When it comes time for our roof to be replaced. I use Yelp to find a few contractors. I received a few estimates. I was contacted by Kennedy. We went over there estimate and made a appointment to have Kennedy come to look at my roof I was happy with the information and how Kennedy went over the project. I was sent the contact and signed it online. Very convenient I made and $1,000 payment and they started applying for the city permit. In a few days I was told the start date and what time they would show up. They tore the one roof off in lest then one day. The workers put down tarps and did a great job in cleaning up. They used Malarkey Ecoasis shingles. They use up cycled tires and plastic bags in making the shingles. My roof need some wood replaced. I received the cost and once again I signed the contract online. The roof was installed in a few days and the crew always left my yard and driveway clean. The roof looks great and I very happy I choosed One stop roofing. I did receive a phone call to ask about my thoughts on the project. Very professional. read more

One Stop Just keeps getting worse. Even though Sam, the business manager, wrote a response to my review, it's clear he didn't actually read it. How do I know? 1. He mentioned trash in his reply, but nothing specific about any of the other misleading, disorganized, or inconvenient things his company did. 2. The day after his reply, I got a call from Humberto saying he'd been told there was trash left at my home. (The only remaining trash my review mentioned was the vent and nails, but it was clear he'd been told only "trash.") I told him about the vent. He said he would come pick it up. He came to get it and, while here, was kind enough to ask if there was any other trash or anything else that needed to be taken care of. My husband had been on the roof the day before and noticed that the cap on the new vent was loose and wobbly. I told Humberto about that and he immediately went to look and when he got off the roof said that he would go to Home Depot and come the next day to replace the cap. Never saw or heard from him again. 3. On July 18, the loan specialist at the bank where I got my financing sent Kennedy and me a detailed email explaining the funding process, including needing One-Stop to send specific paperwork upon completion of the job, and that the funds would be sent to One Stop. So tell me why I got an email from Jenny (office) yesterday asking me about my unpaid invoice and asking how I planned to pay? I had to contact the lender to get them to explain the process to One Stop again and let them know that they're holding up the process by not having submitted the necessary paperwork. One Stop is a giant mess. They should change their name to Just Stop. read more

Each element of the job was handled without incident and I was sent pictures upon completion so I could Email them to my insurance company. I literally didn't have to lift a finger! I was also given a sample packet of colored shingles to choose from. Getting the permit from the city took almost as long as replacing the roof! I called back and scheduled for them to come by the next day at 8am. No show. Not even a call or email saying they can't make it or if they can reschedule.
