This is the 5th time we have used this company for window cleaning services and we were so pleased. Edward and Brandon showed up on time and they immediately set to work. They worked conscientiously inside and out on all the windows/screens. They did a great job to clean our chandelier. They left no mess and made our house windows turn new again! read more

They did a great job cleaning the windows on my condo! I haven't washed them in over 6 years and now they look new. They had the best prices out of the vendors I contacted for a quote. I also appreciate their excellent communication. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a window cleaner. read more

Edgar & Brandon came today to wash my window and give my house a bath. It was long overdue. They did a great job. They were professional and polite. We will have them back again. read more

It's easy to recommend OC Window Cleaning. Cliff is easy to contact by phone, the pricing is fair and scheduling simple. Ryan and Edbin did a fantastic job on all of our windows, sliders and French doors. They both were professional and hard working. Another great experience working with this company. read more

This was our 2nd time with Orange County Window Cleaning Company and they were great again. They showed up on time, work efficiently and are friendly as well. You hardly know they are around. They had the job done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend and will continue to use their services going forward. Thanks for a great job. It makes the house feel so clean! read more

Booked them for the day before my company is coming & thought it was fine. Received a reminder text the day before that they'd be there between 12:30-1:30. Sat & waited, they didn't arrive. Texted the owner, he called me & told me that the truck broke down. Said he'd call back. Called me back & said his other 2 trucks would be coming to do the job between 3-4. Waited again.. they didn't show. Owner called back again to say that they wouldn't make it & he wasn't willingly to try to fit me in the next day! Said that the truck that broke down was scheduled for me so I'm out of luck! He knew when I booked him that I was having company coming & needed it done by the 30th. Would definitely not recommend them, not reliable! read more

I have been using OC Windows for a while and they always do a great job. They are porfessional and fast and the windows look great. As a bonus, Cliff calls periodically to check in and I apprecite that. I don't always say yes, but he will check back later (but not so often that it is annoying- just the right timing). I highly recommend them. read more

Great job!! Would highly recommend them. They are quick and efficient! And very courteous!

Our longtime window washer retired and have been on the hunt for a new company. We were referred by our neighbors and were very happy with the work performed. We felt the pricing was right in line with what we expected and the two man crew was efficient and did a nice job. Will use them again in six months. read more

Cliff was excellent with communication and scheduling and in confirming the appointment. Kevin and Diego did a thorough job cleaning our windows. They were extremely professional and respectful when coming inside the house, kept me updated on the progress. Our windows are noticeably shinier and clean. (A couple of our large, horizontally sliding windows were left unlocked, so, not a problem, I would just check to make sure the windows are locked afterwards.). Thank you! I would use them again. read more

I'm very satisfied with the nice job that Diego and George did on the windows in our home. They were so nice and worked very hard. Everything was left in great shape. I will use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you. read more

Great response time and excellent service. Cliff was very prompt and pricing was very reasonable. Ivan came out and did two homes for me and was very polite and super clean. There were no spots or mess from the dirty water (6 years of dirt and dust, yikes) in my all white house. I will definitely continue to use this service as long as they are around. I have already referred them to my mother and friends. I highly recommend OC Window Cleaning and thank you Ivan for being a trooper when you had to work alone today! read more

I used this service several times over the years and was generally happy until the last couple times using them. They went over to my son's new house to clean the windows and screens. The window tracks were left filthy with dirt and the screens still had dirt in them! When I asked the owner about the tracks he said it's not included in price and didn't offer to go and look at the quality of work done to see how dirty they were left! We won't use them again. And the owners response is precisely why we won't use them again! read more

This is a top notch, professional team! They are always courteous, on time and excellent! Every screen, track and window sparkling clean! One of the few organizations who communicate and stick with the plan. Thank you so much to the entire team! read more

Had a great experience! Very responsive and scheduled a window cleaning within 2 days. They were respectful of our house and wore masks and booties which we appreciated. Very happy and will definitely book with them again! read more

Great service and awesome job! Cliff and crew came to clean my windows/screens and I ended up doing the inside too. They were quick, efficient, and 100% happy with the service. Scheduled everything online and he contacted me via text to confirm day of. They did run late but definitely worth the wait and alerted me ahead of time. Will definitely use them again..thanks Cliff. read more

Kevin showed up on time, was courteous, respectful of my property, and did an excellent job cleaning my windows. The price was very competitive, beating out others I contacted. If I paid more, the work couldn't have been any better. The finished product was outstanding - the screens were so clean I didn't think he had put them back in the windows! I highly recommend Orange County Window Cleaning Company. read more

I've used them twice and will use them again. Very professional. Scheduling was easy and they were on time. Price was very fair. Above all else, they did a great job on the windows and screens and were actually done sooner than I expected. Very pleased and have recommended them to a few friends already. Will be using them again. read more

Replied promptly to email inquiry. Quoted over the phone. Arrived at scheduled time. Was done in two hours. No hassles.

I had the dirtiest windows in OC. OC Window Cleaning made them look brand new! The two young men that arrived showed up on time, very professional and were very courteous. They are the best. read more

Cliff and Ivan worked well together, called ahead to ensure it was not raining at our place, arrived on-time, wore indoor booties, and got our windows, screens and tracks as clean as possible considering we have not had it done in over 4 years! What an amazing difference, and in just a little over 2 hours. They pointed out windows that had extra heavy goop and/or paint overspray, and double checked windows to make sure inside and out were super clean. Did offer us a rain guarantee since, of course, it started to sprinkle when they were nearly done, but won't need to call them back to touch up since I now have a wonderfully renewed view! Will have them return every 6 mos to 1 year as part of their maintenance program (at a discount too, yeah!). UPDATE: Apparently I did not post this review and was saved as draft for the last 9 months or so. Had them come back again to clean and they did another great job for us. Thank you OCWCC! read more

They showed up on time, wore masks and did above and beyond what they were hired to do. I would highly recommend them. Great service

This company was responsive to a quick quote, accommodating to scheduling, including rescheduling, around rain, efficient, friendly, and the work is impeccable. I even asked them to wipe my camera lenses on all my cameras on the house and they did that as well. Cliff is good at customer service even following up after the job was done to make sure everything was OK. read more

This is the first time I have ever used a window-cleaning company and I was very happy with the results. They came on time and did a fantastic job on the screens and glass and even the bathroom mirrors. And the price was lower than I had thought as we have windows with many small wood-framed panes. Highly recommend. read more

I'd leave zero stars if I could. We booked this company in December for window washing and pressure washing. These guys damaged the paint of our home. It's extensive and all over. Our beautiful white home is now discolored with several yellow spots. Cliff, the owner, assured me via messages that he's a "stand up guy" and they'd take care of the damage. Then comes a game of us trying to get something scheduled with him and him not replying to us. We finally get our own estimate and give that to him, so then of course he says he'll have his painter come take a look. He said he'd go in on half of the cost of fixing the damage if we use his guy. Now Cliff is saying his painter is too busy and the damage isn't his fault so he won't be taking responsibility. If the house was fine before the work and then damaged after, it's the company's fault. So, so disappointed in the lack of integrity of this business and of Cliff in particular. Af the very least he should have offered a full refund for the original job. He'll probably reply to this saying he's not at fault, whoever painted our home did a poor job, etc. However, our home was freshly painted in 2019. Now, less than 3 years later, we're going to have to pay out of pocket because of this company and their shoddy work. There are so many other good window washing companies out there. Do yourself a favor and hire one of those and avoid this one like the plague. read more

Great service from this company. Very professional, thorough and friendly staff. Special shot out to Ivan, Matt and Cliff. We would definitely use them again in the future!!! read more

Cliff and his helper arrived on time and did a wonderful job! They even had Covid Masks which I appreciated, and booties to protect our newly installed carpet. We haven't had our windows cleaner in a log time and they were very dirty. Windows, screens and tracks clean! We won't wait so long next time and will definitely call Cliff. read more

I've hired these guys a number of times and in the past they've been OK. But today, HOURS after they've gone, I discovered that Cliff the owner left the water running on the side of my house which flooded out a huge area and water gallons and gallons are of water! Total sloppy incompetence and a waste of money and resources! I will never hire them again and warn all of you to do the same. There are better people out there for the job! read more
