Worth the wait! I got a quote from Liz over email and Bruce and Joe came out today and cleaned the gutters. Both very informative and professional. They did a great job. When it is time to replace my gutters, I will be calling them again. Bryce gave me a lot to think about with the new gutters. Thanks for doing a great job. read more

Matt is a business owner that stands behind his team's quality of work. We had an issue with our gutters that were installed a couple months back. After reaching out, Matt showed up himself the same day to make sure the repair was done properly and to their standard of quality. read more

Matt from Mr.Gutter came by and took care of our repair quickly. We appreciate his excellent work and expertise!

We needed gutters as the rain splashing in front of our house off the roof was damaging our new front door. We called a few companies but decided on Mr Gutter based on the reviews and their service. Charlie came out very quickly, gave us an estimate the next day, and even worked with us to figure out where to place gutters of important areas like doorways, planter boxes etc. Once scheduled the installation team arrived right on time and were very helpful in talking through the process. The team was fast and were done in less than 4 hours for the whole house and the detached garage. The gutters look great, we were on the fence about what color to order but thankfully the blue option they have is very close to the color of our house and looks perfect! We have received a ton of compliments from neighbors and friends on how great they look. UPDATE: About 2 months after the initial install we had the first big rain. We noticed some water in the garage as the downspout did not move the water far enough away. I sent an email late Sunday night and by 8:30am the next morning the owner of the company Matt came by and installed the extension. Problem solved. Overall I am very impressed with Mr Gutter and we are very thankful for their great work. Pricing was very fair and worth every penny! read more

I previously posted about my frustration with getting a call back from this company or my struggles to get a hold of a human being on the phone. After my yelp post, Matt, the current owner of Mr. Gutter reached out to me to rectify my complaint. He spoke to me very apologetically and professionally and explained to me that they had a change in ownership and servers. Hence, why messages weren't being saved or redirected. After the phone call, he promised to make things right! My instinct told me to trust the guy and to give him a second chance. I am so glad I did. It was nothing but smooth sailing after I made the decision to hire this company for my gutter installation. They were able to give me an electronic quote of the price of my project and I drove to their office personally (same day) to sign the contract. Matthew was even kind enough to walk me around the warehouse to show me how the gutters were made and he gave me samples of gutter size and styles to take home. I was quite fortunate that he was able to fit me in before this years rain. He came out on 11/26/2019 and did a seamless job of installation (see pictures). My 6 inch gutters look great! The true test was today, when we finally got rain in Orange County! Previous to installation of gutters, the rain will fall from the second floor to the first floor (roof) which will cause a tin can sound. I would not be able to sleep! I tried ear plugs and even noise cancelling head phones but the sound was unbearable. On some days I would only get 30 mins of sleep and have to call off work because I wasnt fit to drive! Clearly, calling off work multiple days is not an option! Today, I didn't set an alarm and woke up naturally around 10am. I was in disbelief that I slept so soundly. I even had to get up outside to look if it was raining because I was surprised I wasn't woken up by the rain. And indeed, it wasn't just raining but it was windy and raining quite heavily. These gutters already have paid for themselves in terms of sleep quality. I hear nothing on my rooftops. It's so quiet you wouldn't even know it's raining outside! I'm so happy and so grateful for Matt's work! Definitely a 5 star review! And a huge thumbs up! read more

I just had my gutters installed and they look great. Charlie came out to give me an estimate and we talked options and colors. He emailed me an estimate and he didn't push the larger more expensive options, but because of our tile roof extending further we decided to go with a 6" instead of 5". Matt called to schedule and I asked his opinion after sending him pics of all three options and he agreed that larger was better. I received a courtesy call that they were on there way and arriving in about 30-35 minutes. Mike and Jeff were my installers and were very nice and professional. Mike went over all the locations of the downspouts. I ended up not doing a ten foot section because of electrical boxes interfering with the downspout and was so pleased when Matt responded to my text with a price adjustment. They were done within two hours just as they expected. When Jeff started to walk across my tile roof I was surprised, not knowing they needed to go over the top, and when I told them the tiles break easily, Mike assured me that not only do they walk them all the time but that if any broke they would get them replaced. Every step of the way made me more confident I had made the right choice in hiring them. read more

Highly recommend Mr Gutter! Matt the owner, Liz from the office, Jeff and his crew were all top notch. Extremely professional and amazing customer focus, and most importantly, super high quality work throughout the project. Had gutters installed for first time. They were great about explaining where to install and why. We have complex roof lines but Matt and his team had no problems installing the gutters and drain pipes and were meticulous in taking pride in the work. My roof repair also had delays which caused schedule changes but they were super flexible with the changes. Thank you Matt, Liz and Jeff! read more

From the estimate (Charlie) to scheduling/customer service (Liz) to install (the owner, Matt, and his team), Mr. Gutter went above and beyond. Charlie helped to map out the most efficient and effective gutter set up. Liz took the initiative to help get my project scheduled as soon as possible, and was extremely friendly and clear in answering any questions that I had. She kept me up to date on the project every step of the way. Matt walked through the project with me before and after completion to ensure that everything was done as planned. His team worked fast and and the quality was exceptional. I've used Mr. Gutter twice now, and I'm extremely happy with how the gutters look and, more importantly, how well they work. Perfect timing! Finally decided to re-roof our house, Mr Gutter installed the drains, and we have one of the wettest winters in decades! After going through the headaches of selecting a roofing company I decided to follow the advice of those that have gone before me and decided to consider only well-known, professional, and highly recommended gutter companies. It turned out to be a no-brainer with Mr Gutter. I gave them a call, their estimator came to the house ON TIME, quickly gave me a quote, and I called the next day to accept. I scheduled the installation date, the installers called to confirm the day before, updated the morning of the appointment, and then showed up ON TIME again. Here's the best part, I requested some changes to the job after they showed up and we quickly negotiated an extremely reasonable cost adjustment. Super quick work, looks great, works great. Overall a great experience! read more

Mr Gutter just left my home. I had them install classic gutters with round downspouts in a couple of different locations on my home. Everything went perfectly from the initial visit and price quote to the installation today. I couldn't ask for anything better. I would like to highly recommend Mr Gutter. I was looking for the smooth flat gutters... called several other gutter installers. Other installers only do one kind of profile ( the kind that look like crown molding). From beginning to end, everyone who works at Mr Gutter was a pleasure to work with. Do to their excellent service, they were booked out for quite a few weeks. I had to wait for my turn in their que... TOTALLY worth the wait!!! So happy with the final look. read more

Superb service absolutely wonderful. From estimate to finish. The team was pleasant and aimed to make sure I was happy. There was attention to detail and the time to discuss prior to installation on site which was greatly appreciated. On time, super friendly, courteous and understanding especially when I got over picky. Matt was quite impressive with knowing what I would like and love. This was a fantastic team and the end result was the icing on the cake. We had some light rain since and the draining points are excellent. I'm extremely happy how the finished product came out. I highly recommend Mr. Gutter to anyone who needs rain gutters! We have been thinking about installing them for many years, but didn't know who to call. Mr. Gutter was recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we called them! We just had rain gutters and downspouts to rain barrels installed today by the exceptional team at Mr. Gutter. Matt, the owner, along with Jeff and Alex did an outstanding job fabricating and installing the gutters and downspouts in every possible way! They were professional, friendly, flexible, hard working, and really listened to what we needed. Their attention to detail and making sure everything was exactly right was inspiring. They seemed like artists as they created just the right angles and corners and downspouts. I'd like to thank the following, who made this experience so wonderful: Liz, who was so friendly and professional as she called and emailed with me to set up and remind me of my estimate and installation appointments and my contract; Charlie, who was so easy to work with as we mapped out where everything should go during our estimate appointment; Matt, the owner extraordinaire, who went out of his way to be on site to explain everything to me, answer all my questions, make changes as needed, and lead and work along side his wonderful team, Jeff and Alex, to install my gutters with screens and downspouts to my new rain barrels. Thanks go to Jeff and Alex, who worked so hard all day to make my gutters, screens, and downspouts look fabulous and then go around my property multiple times to clean every little bit up. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Gutter OC for the second time. Our estimator Charlie came out again, this time to my parents home to install new rain gutters. He gave my Dad and I tips on rain control surrounding the home. Liz was very patient with the color selection. She was nice enough to send color samples via mail, which was very helpful. The installers were very professional. Did a great job throughout and left the area clean. I've had two fantastic experiences with Mr Gutter. We got bids from 3 companies and Mr Gutter was by far the best to work with, both in terms of professionalism and response time. Charlie came out and measured, and sent a quote shortly thereafter, which reflected very fair pricing and a senior discount. Today we had Matthew come out for the actual installation- and he and his helper Paul, handled everything with ease and perfection. We couldn't be happier!!! Hands down this is the GO TO company for gutters. Thanks Matt- great job read more

We saw all the positive reviews on yelp so we decided to have the company come out to give us an estimate. The main reason I'm giving this company a "1" is because they came to measure and prepare an estimate when we were not home. I wanted to schedule it while someone was home but he said he could easily measure it to give us an estimate. After reviewing the estimate they emailed to us we had a few questions concerning the installation and we made several calls and left several messages for the estimator and have not received a return call back. I question the level of customer service we decided to use their services. I understand our job may not be the biggest job but why haven't they called us back ????? Something to think of before using this company. read more

100% recommend Mr. Gutter to anyone looking to install, replace or clean their rain gutters. These guys are awesome! I got great customer service when I called to set up an appointment. They were able to estimate the how long it would take so I could make arrangements for my son's nap (odd detail but important to me) Matt and his team came out exactly when they said they would and everyone I interacted with was totally professional and polite. They were super fast too! (Added bonus) My backyard is basically a hill for rain to pour into and then flood and my gutters were totally backed up with debris and basically useless. The guys cleared everything out and showed me a video of all the mess that was causing the problem. I no longer have to stress about this new phenomenon of southern California rain . read more
