Booked them for the day before my company is coming & thought it was fine. Received a reminder text the day before that they'd be there between 12:30-1:30. Sat & waited, they didn't arrive. Texted the owner, he called me & told me that the truck broke down. Said he'd call back. Called me back & said his other 2 trucks would be coming to do the job between 3-4. Waited again.. they didn't show. Owner called back again to say that they wouldn't make it & he wasn't willingly to try to fit me in the next day! Said that the truck that broke down was scheduled for me so I'm out of luck! He knew when I booked him that I was having company coming & needed it done by the 30th. Would definitely not recommend them, not reliable! read more

I have been using OC Windows for a while and they always do a great job. They are porfessional and fast and the windows look great. As a bonus, Cliff calls periodically to check in and I apprecite that. I don't always say yes, but he will check back later (but not so often that it is annoying- just the right timing). I used this service several times over the years and was generally happy until the last couple times using them. They went over to my son's new house to clean the windows and screens. The window tracks were left filthy with dirt and the screens still had dirt in them! When I asked the owner about the tracks he said it's not included in price and didn't offer to go and look at the quality of work done to see how dirty they were left! We won't use them again. And the owners response is precisely why we won't use them again! read more

Cliff and Ivan worked well together, called ahead to ensure it was not raining at our place, arrived on-time, wore indoor booties, and got our windows, screens and tracks as clean as possible considering we have not had it done in over 4 years! What an amazing difference, and in just a little over 2 hours. They pointed out windows that had extra heavy goop and/or paint overspray, and double checked windows to make sure inside and out were super clean. Did offer us a rain guarantee since, of course, it started to sprinkle when they were nearly done, but won't need to call them back to touch up since I now have a wonderfully renewed view! Will have them return every 6 mos to 1 year as part of their maintenance program (at a discount too, yeah!). UPDATE: Apparently I did not post this review and was saved as draft for the last 9 months or so. Had them come back again to clean and they did another great job for us. Thank you OCWCC! read more

I even asked them to wipe my camera lenses on all my cameras on the house and they did that as well. I'd leave zero stars if I could. We booked this company in December for window washing and pressure washing. These guys damaged the paint of our home. It's extensive and all over. Our beautiful white home is now discolored with several yellow spots. Cliff, the owner, assured me via messages that he's a "stand up guy" and they'd take care of the damage. Then comes a game of us trying to get something scheduled with him and him not replying to us. We finally get our own estimate and give that to him, so then of course he says he'll have his painter come take a look. He said he'd go in on half of the cost of fixing the damage if we use his guy. Now Cliff is saying his painter is too busy and the damage isn't his fault so he won't be taking responsibility. If the house was fine before the work and then damaged after, it's the company's fault. So, so disappointed in the lack of integrity of this business and of Cliff in particular. Af the very least he should have offered a full refund for the original job. He'll probably reply to this saying he's not at fault, whoever painted our home did a poor job, etc. However, our home was freshly painted in 2019. Now, less than 3 years later, we're going to have to pay out of pocket because of this company and their shoddy work. There are so many other good window washing companies out there. Do yourself a favor and hire one of those and avoid this one like the plague. read more

I've hired these guys a number of times and in the past they've been OK. But today, HOURS after they've gone, I discovered that Cliff the owner left the water running on the side of my house which flooded out a huge area and water gallons and gallons are of water!
