Fox Roofing Design exceeded all my expectations. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid -- no hidden fees or surprises. Owner Francisco put my mind at ease with his clear communication, consistent follow-up, and delivering as promised. His attention to detail is outstanding. Two examples stand out: he bought touch-up paint to cover small scratches from installation, and he carefully relocated my internet cable (which was attached to the roof) without causing any interruption to my service. We did have a mishap where one of his guys stepped on a termite deteriorated plank that broked and his foot went through my ceiling drywall in my office. Fortunately, he was not hurt. Francisco took care of the repair by fixing the plank and arranging for a drywall specialist to come out and make the repair. After the repair, there is no trace that the ceiling was damaged.
