Highly Highly recommend!! I called to have the rain gutters cleaned out on my house in Mission Viejo. I was told it would be several weeks to schedule the service. If I was flexible they can fit in cleaning when available. I was called a few weeks later and a crew came out a month earlier than expected to clean out the gutters. They arrived on time and cleaned not only the 2 story house with gutters with screens, but they cleaned off the roof of all the pine needles as well. I will definitely be calling them in the future. The price was actually less than I was quoted from other companies to clean gutters out. read more

A couple of weeks ago, we requested a quote from Mr. Gutter. They came out and even though our house configuration was odd, they were able to make it work. Price was reasonable. Staff was respectful. Liz is on top of things and makes things happen. She accommodated our needs and was able to get it completed before a certain date. Once completed, Matt came out and checked on the completion. He helped assist and made everything come together. Will definitely recommend them to others! read more

A couple weeks ago, I requested a quote for a gutter repair/replacement. I spoke with Liz on Sep 28 who asked me to send a photo of the issue, which I did. She then gave me an estimate over the phone, and said she would have someone else review the work and get back to me the same day, which did not happen. Despite several texts back to Liz over the span of several days, I received no response. Very disappointed. read more

Our household first began to evaluate the pros and cons of rain gutters in 2018, and we contacted Mr. Gutter for an estimate based on the firm's positive public feedback and local recommendations. On the day of estimation, Mr. Krupp from Mr. Gutter arrived to give us samples of their gutter material, and we were impressed by the build quality. The fact that Mr. Gutter has its own specialized gutter-making vehicle to construct the material on-site was also impressive, as some other firms needed to haul in pre-made gutter that could risk poor fits. The quoted price was attractive - while not the lowest, it was attractive based on the equipment available, material quality, and work history. We decided to have Mr. Gutter do the work. On the day of work, a small crew from Mr. Gutter arrived slightly ahead of schedule, and the work was professional and efficient. The quoted length of gutter material was made on-site (at the back of a fitting van) as advertised, and they fit structure without any re-work needed. The process was smooth and within the projected time. At the time of service, we were very cautious about potential roof damage, for many locals warned that gutter work could lead to rough stepping on the roof and cause damages, but this was not an issue with Mr. Gutter, and our subsequent roof inspection (on a separate project) found it to be in good shape. Fast forward 7 years, the gutter still looks brand new in 2025, and this fall we worked with Mr. Gutter again to perform a routine maintenance, and once more Mr. Krupp arrived promptly to finish the work even faster than expected. We look forward to work with Mr. Gutter in the years ahead, for the firm's work stood the test of time (and strong Santa Ana winds all these years), and it is reassuring that the firm (and even the same person) that did the work is still around after all these years! read more

I have Matt and his crew out to my house now on three separate occasions to date. I had a detached Guest House built, a few month later I added a ground level Room Addition and then had him return and redo the entire preexisting property's Rain Gutter. Matt's workmanship is EXCEPTIONAL. I am OCD and I seeeee everything. Matt did exactly what he said he would do. Mr. Gutter OC did not disappoint. read more

I don't know anything about gutters. i never bought gutters before. I really enjoyed dealing with this company. I got the roof fixed by Western Roofing, Mr. Gutter referred me to them. Then, I got 6 inch gutters and round downspouts. Now I can't wait for it to rain! Any day now.... read more

Changing my review to one star as my prediction was correct. Last night it rained and all the areas of concern I specifically told the to look at. Are still leaking and water is sitting on the gutters The service was done two weeks ago and was assured that even though they stayed 36 minutes for a large home all was completed as promised for a fee of $1,200. I have requested my money back and will update. read more

Can't say enough about Matt and his team. After the install my wife wanted a different look for the downspouts and Matt made the change without hesitation. Would very much recommend them for your rain gutters! read more

Had 5" seamless black gutters installed by Mr Gutter. The quoting was fast and about half a few other quotes I received. The install was fast and good quality, they did everything as discussed. When I had a few minor leaks during the first heavy rains. They came out, fixed eveything, verified drainage was as expected and even cleaned all of the leaves accumulated from the rain. The service was super quick and easy to schedule. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Great job! Efficient and Affordable. Mr. Gutter OC (Matt Krupp) was very knowledgeable and shared his expertise with us. He explained the whole process prior to the work and showed us samples of the materials and styles they will use. They gave us ample reminders leading up to our scheduled installation. Liz managed and clearly communicated our schedule. She is very personable. On the day of installation, the crew was punctual. Matt (the owner)was very hands on with the installation. He ensured his crew had clear directions on what the job encompassed since they had to install two different styles (one for the main house and another for the ADU). They left the job site clean. Their installation looks crisp. We highly recommend them for your gutter needs. read more

Hey everyone, I'm also on the band wagon with the staff and business model of Mr. Gutter. Dave (the estimator) came out because I thought I needed new gutters. After doing a thorough evaluation, he said I do not need new gutters, rather a "tune-up" would suffice. So here I am, ready to shell out a much a larger sum of money and he talks me out of it! WHO does that? So I book the job and when the crew arrives ( Andrew, Thomas, and Paul ) they immediately go to work after I pointed out some items of concern. Work was done, everything was cleaned up and after they pointed out some things, the left. So from Dave, the work crew, and of course Liz ( Office Manger ) I highly recommend this company. read more

Can't say enough good things about this company. They sent someone to our house for a free estimate within a few days of inquiry. Their rate was cheaper than two competitors that we also priced out. Communication with office staff was A+ when it came to scheduling and choosing colors. When we requested a last-minute color switch to our downspouts, they were able to accommodate it. Three workers showed up (including the supervisor) and told us it would take 2-3 hours. It took them just 1 hr 45 mins and then they were gone. The gutters look great. Highly recommend! read more

I have to say, use this company!! From our first discussions to our final closure, every person was extraordinary!!!. Liz and Kim were experts at scheduling and billing . The process went so well and we love our gutters. it started with Dave who measured accurately, of course, and, described the process, and answered questions as he was measuring. Brice and Joe were excellent installers. They talked with us every step of the way and left everything spotless. Owner Matt even showed up when changes to the plan were recognized by them which made the water flow function even better. Thanks Mr. Gutter. read more

Mr Gutter OC should be your first and last place to look for gutter installations. They're friendly, professional, reasonably priced (lower than most), and are experts at gutter installation. The girls in the office will help finalize your project with colors and options, and their installation team will make it fit perfectly to your house. There are many options out there... Do yourself a favor and give Mr Gutter a call. I recently had them come back to finish up my house by adding gutters surrounding my back patio and bar. And I'm Extremely satisfied to see the clean, professional lines. I'm really looking forward to a dry patio and bar top this winter read more

We recently had our gutters replaced and had a great experience. I had an initial quote in the summer but did not have the job completed until the fall after some other work was done on the house. The crew was on time. After the project was completed, there was miscommunication on where one downspout was placed. They were very understanding and came out a few weeks later to fix it for no additional charge. The gutters are beautiful and I would use them again for any thing we need in the future. read more

Excellent work and friendly staff. They are super busy so don't expect emergency service. But if your willing to wait they are fair priced and of high quality. Only complaint is they left a few screws and metal shavings on the site which I had to clean myself before letting my dog out. read more

Matt and his crew fixed up a bunch of issues with my existing gutters. He added a kick out to the metal flash to divert water away from wall to prevent a serious problem. He also found some leaking scuppers and replaced a downspout for me. He was super patient with my multitude of concerns which i appreciate and he stands by his work. Team was quick and cleaned up afterwards. read more

Mr Gutter OC is THE BEST!!! I am that person that checks for a contractor's license, reads reviews, and even looks at the Builders Zoom score! In all respects, Mr Gutter blew their competition away. My first encounter was with Krissy Krupp, she was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease when I asked if they could manage a custom install. I had three bids and knew that Mr Gutter was the right choice when Matt Krupp came to bid the job and explained how he could customize the problem area at my front porch. He personally modified and painted my fascia to allow for a streamline result that was perfect! All my interactions with every employee were exemplary. Liz in the office was friendly, polite, efficient, and extremely helpful. My questions were answered before I even had a chance to ask them! The day of the install I received a text telling me Matt was en route. The team arrived on time and got right to work. I was fortunate to have Matt, Joe, Brice, and Jose install my gutters. They obviously knew what they were doing and worked well together. They were polite, thorough, skilled, and left the job immaculate. The gutters used were higher quality than the samples I had received from the competition, and yet the overall bid was very competitive. They even offer stainless steel screws, upon request. Trust me, even if you have to be put on the wait list, it will be well worth your wait! As I said, they are the best and their results speak for themselves! read more

Mr Gutter OC recently replaced my roof gutters and did a great job. The work was completed on time, with attention to detail, using top-quality materials. I was impressed that Matt, the owner, took the initiative to suggest smart improvements to our old gutter system rather than simply replacing what was there. Highly recommended. read more

After the last rainstorm, my husband and I walked around to check the gutters and noticed a leak from the back corner. I called Mr. Gutter OC, as they installed our gutters two years ago, and they made an appointment with me to come out and take a look on September 5th. We agreed an additional downspout was needed in that spot. Early this morning (September 6th), Matt texted me and said he and the crew would be by to add the downspout today (September 6th), and they were here around 10:30am, checked it out, added the downspout, and also customized a long extender to drain water away from the house and into the yard. I am grateful for their quick action, and even more grateful this was covered under warranty! A great value for us, and quality workmanship as well as a great group of guys! I highly recommend Mr. Gutter OC for all your gutter needs! read more

This review is for Mr Gutter OC. My roof tiles are terra cotta s-style that hang far over the edge of the facia boards, 2-4" over. My biggest concern was capturing most if not all of the rainfall runoff during heavy storms that we have been getting more frequently in OC. As far as my research found, residential gutter installers work with a maximum 6" gutter depth, so that didn't leave much capturing gutter space beyond the tile overhang, in some areas only a couple inches. I talked to and received estimates from 4 highly rated and I'm sure very good gutter installation companies. When they were over, I expressed my particular concern about the large tile overhang. Most of the technicians did not want to problem solve my issue beyond using the largest 6" gutter and saying, "this should handle a large downpour even with your tile overhang". One company did not prefer to work with s-tile roofs at all and would not estimate for installation to the second story roofline, only for the first story. I chose to hire Mr Gutter OC for the job. I want to thank Matt for taking the time to problem solve my concern and being willing to do the extra work that came from a different kind of solution. He suggested adding a board, 2x4, attached to the upper part of the facia along the run of the roofline that he called a kicker board, then attaching the gutter to this board. I provided the paint to match the existing facia, he got the boards and painted them to match before installation of the gutters. I chose 6" facia (angle-face) gutter shape for mostly second floor roofline only. The cost of the job was a bit higher because of the cost of the boards, painting, and installation, but I was more than happy to gain a few more inches of gutter depth from this solution. Installation was quick, the technicians were great and were not afraid to create downspouts that required a lot of angles. I love how the gutters blend with the facia. I would recommend this company for any gutter job, and especially if you have special concerns. I can't wait for the next big storm to see the gutters in action. read more

We needed to install gutter for our house given so many recent rain storms in LA lately. Contacted a few places to come and give us estimate for the project. Dave came out and he was knowledgeable & straightforward (no up-selling or bs here). We had some concerns about having the gutter go around the fireplace and Dave ensured us that it can be done. He gave us the quote within the 24 hours time period! Dave told us that they are currently 10-12 weeks back up. Luckily for us, someone cancelled and we were able to have them install within 4 weeks! Jeff and Alex did a fantastic job with the gutter installation. They walked us through the plan again and answered any questions we have. They were super efficient and finished the job quickly (Just in time for the Friday storm) We tested the gutter during the rain storm and they worked well! Happy to not have water pool on the side of the house anymore! Thank you Dave, Alex, and Jeff! read more

Mr. Gutter installed a new gutter on the side of our house last November. My husband and I were extremely pleased with their excellent service. We recently noticed a small leak. Matt came out to repair. I had several questions regarding the gutter on other side of my house, that gutter was not installed by Mr. Gutter. Matt did not try to sell me on new one. Said it was still good and suggested a possible fix. If the fix does not work, I will be contacting Mr. Gutter to replace. I so appreciate Matt not trying to give me a sales job on getting all new gutters. That is the kind of service that will bring us back to Mr. Gutter when we decide to replace the older ones. Also, a shout out to Liz (works in the office) for always providing excellent customer service over the phone. read more

Found on Yelp. Super happy all the great ratings are on point. Seamless process. Really also liked that after you make initial contact, everything is automated from scheduling confirmation, proposal, reminder, payment and payment confirmation/receipt. Love the gutters, (not just the skin and bones of gutters;but, additional parts that help with waterflow), Professional on property bid and on time, The installers showed up on time, professional truck, nicely groomed, great communication, speedy installation and respected our property. The scheduling was booked out and I can see why. That did not bother us at all. In fact, waiting for quality is well worth it! The price was great too. read more
