He arrived right on time for our consultation, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what the exterior of our home needed. Once the project started, we were impressed every single day. The crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard from morning until late afternoon, and always treated our home and property with respect. Their attention to detail really showed in the finished product. The stucco repairs came out beautifully, and the freshly painted stucco, trim, and concrete patio all look clean and crisp. The crew also kept the work area neat throughout the project and did a thorough cleanup when everything was finished. The price was very fair and well worth the quality of workmanship we received. If you're looking for a company that is honest, professional, hardworking, and takes pride in delivering beautiful results, we wholeheartedly recommend John and everyone at Painting Renovations. We would absolutely hire them again!

Two years ago Travell's company painted our double hung wood windows after they had been repaired and reglazed. The window repairers gave us very specific directions to relay to the painter. When giving his estimate Travell ticked off all of the boxes, he knew what to do. So when it came to paint the exterior, his company was our first choice. The 2 man crew did fantastic prep. They power washed everything, repaired stucco, sanded and primed all of the wood. The windows were covered and they moved the covers so we could open windows in sections they weren't working. They then used a roller for some of the surfaces and used a sprayer for the rest. After they were done, the house was beautiful and everything was cleaned up. Travell checked on the crew and was always available to answer questions.

I am so happy with my painting project with BM Exterior Coatings! Brandon worked with me from the…read morevery beginning to give me insights on how to execute the project according to my vision. The communication and follow up was truly exceptional. I wasn't left wondering about any updates or questions. I learned a lot about painting and all the steps involved--it takes so much careful preparation and attention to detail, and the team killed it! We chose BM Exterior Coatings above other companies because: -It's a family-run business -They do a second layer of primer to make the paint longer-lasting, and it requires an extra license to apply -They have a quality guarantee and will come back and fix paint if it's peeling many years later -I felt confident in their expertise and they helped weigh in on color decisions that achieved the overall look I was going for -They gave me a good price And I WILL continue to recommend this company because they did an amazing job! I am a first-time homeowner and this was the first paint job I hired, and I am thrilled. It makes SUCH a difference. It feels like a new home. There was a bunch of crumbling stucco, the colors were dated and ugly, and now it's like i have a whole new house. It's crisp, clean, and more modern. They repaired a bunch of rough stucco spots and it looks brand new now. Since they re-install light fixtures and house numbers, I jumped on the chance to update them to a better look. They went the extra mile by painting a side wall which looks much more cohesive. Each morning and end of day I got updates from Brandon on what they did and what the next day's work would be. They left the job site cleaner than they found it--thanks to the team: Jorge, Jaime, Dominic and Brandon. The whole block is jealous of my house now that they see the power of paint!! I've been getting compliments from neighbors. I was hesitant at first that a paint job would be worth the money, but it's a great investment that seriously makes me smile every time I see my house.
