I got a quote from a few different companies to replace and repair some damaged wood as well as a couple of rake tiles that fell off the side of the house. They actually showed up for their quote on time and didn't flake on me like another 5 star roofer listed. A leak revealed itself after recent rain storm - I contacted Hercules Roofing for an inspection. Eli showed up as scheduled, inspected the roof (both in-person and with the use of a drone) and found my roof had 32 broken tiles, gaps around flashing, and drain valley's that were holding debris. He thoroughly explained all concerns with the status of my roof, developed repair plans and provided me with options, discussed the pricing (which was absolutely reasonable) and coordinated next day service. I had a few leaks on some flat parts of my roof and another on the pitch, and called for a repair quote. Daniel was very professional and genuine. This review is long overdue.. my apologies Daniel. Our termite inspector identified water spotting in the Attic.. FIVE months later, our HOA inspected the roof and said everything looks good. Maddening, right that so many HOA's fail to maintain common areas or even address an issue even when it is identified.‍ It didn't make sense water spots don't just appear.. So we called Hercules Roofing, Daniel came out and hopped up on the roof, identified loose shingles, the ridge line had cracks and the vents needed to be resealed.
