This is the way my shower ceiling looked a few weeks after they finished painting. I asked them if they could redo it. They said they'd need to charge me $150 for gas and incidentals. That didn't seem right to me. Anyway, after deliberating for a number of weeks and waiting to see if the rash would continue to spread all over the ceiling, I responded back to them that I'd pay the $150. They listened to what I wanted, gave an amount they would charge at the time of the free estimate, wanted for me to be satisfied, finished the job ahead of time (and this was with 2 or 3 coats) They were respectful to each other in the conversations I heard and it was a pleasure to be around them and to have them in my home. I wanted to get an estimate from this company because of the good reviews so far posted. I received a message from someone in Paredes painting through Yelp. They agreed to come on Sunday, and I didn't receive further communication until that Sunday. The message indicated that the current customer wanted something else and to push back the appointment for 5 hours. I was not happy, but I didn't say anything else but to cancel the appointment. I don't have to explain to a business. If you want to earn a potential customer's business and confidence in hiring them, they are able to make the initial appointment as agreed. The company sends another message, saying they are "disappointed," and continues to make excuses, blaming their current job for their failed service. This got me annoyed, and I had to explain to the person sending the messages through Yelp to stop contacting me. Whatever the excuse was, the appointment was canceled by them, not me. I told them to stop contacting me. You would think they would at least honor that. Imagine my frustration when the person continues to send me a message to remind me why they had to cancel, and if I was their customer, they would want to complete any additional requests. Seriously, if you can't manage both, I doubt you are a company anyone would want to put their trust or confidence in. When they continue to message a person that told them to stop contacting them, and they ignore it, it's called harassment. Hence, this post, so they finally get it. read more

We moved into our home a little over a year ago. I ultimately found Jose online when we decided to paint the inside (1800 sq ft) of our home. My wife and I ultimately hired Jose to do the job. Jose showed up the first day on time with a helper, who I later learned was his wife. It took them about 4 days to complete the job and we were very satisfied with the work. Jose showed great attention to detail in addition to being very friendly and trustworthy. We never felt uneasy leaving them alone in our home. Because Jose and his wife did such a great job on the interior paint, we hired him two more times (most recently a week ago.) The second time we hired him to paint our oak cabinets white, and he nailed it. I was very impressed with the quality of work.
