Ryan worked his magic and made them crystal clear! We did have a little miscommunication on some of the other cleaning expectations, but to his credit, he stepped up and made it right. Professional, thorough, and willing to fix any issues--can't ask for much more! Just be warned: your windows might get too clean. Proceed with caution. read more

Communication timeliness was good. I was shown many photos of previous jobs and after seeing reviews decided to go with them. It was $250 for my back patio and one side of my house. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for? read more

Precision Window and Cleaning washed my windows and cleaned all of the tracks on June 18. We agreed on a starting time of 9:30 AM and my doorbell was ringing at 9:31, right on time. They started right away removing the window screens and put them on the lawn for washing. They washed all the screens with soap and water and dried them very well. After all the exterior windows were washed completely they reinstalled the screens and got them all on the correct windows. The window interiors were cleaned at the same time as exterior making it easy to see water spots or streaks. They were very careful with furniture and wall art, making sure nothing was disturbed. The bottom line is; they were on time, they washed interior and exterior windows very well, the screens were all very clean, they were careful with all of my personal property (which I really appreciate), and they were very respectful, and I felt their fee was totally reasonable ($250) . I will use them again when my windows are dirty. Should be about four or five months. Give them a try, I believe you'll be very happy with them. read more

Best service ive had around the house in a long time. Ryan was earlier then expected to start the job with every window cleaned it seemed like the sunny shinned even brighter through them. I was amazed at the quality of the work if u want your windows done right ryan is the guy to handle the job read more

The team arrived a little later than originally scheduled. They had to do an ACE Hardware run in the middle of the work to replenish supplies. I am happy with the windows that they were able to clean well. I did not know I had hard water stains, so I did not specify that in my original quote. The guys did what they could, but I'll have to get a few of my windows redone for to the hard water stains. I was originally quoted one price over the phone, but after the work was "done," was charged a bit more due to "deep cleaning." I just wish that this extra charge was discussed and agreed to prior to the work being done. Thankfully, we were able to come to an agreement and moved on. Though Ryan stated that he's not in the business of "restoration," if I had known I had hard water stains to begin with, I would have stated that in the original quote request so that he could have better prepared his team. read more

Ryan at Precision Window cleaning is personable, friendly, very customer oriented, dedicated and has an excellent crew. We are extremely happy with the window cleaning, tracks and screens. He sent pictures of our gutters brimming with debris to see if we would like them Cleaned while he was there; no pressure, photos said it all. His prices are reasonable and we definitely recommend his company. read more

I am very glad to have my windows cleaned today by this company. They were cleaned about a month ago but painters power washed the house and ruined the windows. Precision Windows gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled us in immediately. The whole team showed up (We have many many windows, I'm Ryan knows better than I do, some very high up there) and they finished them in a couple of hours. They cleaned them spotless. I must admit I expect an excellent work from all contractors and they didn't fail me. I will schedule them again in 6 months. read more

Our house was just painted not long ago but covered in dust and spiderwebs-- it needed a lot of TLC. Ryan was super friendly and his guys were scheduled quickly--they cleaned the windows, solar panels, siding, and got off all the cobwebs. Highly recommend! We'll be using them again for sure! read more

Great job had all my windows and screens cleaned beautifully, I love it . Highly recommend, read more

Do not use. Totally incompetent. After 6 1/2 hours (sb 3 hr job), we paid over 90% and told them to leave. 7 windows were still not washed because they didn't bring the right equipment ( even though Justin was previously informed), every screen was reinstalled incorrectly, AND they broke the mechanism on a window. read more

I had all new screens put on and all windows and tracks cleaned. My windows look beautiful! Thank you so much!! Josh made my windows look brand new I highly recommend this company!! read more

Nothing but good things to say about Ryan and his team! I own a cleaning company myself but we do not do windows. I always feel confident that I can refer my clients to him and he will do a great job no matter the size of house. He makes sure to treat every window gently and has great attention to detail and cares about his work. I will certainly keep referring him to my clients in Orange County. read more

Precision Window & Cleaning Services - An example of his crews great work. - Window Washing Near Me

Highly recommend. Precision helped me clean out the rain gutters and windows. They also power washed my garage door. The team went above and beyond to take care of issues that are not part of the original request. They were professional and hard working. Most importantly, they were highly efficient. I really appreciate work! read more

We had Precision come clean our windows. We were grateful that they could fit us in on short notice. The added trip charge to come to Corona was ok. The two man crew was doing a great job. Then one guy asked about "the gratuity." This caught my wife off guard and she told him she did not expect that, at which time he threw a fit, even dumping his cleaner on our floor. This was Super uncomfortable for my wife. they left with our furniture all pulled out and our blinds not put back together. Awesome. read more

Owner was very attentive. He got back to me fast and I was able to book within that week. We had two guys come clean indoor and outdoor windows. They did a great job! read more

Ryan and his team are true professionals. Ryan got back to me very quickly with a fair and competitive quote for my 2 story home. Justin and Earl arrived when expected, were super friendly and respectful, and did a fantastic job! Outside, inside, tracks and screens, everything was so clean when they finished. Will absolutely be having them out again! read more

They were able to come out quickly (same day or next) during a brief break in the heavy rains back in March. Denny did an incredibly thorough job cleaning our gutters--it had been SEVERAL years and it took him hours, and Ryan came by later to help power wash the driveway. Reasonable cost. We will call them when we want our windows cleaned. read more

Ryan responded within 5 minutes after I sent the quote request. He is very easy to discuss the jobs with and very straightforward about pricing. He offered great price for both driveway cleaning and window wash, and was able to arrange the work to happen as soon as in 3 days. The guys showed up at the scheduled date on time. Did a wonderful job. My driveway is pristine now and windows shining. They thoroughly cleaned up the inside and outside of the window including the sill and the screen. I can't believe this great job was done in such a good pricing and seamless process. Already recommended Ryan to my neighbors and definitely will come back again! read more

Let me begin by saying, I am OCD when it comes to cleaning so thank goodness we found Ryan bc he lives up to the company name! Ryan has his window team & his wife Mariam has her cleaning crew. Match made in heaven, two birds one stone type. Thanks for dealing with our construction mess house! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who is as psycho as me about a clean home. read more

Really nice tech came out, and got an appointment within just a couple days. Pricing was as outlined on the phone. It looks like I don't have glass in my windows, they are so clean! The only downside was that I did pay to have the sliding doors / screens / tracks cleaned, and the gentleman forgot the tracks and screens on 2. But the glass sliding doors were great. He worked hard, so I just let it slide (hahaha!) - not a huge deal. Had I checked everything before he left, I would have asked him to get it, but not worth calling him back. Will use again! read more

Precision windows cleaned all the outside windows of my home. Jacob was very thorough. He did a great job. I was so happy that they were able to do my windows kind of last minute! I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Ryan for your help. read more

I had my windows cleaned today and they are now sparkling clean. Ryan and his team are very professional and polite, and the quote I received was very fair. Earl and Phil showed up on time with their masks on and got straight to work. They concentrated on the job the entire time and did not use their cell phones or chatter with each other. When I did ask them to do something extra, they were so nice and receptive. I will certainly see them in a year from now! read more

Ryan is such a great man! He response to my call quickly and tried to accommodate my schedule. He came to give me a free estimate but after checking my house, he said my gutter is very clean and doesn't need to be cleaned. What an honest man! He offers windows cleaning too! With all the rain this year, I can't wait for him to clean my windows and make them shine again. read more

I relied on previous 5-star reviews to select this company. At first, everything seemed OK: I had a video call with the owner to walk through each window in the house and the front yard area to be powerwashed. I could not be home on the day they were to come to do the job, but my fiancé was home. I told him the agreed-upon price of $500 for everything. The problems started pretty quick when the workers sent to do the job were complaining that the second story windows were "too high" (they are not), and then one of them SAT DOWN in our bedroom (in the middle of the pandemic) and gave my fiancé an unsolicited lecture about his racial and political views that nobody asked him to share (instead of working). The windows looked so bad that my fiancé told them it was unacceptable and asked to re-do them. I asked the owner, who was supposed to do the power washing job part, to hurry up getting there to manage his workers. He finally got there and assured me that everything was "great" and that none of the things that happened actually happened. They spent ALL day there because they just could not get their job done right. I thought this was over until I got back there and saw windows covered in streaks and smudges that require re-washing. The owner also, despite charging 150 for it nonetheless, told my fiancé that we only agreed on washing the house side and the small patio, not the entire front yard with steps that we agreed to. When I pointed this blatant overcharging to him, taking advantage of the fact that I was not there, the owner Ryan texted me back with "Excuse me?" "Why are you harassing me?," and similar remarks. Unacceptable. Just spent $500 on the job not done and for enduring bad attitude and stress. Will never use them again. Looking to hire another company to re-do this entire job. UPDATE: The owner's response simply proves my point of him taking advantage of the situation where I was not present during the work. But pictures do not lie. Here is the picture of the supposedly "washed" skylight with the cobwebs still on it I took when I got home. And here are the footprints of the workers inside the house. And the paint on he windows is still there, so not sure how it is relevant to this discussion. Here is what I need, in case it is not obvious: how about a refund for the skylight and front patio and steps that were included in the total but not done? Do not appreciate being ripped off and told that everything was great. read more

Great job! Scheduling was easy. Crew was efficient and polite. Windows were very clean! My only complaint would be that the floors near the windows were a little dirty when they were done. (We have a tone of floor to ceiling windows). It would be nice if they would wipe the floor a bit around these windows that go all the way to the floor. Otherwise really great and I would definitely use them again. read more

Ryan came out for the cleaning of our rain gutters. He came out with his assistant and together they pulled out many bags of accumulated leaves from the many nearby trees and wind storms. Thankfully he's not afraid of heights because the 2nd story gutters seemed difficult to access. Overall they are very polite and dedicated to finishing the work of cleaning out the downspouts and gutters. I highly recommend using their services. read more

Ryan is honest and accommodating to my busy schedule and follows through in getting the job done and completed. Price adjustment check received last week. However, please note that in my job, no furniture needed to be moved. No additional work was done on the tracks since I did not request the deep cleaning upgrade as explained by his crew. Basic cleaning was done and done well. The 2 man team worked well together and was courteous to me. They did ask if they missed anything. read more

Ryan not only washed our windows, he also cleaned each screen and window sill. We're more than happy with his work. Thank you Ryan! read more
