He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. But something about someone coming every month with their mobile, custom-fitted, brand-wrapped vehicle that makes you feel that they can do a better job at $8.75 a can per month. There's also a faint citrus scent that they put into the water as a finisher. They give you a reminder call the day before, but Villa Park is always the 4th Fri of the month.

My kids had seen trash bin cleaning trucks on TV and were so excited to finally see one in person. We spent the morning waiting for the truck to arrive, and they kept asking when it would get here. It never did. There was no phone call, no text, and no email letting us know they weren't coming. I tried calling, but their office was closed on Saturdays, so there was no way to reach anyone. I completely understand that schedules change and unexpected issues come up, but a complete no-show with zero communication is extremely unprofessional. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't heard a single word from the company. No explanation, no apology, no attempt to reschedule, and no refund. From my perspective, they took my payment and disappeared. The trash bins still needed to be cleaned, but what disappointed me most was having to explain to my excited kids why the truck they had been looking forward to never showed up. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well.
