I cannot say enough great things about One Stop Roofing! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with. As an HOA manager, I have worked with quite a few roofing contractors, and One Stop Roofing truly stands out. Their communication was excellent, they were always readily available whenever I had a question or needed an update, and they kept the project moving efficiently. Most impressive of all, they completed the entire roof replacement faster than any other roof replacement I have experienced, which is incredibly valuable when managing a condominium community. The entire process was professional, organized, and seamless. It is refreshing to work with a contractor who follows through, communicates well, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend One Stop Roofing to any HOA, property manager, or homeowner looking for a reliable, professional, and responsive roofing company. Five stars without hesitation! read more

When it comes time for our roof to be replaced. I use Yelp to find a few contractors. I received a few estimates. I was contacted by Kennedy. We went over there estimate and made a appointment to have Kennedy come to look at my roof I was happy with the information and how Kennedy went over the project. I was sent the contact and signed it online. Very convenient I made and $1,000 payment and they started applying for the city permit. In a few days I was told the start date and what time they would show up. They tore the one roof off in lest then one day. The workers put down tarps and did a great job in cleaning up. They used Malarkey Ecoasis shingles. They use up cycled tires and plastic bags in making the shingles. My roof need some wood replaced. I received the cost and once again I signed the contract online. The roof was installed in a few days and the crew always left my yard and driveway clean. The roof looks great and I very happy I choosed One stop roofing. I did receive a phone call to ask about my thoughts on the project. Very professional. read more

One Stop Just keeps getting worse. Even though Sam, the business manager, wrote a response to my review, it's clear he didn't actually read it. How do I know? 1. He mentioned trash in his reply, but nothing specific about any of the other misleading, disorganized, or inconvenient things his company did. 2. The day after his reply, I got a call from Humberto saying he'd been told there was trash left at my home. (The only remaining trash my review mentioned was the vent and nails, but it was clear he'd been told only "trash.") I told him about the vent. He said he would come pick it up. He came to get it and, while here, was kind enough to ask if there was any other trash or anything else that needed to be taken care of. My husband had been on the roof the day before and noticed that the cap on the new vent was loose and wobbly. I told Humberto about that and he immediately went to look and when he got off the roof said that he would go to Home Depot and come the next day to replace the cap. Never saw or heard from him again. 3. On July 18, the loan specialist at the bank where I got my financing sent Kennedy and me a detailed email explaining the funding process, including needing One-Stop to send specific paperwork upon completion of the job, and that the funds would be sent to One Stop. So tell me why I got an email from Jenny (office) yesterday asking me about my unpaid invoice and asking how I planned to pay? I had to contact the lender to get them to explain the process to One Stop again and let them know that they're holding up the process by not having submitted the necessary paperwork. One Stop is a giant mess. They should change their name to Just Stop. read more

As a landlord, my company has worked with several different roofing contractors over the years. One Stop stands far above the rest, the quality of their work and service is unmatched, to make it better they also offer very competitive pricing. Usually quality comes at the cost of price or vice versa, but you can have the best of both worlds with One Stop Roofing. They work on all types of roofs but did an especially great job on modified bitumen (torchdown) for a flat roof on several of our properties. read more

If you have ever done projects to your home, price, communication and coordination and quality are almost always the top of everyone's list. One Stop Roofing is aptly named for the the aforementioned attributes, and our overall great experience working with them to replace our 30+ year worn down roof. Kennedy (Sales) was great & very informative and accommodating to come out, walk our roof and go over their preferred roof shingles product (Marlarkey). Pricing was very fair and beat the other 4 quotes we had received. Jenny (Coordinator) is excellent at communicating: from permit application, issuance, crew schedule and post-completion follow up. Humberto (onsite Project Mgr) was excellent to work with and provided a thorough explanation of our roof needs once demo completed. He provided pictures of special attention areas, and his crew are top notch! City inspections passed easily, both for the wood and the final. Thanks very much One Stop Roofing . Ok, Mother Nature we are ready for you!! read more

A great job! I never really looked at roofs, but I do now. And I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. All the vent pipes were painted to match the shingles. It's beautiful. The clean up was great and they finished within the stated time frame. They stayed on budget, even though it seemed like they did a lot of extra work. They did such a great job that I referred them to my sister, who also had them replace her roof. read more

Staff was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Each element of the job was handled without incident and I was sent pictures upon completion so I could Email them to my insurance company. I literally didn't have to lift a finger! Any questions I had the team responded timely to texts and to emails. The team even helped me understand the other bids I received and saw one bid very close for a little less money and they matched it. I was also given a sample packet of colored shingles to choose from. Getting the permit from the city took almost as long as replacing the roof! But nobody can count on government offices to get a move on things. Overall, highly recommend this company. read more

I reached out to them about getting a quote on my roof and got a call and email asking to set up an appointment for them to come check it out. I called back and scheduled for them to come by the next day at 8am. No show. Not even a call or email saying they can't make it or if they can reschedule. I get it if things happen but it's just common courtesy to let the other party know if you are unable to make it for whatever reason. Instead, I wasted my morning waiting around. read more

Loved their customer service. Very responsive! They were also the best price for a superior product. Would highly recommend them.

I messaged this company telling them that I have a roof leak and it was so bad that it caused considerable water damage to my drywall. Without even coming to the house, I received a response saying that they do not do repairs and won't come out for a quote unless it's for an entire roof replacement. How the hell do I know if I need an entire new roof or not? Obviously this company only wants expensive projects. Horrible customer service. read more

I called and left a message for someone to come out and give me an estimate for possible repairs. Sean returned my call the same day and sent out someone the following day. We were unaware of the extent of the damage and an entire new roof was needed. We worked with Sean who walked us through and thoroughly explained the process as we decided to go through our insurance company. I was impressed that Sean assured us that once the claim was processed we are in no way obligated to use them, the choice was entirely ours. Once we made the decision to move forward, Sean and his team were here within a few days and did all the work in one day! They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well when they were done. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs! read more

We just had One Stop Roofing replace our 35 year old roof. We had several bids for the job. One Stop was contracted by my solar company to prep the roof for installation. They tore off the back of the roof and re-papered and reinstalled new composite shingles over the area.
