Glad I went with ASR. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by Bryan's Professionalism, responsiveness, and technical knowledge of details as he had 10+ years of roofing experience and now handles sales for the family business, which gave me a lot of confidence during the project. Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR). read more

I got 4 different quotes for getting my roof done. I went with Bryan and Frank due to a few reasons: explained the roof process the best, pricing was right in the middle and great reviews. They showed up on time, completed my full re-roof in 2 days with inspection lined up at the right time. Held their word and replaced plywood as they said. Did a standout job with communication and timeline, along with cleaning up after themselves each day on-site. I have nothing but positive things to say to the crew. If you want your roof replaced by someone who cares, look no further. FYI color is Certainteed Landmark Pro in Moire Black. read more

I had them install a new roof and insulation back in 2024 kind of my fault for not checking they entire Attic, they only did the parts you could see when you poke your head into the attic with this current heat wave I went up into the attic because two of my rooms were very hot and those ones have no insulation above them, I noticed that they only did half the attic with insulation when I paid them to do the attic floor, which would entail the entire attic floor. I'm pretty sure doing half the attic defeats the purpose of it feel like I paid for nothing and it wasn't cheap either so I'd say in the future if you're gonna have them install insulation, make sure you check their work read more

All Service Roofing is a top notch company. Very fair estimate. From meeting Bryan who did the estimate, Stephen who was the foreman at the job and Joseph who does the books. These guys run an efficient company. Very honest. After the teardown they quoted me extra for the 10 sheets that need replacing, but they checked and confirmed it it was already included in my estimate. Bryan explained the process really well (teardown, inspection, laying down shingles and final inspection) and lined up city inspections. Stephen also communicated well with the teardown findings. Taking pics of sheets that needed to be replaced. Which gives me confidence about their honesty. They came on time and cleaned up after they were done everyday. Communication was excellent too with coordinating city inspection. Thanks for the wonderful experience dealing with a major upgrade that every home owner will go through. read more

I received quotes from several roofing companies and ultimately chose ASR. Bryan stood out from the beginning -- he clearly explained the scope of work, materials, warranty coverage, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also has a strong understanding of local roofing requirements, including the specific tile types and sizes commonly used in the area. Furthermore, their price is quite competitive. Throughout the project, Bryan was highly responsive and addressed every concern promptly. His crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and it was clear they took pride in delivering quality workmanship rather than simply finishing the job as quickly as possible. They even spent additional time replacing rotten wood and repairing a damaged rafter to ensure the roof was done correctly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience and would confidently recommend ASR to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor. read more

Bryan at ASR is top tier , I was a customer of his over 5 years ago as they did a new roof on my house. I needed some roofing material for a side project on a car and was calling around trying to find it, I thought I would reach out to Bryan , he answered right away and gave me the expertise on what I might need or looking for for my application. He even let me stop by his Garden grove office to get samples. There's something to say about Bryan and a family owned business, no receptionist , can get in touch with them directly , ask any question and Bryan is there to give answers, knowledge and his time with expecting nothing in return. read more

Bryan, Steven, their father and their whole crew deserve a rating above 5 stars. Dealing with them to replace the entire +40-year-old roofing of our home was a delight. Everything from inspection, estimating, scheduling, HOA approval, permitting, prep work, demolition, to the final city inspection after the job was completed was handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Their pricing is quite fair relative to the quality of their workmanship and running an in-house crew trained to do everything quickly and properly. They worked with me to address a few unusual and atypical conditions by listening to my concerns, working through them, and refining my proposed solution to each challenge. Working with this family-owned and operated company, you are always heard and responded to promptly. Thank you for making one of our toughest home remodel projects so far as easy and as perfect as my wife and I could have expected. We have already passed on your information to several family, friends and neighbors along with a highest degree of recommendation. read more

With all the rain that we got we notice that a small water spot was developing on the ceiling. Being good homeowners we called out three companies to give an estimate on the work to find the leak and prevent others from showing up. Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. I would strongly give Bryan and his work manager Carlos a call for your roofing needs. read more

I was really impressed with this crew. Got in and out in 3 days, did a great job cleaning up, finished everything as I asked, and the final product looks great. 10/10, would definitely recommend! read more

Water leaking into our kitchen out of a can light. Wasn't sure if it was a plumbing issue or roof issue but when the rain stopped - the leaking stopped. Called All Service Roofing and Bryan, the owner, came out to take a look. He knows his stuff. Has a drone he can fly over the roof to check it out. He sent a crew out to do a quick leak test. They did the repair and found more than one issue. Bryan kept me in the loop via text with photos and made sure I approved the work and agreed on a price before they started. Rain returned but not the leak. Thanks, Bryan and crew. No hesitation in recommending them to others. read more

Exceptional Service and Absolute Honesty!I cannot recommend Bryan enough! I called him out to check on a leak and give me an estimate for a roof repair. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new roof or an expensive fix, Bryan did inspection and told me the truth. The issue wasn't my roof at all--it was actually coming from my AC unit!I deeply appreciate his honesty and integrity. It is rare to find a contractor who values truth over making a quick buck. When the time comes that I actually do need roof work, Bryan is the only person I will call. Five stars! read more

First of all, I need to thank Bryan(ASR) good service, because now I don't have to worry about the rain anymore! All Service Roofing Company is very professional and efficient. I really, truly 100% recommend this company for roof replacement. read more

This is a LONG overdue review however I wanted to put it out there that this is going to be the company you will want to go with for your roofing needs. Their prices were competitive. We received quotes from 3 companies and decided to go with ASR because we felt like they were honest and very patient. We also saw them work on several homes on our block and they were quick and efficient. They started and finished when promised. Communicated well, when there were some adjustments needed. I'm confident we made the right choice to use ASR. Bryan and his crew are awesome to work with! read more

We recently had our roof replaced by All Service Roofing and couldn't be happier with the results. They installed Certain Teed shingles and the roof looks fantastic. They also replaced the facia and their attention to detail throughout the entire project was outstanding. The crew was efficient, professional and always on time. They kept the job site very clean and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, which was really appreciated. The entire roof replacement was completed in 3 days and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that takes pride in their work, I would highly recommend All Service Roofing. Truly a 5 star experience. read more

Thank You Frank for your exceptional service. It was stressful looking for the type of roofing we were looking for since it was outdated and out of stock everywhere. Thankfully you were able to find what we were searching. We were looking for the type of tiles to match and to replace the broken ones and Frank came to our rescue. He was quick to response to our demanding inquiries and thoroughly explained his services. He saved us thousands if we were to replace the new roofing. Highly recommend! Thanks again sincerely. read more

Bryan seemed very friendly, but I made an appointment and told him that I had repairs on a metal roof. He was probably half asleep because he made the appointment anyways. So, I waited 3 days, he came late to our appointment by an hour. And then told me his company doesn't do metal roofs. But the extra mile would have been to recommend me some solutions, but he just left me hanging. I called another roofing company called 'Done Rite Roofing' in Stanton, and he said he doesn't do the job, but at least gave me some tips on how I could fix that myself. Basically take some weather resistant screws and fasten in my loose tiles. So, simple. Good advice like that doesn't cost anything and it shows good customer service. So, basically All Service Roofing is just another company that only cares about making money over having common decency. 'Done Rite Roofing' has saved me a lot of money be giving me easy solutions to do this myself. And I would have saved myself time. If I need a roofing job, I know who is going to get my business and it's not 'All Service Roofing'. read more

We had a roof leak that went into the master bath during this last rain. We got a referral for Bryan @ All Service Roofing from our contractor, who just finished our full kitchen and (some) bathroom remodels. Our contractor is honest and knows our past experience with untrustworthy businesses so we went with his referral without calling anyone else. I texted Brian and he replied right away. A date was set for him to come and take a look. The appointment had to be changed due to a conflict on his end, but he did notify me ahead of time. Once he arrived, Ryan assessed the leak from the interior and gave us a quote to take the tiles off to fully see the extent of the damage. Bryan texted me a date he was avail within a week to 10 days, his people came as scheduled to do the job. They removed the tiles and checked under the roof where the leak was. We have solar panels so those had to be dealt with. They found the problem spot in the roof by the solar light tube, repaired it and replaced the broken tiles. The job was done in a few hours. We received photos of the job via text, along with our electronic receipt. Fingers crossed that this is the only spot we have a leak but the job was quick and painless. It ended up costing a little more than quoted/estimated, but this is because the solar panels had to be removed (according to my husband who handled this project). It was nice dealing with Bryan and his team. Our job ended up to be a very small job but if we need roofing work again, we will definitely call ASR. I believe the receipt indicated a 3 year warranty on their work. read more

First, thank you to Bryan, Frank and crew - what an exceptional job on my roof. After meeting with many companies, I chose ASR. During the bidding process Bryan was friendly and very thorough in his assessment of the job. The bid was very reasonable. He used an accurate number for the square footage (I can't say that for all companies), included the right number of vents (others would have added this after), as well as an estimate of wood damage. There was more wood damage then expected (very common), and Frank would show me the damage verifying it had to be replaced. The job took only 3 days which was incredible - the team showed up each day as scheduled and left the work site very clean each day. Communication was excellent. Can't say enough about the company - there were many extras that they took care of, the roof looks terrific and no more leaks! They are also certified by GAF to the level of providing the Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty. Highly recommend ASR! read more

We haven't committed to a new roof yet, but we are very happy with the service we have received from Bryan at All Service Roofing. He came out to inspect our roof and gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new roof. During the recent rain storms we thought we might have a leak, but Bryan came back out and made sure everything was good. Other companies have tried to rush us into replacing our roof and tried scare tactics to push us along, so we appreciate that Bryan has been upfront and hasn't been pushy at all. When we're ready to move forward with the roof, we'll definitely be using All Service Roofing! read more

Since the last rains I have been putting off calling a roofer for a quote for a roof repair because I was afraid I would hear "You need a new roof for $$$". Reluctantly, I called All Service Roofing and Bryan came out looked inside to see where I was hearing dripping in the attic. Then up on the roof and after looking around for some time he found a pipe that was compromised and was allowing water into the attic. He sent his crew over the next morning and they caulked that pipe but also all of the pipes on the roof. I am a happy customer and when I do need a new roof I'll be calling Bryan again.. read more

If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and professional roofer, look no further than All Service Roofing. I cannot say enough about how good All Service Roofing is, Bryan and their professional team. Back in June, I realized I needed a new roof, with 3 layers already on the roof (thanks, previous owners). As I always get multiple estimates, I contacted multiple roofing companies to come out. The first one was a nightmare. Their prices were astronomical. Then they started to apply the dreaded pressure tactics which don't work with me: we can give you a discount if you sign up by the end of the month, and an additional discount if you sign today. Even with these discounts, the estimate was extremely high. Talking with my neighbor, he recommended that I call Bryan from All Service Roofing, and I am so happy did. Bryan is very professional and came out and gave me a great price which included additional items that the other roofers did not: some lumber replacement was included as well as 7 O-Hagen vents. Other roofers only supplied 3, and another 4 would add over a thousand to the cost. And the roof was one of the highest rated roofs, Owens-Corning that comes with a 50-year warranty. Now I don't have to worry about the roof for the rest of my life, and my kids won't have to worry either. I pulled the trigger and am so glad I did. You will be too if you hire All Service Roofing. It took them one day to strip off the old roof and a couple more to finish the roof, as I had them replace all the Fascia boards. This was an extra cost as I went over my included replacement allotment due to damaged slats, but it was worth every penny. Any additional charges were discussed with me before proceeding. Even with the additional costs, it was still a great value. The team were very efficient, experienced and very nice. Every day they cleaned up the area. I am so happy with their work and highly recommend All Service Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofer. read more
