Oscar responded to my call where I explained I needed my windows cleaned asap as I was listing my house for sale. He said they would be here the next day. They showed up on time and ready to work. My windows hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. They did a wonderful job! His price is very reasonable. I called other window cleaning services and didn't even get a call back. I just found out that my partner paid $300 for our two condo's windows to be cleaned. $150 for each condo (small with only 4 windows each) is ridiculous. I was out of town and she contacted these people without asking me WHO I've used in the past. SAVE your money and find someone else. She found them on Home Advisor....keep looking! read more

Had a problem with cracked roof tiles around the solar panel that O's cleaned. His people where the only ones to go up in that area, the panels have been up for 6 years. They claimed they where cracked before they went up there, however; they never notified us of this problem. The way this problem was handled was terrible. Don't use Oscar, he's a fraud. He broke my expensive shutter and tried to hide the evidence on top of my marble table. I found it after he left. Of course he was going to take it with him, and not tell me. Obviously he forgot. I had to look for the damage and finally found it behind the couch where you couldn't see it. Before I knew what happened, he took my check and I hired him to come back to clean gutters. He was supposed to be here at 8 am, he showed up at 10 am. When he finally showed, I was gone. He told my daughter a lie that $75 would only cover 50 ft. Actually we had agreed on the phone $75 for the entire house perimeter. Thank God I showed up and confronted him. And thank God my daughter was smart to recognize a scam. read more

Oscar the owner is unprofessional and rude. He sent a worker out to power wash my house. The worker was very professional and did an overall good job, however when he removed the screens from the windows he scratched some of the windows. I called Oscar to express my concern and right away he became combative and rude. He kept insisting that the windows were already scratched and that if he decides to come out to look he will charge me a fee. I would not recommend this company! read more

I have a condo that needed its windows washed desperately. I called O's Window Cleaning and Oscar and his very nice helper (and I apologize that I didn't get his name) came out and did the inside and out, power washed the patio, and even helped me pull a very deep-rooted plant out of the planter. Very professional, very nice. He lets you know ahead of time if there may be issues (my screens were 27 years old) so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend Oscar. By reading these reviews, it looks like I am not the only one who has had a problem with Oscar's Window cleaning service. On April 7th Oscar came to my Covina house and cleaned my windows and screens. The main reason I picked this service because their website clearly stated "Hard Water Deposit No Problem". Well, when it came time to get to the front of my house where the Hard Water Windows were located, Oscar said that he did not have the paste that he needed to remove the hard water deposit. Your job is to clean windows and you do not bring what your jobs requires? I mentioned to him that we had e-mailed at least twice where I specifically noted that my front windows really needed extra work. So, he said he had another job in my area the following week, and he would for sure re-do my front windows. If for some reason he could not come back during the week, that Saturday April 15th he would be back for sure. I totally believed him, and crazy me paid him in full plus extra for the invoice amount, where I should have pro-rated the job. On his invoice copy it too says Job Incomplete, re-do front windows. I have e-mailed him personally and the company several times and never a response. I am sorry I choose this service every time I look through my front windows. read more
