Right before I retired, I wanted to get my roof restored and have major repairs, and fireproof to the extent possible for a mid-century modern home. My mission was to make the necessary repairs and secure tiles that are comparable to the original quality and color. I also wanted to fireproof to the extent possible with this mid-century modern ranch-style home. I have to say David and his company "Above It All Roofing" well exceeded my expectations. Without hesitation, I recommend you contact him for your roofing restoration and repairs.

Our house had a 45 year old roof and it was finally time for a re-roof (we had never re-roofed til now). I noticed that my neighbor down the street just had his roof done this past summer so I asked him for a reference. I contacted Dave Brunn from Above It All Roofing. From beginning to end, Dave was a straight shooter. He gave me a reasonable quote, and amazingly enough, didn't have to put down a silly deposit like other roofing companies demanded. I would pay only when I was satisfied after the job was complete. Most importantly, his communication was EXCELLENT. I've never re-roofed before so he was also super patient to answer all my questions both good ones and stupid ones : ) The roofing crew lead by Joel were fantastic! They showed up on time every day, everyone worked hard and efficiently and they even cleaned up after each day so that my house looked decent after a hectic day. Everyone on Joel's team were super nice. He listened to all my requests and questions and made me feel like an important part of the process. After the house had been completed, I got so many compliments from neighbors - even from some of the super anal ones! My tiles were no longer broken and they all lined up super straight! My house actually looked newer. Most importantly, a few weeks afterwards, my wife noticed a few areas that needed to be cleaned up and tightened and Dave's followup was quick and efficient. His team showed up and they fixed any issues she requested with no drama. Re-roofing can be expensive and stressful (if you pick the wrong roofer). I was so happy with their work, I'm considering having them do 2 of our other properties.

Above it all Roofing was great. Everything was on time and on budget and the manager David was on site a lot of the time. At one point I counted 16 guys on my roof all working hard and efficiently. I would highly recommend Above it all Roofing for your next job.

Glad I went with ASR. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by Bryan's Professionalism,…read moreresponsiveness, and technical knowledge of details as he had 10+ years of roofing experience and now handles sales for the family business, which gave me a lot of confidence during the project. Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).

They showed up on time, completed my full re-roof in 2 days with inspection lined up at the right time. Held their word and replaced plywood as they said. Did a standout job with communication and timeline, along with cleaning up after themselves each day on-site. I have nothing but positive things to say to the crew. If you want your roof replaced by someone who cares, look no further. FYI color is Certainteed Landmark Pro in Moire Black.

Looking back, I am convinced it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they also used top-quality materials, which gives me great peace of mind and confidence in the work completed. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. A special thank you to David, Adrian, and Aldo, as well as the entire Premium Roofing team. It was a pleasure working with all of you. I highly recommend Premium Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that delivers quality work.

I waited until the project was fully completed before writing this review because I wanted to give…read morePremium Roofing every opportunity to address the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, while the roof itself ultimately got completed and the problems were eventually addressed, the experience getting there was extremely frustrating. This was not a cheap roofing project, and I expected much better communication, care for my property, and accountability. During the project, several things happened that I believe future customers should be aware of: * A bench on my property was damaged. * My security cameras were damaged. * After the tear-off, broken pieces of old roofing/wood were left throughout my attic. * Nails and debris were left around the property, which was especially concerning because I have two young daughters. * Most importantly, the existing roof-to-patio transition was disturbed during the reroof and afterward we had leaks in areas that did not leak before the project. The patio transition was the most frustrating part. I understand that my existing patio roof was old and was not part of their reroofing scope. My issue was not that I expected them to replace my patio. My issue was that the existing transition between the house roof and patio had been keeping water out before the project. During the reroof, the existing material at that transition was removed/disturbed so the new roof could be installed. I was not warned beforehand that doing so could leave the patio transition vulnerable, nor was I given the opportunity to decide how I wanted that transition handled before the work proceeded. When it subsequently leaked, I had to repeatedly argue that I wasn't asking them to replace my patio; I simply wanted the transition restored so it didn't leak after their work. Initially, I was told that the patio wasn't within their scope. Eventually they returned and applied membrane/mastic to the transition, but even then I was the one who had to climb up and water-test the roof with a hose to identify the remaining leak locations. They came back again to address those areas. What bothered me most wasn't that problems occurred. Construction projects can have problems. It was the lack of ownership when they did. None of these issues were proactively brought to my attention. I discovered them myself through inspections and then had to contact the company to get them addressed. At times, the site supervision seemed annoyed that I was asking them to correct damage or conditions that arose during the project. After the fourth issue, I finally escalated my concerns beyond the site supervisor by calling and emailing upper management. I had deliberately tried to resolve the first several problems directly with the people managing my project rather than immediately escalating them. Despite that, I never received a call from upper management to acknowledge what had happened, apologize, or ask how they could make the experience right. There were also smaller things that added to the frustration. For example, their large marketing banner remained on my property after the roofing work was finished. When I asked that it be removed, I was told it would stay because they still had to return regarding the leak. Considering everything that had already happened, that didn't sit well with me. To Premium Roofing's credit, they ultimately came back and addressed the issues I raised, and I want to be fair about that. My complaint isn't that they simply walked away. It's that getting these things corrected required far more inspecting, documenting, calling, following up and arguing on my part than I believe a homeowner should have to do after paying for a professional reroof. If you're considering them, my advice isn't necessarily "don't hire them." It's to protect yourself from the beginning: photograph your property before work starts, photograph your attic, cameras and anything around the house that could be damaged, clarify in writing how every existing roof transition will be handled, inspect the property carefully after each phase, and don't assume someone will point out damage or potential problems to you. I chose Premium in part because I was willing to pay for what I thought would be a higher level of service and accountability. The finished roof may ultimately perform well, the valleys and asphalt look good, and I have the GAF Golden Pledge warranty, but based on the project-management and customer-service experience I had, I can't give them a positive review.

Over the course for 100 years this poor house has had a lot of DIY and "Canyon" repairs as we call them. What we didn't know is we had 5 roofs stacked and a completely rotted patio (not shocking, it was looking bad). Ron and his team knocked it out of the park in getting all the excess roofs off the house, replacing rotted 1x6, building a beautiful porch and putting on an absolutely gorgeous roof. We are so thrilled with our new roof and patio, it really has given us renewed hope we will be able to fix up our little slice of paradise in the mountains.
