Well, we decided to get our 40-year old, tile roof redone, after No Leaks Roofing fixed some leaks we had in November (see Nov. 26, 2025 review). I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Hector, his crew, and their work! Hector kept me updated and responded to my calls/texts, which is very important to me. We had solar panels so Hector was in constant contact with my solar company to coordinate schedules, and also was available to observe when the panels went back on, in case any tiles were cracked in the process (three tiles were replaced)! His crew arrives around 7:00 a.m. and works a full day. Not sure if No Leaks Roofing was expensive or cheap because I did not get any other quotes. All I know is they were highly skilled, reliable, efficient, kept me updated, and shared plenty of photos and videos showing me the damage. Early January we had heavy rains, my roof got leaked and Hector came out for estimate,gave us some protection from rain then the first day when it stopped rained , three men came (Ronnie,Danny and Mike) at 7:30 am sharp to fixing it and also inspected whole roof for any broken tiles or leak ( 1 tile was replaced). They finished around 3pm. I did not post this until we had rained last night to see how it holds up. I thought I had a leak. They came out for a free inspection. I waited for 2 large rain events and ended up not having any leaks but instead it was a condensation issue due to the extreme temperature difference outdoors vs indoors. Wow! I was impressed with No Leaks Roofing from beginning to end. I had some baseboards that had cracking paint from some water intrusion from previous rains. I called No Leaks Roofing & Hector promptly came out to home to assess the roof leak issue that I reported to him. He walked me through lots of photos & provided an estimate along with some options. When Hector & his crew came to do the repairs, they were efficient & thorough. I really appreciated that Hector texted me photos throughout the roof repair process to document the progress of what his crew was doing to the roof repairs. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were completed. The next step is just to wait for the rains & hope that there's no more roof leaks. Highly, highly recommended! We live near the foothills and had lots of wind damage to our roof shingles due to recent storms. Seeing lots of great reviews, I contacted No Leaks Roofing. The pricing was good and they included much more than I was expecting including assessing all of the other tiles and glueing down any that were loose, fixing any cracks, etc... My husband was working on replacing the baseboards in our house when he found a bit of black mold and water damage behind our baseboards from our leaking roof in our second floor master bedroom. We were kind of shocked/stressed because we were not expecting mold and water damage on our subfloor as well as drywall/we were also on a time crunch to complete baseboards because we had a carpet installation appointment that was supposed to take place about week from when we discovered the leak and water damage. He came out on time, had a guy with him and physically went onto our roof to assess the leak area as well as take a look at our whole roof. He took his time to check over the roof (don't break any of our tiles), took many photos and carefully explained the leak area as well as explained the maintenance needed for the rest of our 30 year old roof. I felt that he was very meticulous and knowledgeable in his profession and took his time to explain to me everything he found, and was kind enough to repeat everything to my husband who arrived 30 mins after the inspection started. His price quote to fix the leak in our roof + the maintenance for the rest of the roof was very reasonable. Thankfully, while researching vendors to repair our skylight, I found No Leaks Roofing...one company would not provide any information except to say - without seeing my issue - that I needed a new skylight!
