I called Elite Rain Gutters for a quote to install new, seamless rain gutters on my house. Johnny, the owner, was very responsive and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I already had two estimates and he provided the best and clearest information on what he would be installing. Elite Rain Gutters also has a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. His quote was also reasonable. We scheduled the install for the following week. The 3-man crew, Brandon, Sergio and Warner were all great! They were professional and did excellent work. After painting my house, I got the gutters to protect the eaves from the rain. I did not realize it would improve the aesthetics of the house. It looks like I have crown molding on my eaves. My experience with Elite Rain Gutters was excellent. I recommend them! read more

We hired Elite Rain Gutters to redesign our gutter system and relocate existing downspouts. Paul conducted a thorough on-site assessment, creating a well-integrated plan that complemented our home's existing design. The work was completed on time, professionally, and within budget. While we haven't had rain to test the new gutters and downspouts, everything appears well-executed. I'll update this review if any issues arise. Highly recommend Paul and their services! read more

I am so happy with this company. Paul H came out to meet me the first day and he was absolutely wonderful! He went over everything with me and gave me a great price. He was very kind and professional. Then, just a few days later, they had an opening and asked me if I wanted to take it. They came out and installed my new rain, gutters and they are perfect! The entire team for Elite Rain Gutters was responsive, fast, and professional. As a non-profit and school for special needs, we needed a reliable and efficient solution to our "waterfall" that was created at our main entrance each time it rained. Elite Rain Gutters provided that solution. The product is high quality, and the installation was efficient. And everything was tested by some heavy rains within two days of the install. We no longer have to sandbag or dam the front door, and we have peace of mind that we will not come into a building with flooded and stained carpets anytime the rains are heavy the night before. Will definitely use them for our home, and we highly recommend Elite Rain Gutters! read more

Paul H came out to give me a quote. I was not home at the time and by the time I arrived he had everything measured and ready to show me around. I have an HOA and they gave me a 30 day period to keep the price guaranteed. Paul even did the drawing so I could present the paperwork to the HOA. The day of installation it was raining and everyone showed up ready to work! They were really polite, they work fast, and clean up everything. They ran into a problem with my camera because we couldn't remove it, but they worked around it! The gutters look absolutely amazing!! You can hardly even tell where they are! My neighbors love how it looks! Thank you so much Paul and elite gutters! I got them right before the storm too!! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Installed gutters on our home. Unfortunately the gutters were poorly installed causing rain water to pool in one spot and pour into a window and into my house causing extensive water damage. Called this company multiple times to have the issue fixed. After months/years of calling and leaving voice messages, we finally got a hold of someone who said that he would charge us extra money just to come out and look at the gutters that he poorly installed. Instead of paying additional money to this company we took our business elsewhere. And will likely be taking legal action for the water damage to our home. Shame on this company for its poor service and lack of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR RAIN GUTTERS... the gutters are poorly installed and will cause water damage to your home. read more

Elite Rain Gutters just did a new installation for us up in Big Bear in one day! The installation team was great. They were focused on the job the whole day and left things totally cleaned up perfectly. The gutters are incredibly well installed, matte black half-round gutters with hand-cut metal cast holders, which make them look so strong and sleek! They are sooo secure! Thanks Johnny and crew for a great product and even greater service. After extreme high winds tore off a section of gutter Johnny and his team came out and replaced it at no charge. And while they were here they double checked the entire installation to make sure there were plenty of brackets in case we have another severe wind event. Lifetime warranty on parts and installation can't be beat. read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Elite Rain Gutters. Johnny and his team were professional, timely, and clean. We began our search looking for regular aluminum gutters but after seeing Johnny's custom handcrafted copper gutters I could not go back to the aluminum. On top of how beautiful they were he also custom makes downspout brackets that really give the gutters that added touch. I never thought I could love GUTTERS on my house, but I do! We get compliments from everyone who comes over or even passes by. If you can do the copper you won't regret it! read more

I hired Tom via phone conversation and photos to install roughly 25' of straight gutter with one downspout. He originally told me $750 for the job. I thought it was a little on the high side, but he said he could get it installed within a week prior to the expected heavy rain forecasted so I went for it. He called me the night before the installation and said that he was buried but had a guy (Nick) that could do the install. I said no problem. Nick and another gentleman showed up on Saturday and did a good job. They were at the house for about an hour. Nick advised my wife that the total amount due is $800. My wife called me and advised me of the amount. I called Tom to validate the cost of $800. Tom said that he was willing to go with the $750 amount but said that he did quote me $800. I agreed to pay the $800 since I did not have anything in writing regarding the $750 or the $800, and I did ask for a receipt. Tom said that he was out of receipts and to text him later on in the week to remind him and he'll send one to me. The following week has arrived and I have sent three text messages on three different days to Tom. I have not received a receipt or any type of response from Tom as of to date. Bottom line is this, 1) not sure why I have to follow up with someone for a receipt who I just paid $800 and 2) make sure you get the receipt prior to payment. My mistake. Thought I could trust him. Low rating score due to lack of communication after payment was made and no receipt after several requests. read more

Paul was great met all my expectations. They provided a quality experience. They even made had best price

I hired this company to install seamless gutters. The day of install there was no communication between the installer and the owner. Owner just sat in his vehicle while the work was being done, very strange. Later the installer shared that he was on his last job and needed to leave to Vegas right after. I think he rushed the job. After the first down pour I noticed problems right away. The water doesn't drain properly it just sits in the gutter in at least two areas. There was a hole left in one of the runs which causes water to drain right into my porch and patio furniture. Elbows leak as well. I called to report these issues and after a few calls I spoke to Fabbi. She said she would return my call but after two weeks nothing happened. I called about a month later and still no answer. I finally was able to reach the owner and he said he would call me back in a week. Needless to say he did not return my call. I don't recommend this company, stay away. If you hire them, well good luck. They seem to not care about their warranty or customer service. read more

Johnny installed new gutters for us in January and we were happy with the work. The big snow came end of February and bent one of the main gutters making it completely flat (this was the BIG snow storm and there was a lot of snow weight). We called Johnny in March to see if he could repair or replace the gutters and he said he would after the snow melted. Late April the snow was gone and he put us on the calendar but it ended up getting pushed back and pushed back til early July. But early July he did indeed come out and replace them at no charge, standing by his work. We appreciated that for sure. read more

We recently moved into a house that did not have rain gutters. We got three quotes to have them done, as all three companies had good review. One company did not want to do it because how the roof line was. One company was very flaky and not returning calls an emails. Johnny with Elite was very responsive and explained everything very well. They were more expensive than the other company, but the quality was clearly better. They showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. By spending the extra now and getting it done right, we most likely saved the time and headache of having to redo some problems later on. Thanks to Johnny and his crew. read more

Johnny and his team did wonders with our house, even with our peaks and different dimensions that could make a job tough. . We live in Wrightwood where we get a lot of rain/snow where gutters are essential for our homes. We reached out to a previous company that flaked and did show up on multiple occasions and my husband decided to look around. He found Elite Gutters and Johnny was at our house the next day, showed up right when he said he would, and gave us our quote right then and there. My husband and I were happy with the quote and just his friendly demeanor upon his knowledge of gutters and his experience so we hired them for the job. They came the next day and installed. They were friendly, got the job done and my house looks great. The following week we got rain and not one leak and to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. We have referred Johnny and his team to our friends and neighbors because of the high quality work they provided. If you are in the mountain communities like Wrightwood, Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear, they are a must for your gutter needs. read more

Great, fairly priced, responsive service. Thank you, Johnny, for helping me and my neighbor when we needed you most.

I had them come out sight unseen and without me being on-sight because they could install a simple downspout that day even though it was twice the cost as other estimates. They installed an extra piece out over the ivy and lawn, for some reason, and made me take it apart. Then, the downspout leaked. Water runs down my wall instead of the downspout - defeating the purpose of having a downspout. I emailed, phoned, and texted Johnny (the person who swore to me that they guarantee their work) and never got a reply. A complete waste of money - do not hire this company! read more
