as I asked so many questions about the whole process (I was new to this as it was the first time that I needed work done on my roof). Everything that he said was spot on and there was not one thing that caught me off guard. When the team was onsite to get the work done, everything was done so smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. All the dust, debris, and waste that were a result of tearing off the old roof was cleaned up and taken away entirely. Throughout the process, there were a couple of hiccups of course. However, Richard and the team did a great job of being there to help and eventually resolve the issue. Not only that, Richard and the team have shown that they are committed to long term support. We were very impressed with Richard's responsiveness--he got back to me almost immediately about all my questions. Their workers arrived early every morning and were professional and courteous.
