Lorenzo and his assistants are quick to respond and honest people! If you need a specific painting or task done, they'll give a good estimate of how long it will take and will do their best to keep to that goal. Lorenzo and his team did an amazing job on my house! It looks brand new and shiny! They fixed the stucco and water damage all around, took off old satellites and cables, replaced a broken side door, and got rid of some ugly fixtures. Anthony answered all of my questions patiently and if I noticed something that got messed up, he made sure it got fixed right away! Thank you Lorenzo, Anthony, and the rest of the crew! I come home every day and am so happy to see my house! read more

We agreed and set a date and time for an in-home estimate. As requested, I sent him my name and address. Unfortunately, as previous reviews commented, he never showed for the scheduled appointment, he did not call nor did he text... My wife and I are so totally impressed with the Quality of work from Lorenzo's crew. It is day three and they are still prepping. First day they filled holes, put down plastic to prevent staining and pressure washed the entire house. Second day plastic sheets down all around the house and windows. Third day. Stucco repair and sanding and filling all the wood and a thick primer to fill all the cracks in 50 year old trim. Day 4 was more prep work and two coats of paint on the stucco. Day 5, masking all the stucco and solar panels. Day 6 two coats of trim paint on all the wood including patio beams, shade garden and door. Day 7 masking the patio beams to paint the ship lap. Day 8, Isaac, the perfectionist, touched up everything that needed it, sanded the mahogany front door. Day 9 Isaac stained the door and put on two coats of urethane. If you love your home Lorenzo should paint it. read more

Had Lorenzo paint my home this last week. He is a pretty popular painter because he does such high-quality work. This is the first week of June and I had to book him in April. Well worth the wait because of the fine craftsmanship. They were very methodical in their work and showed up every day. They had a timeline that they kept to, everything from power washing, prepping, to the different stages of painting. I have a large two-story home that they started on Sunday and finished on Thursday. The house looks amazing. All of his painters were very professional, polite and always concerned that we were happy. Lorenzo was extremely easy to work with. If your home needs painting interior or exterior I highly recommend Lorenzo. read more

This guy is flakey and unreliable. I spoke to him by phone and asked him to come by and give me an estimate. He said he'd contact me later in the day to get my address and would stop by, but I never heard from him again. I'll gladly take my money and business elsewhere. read more

Just like everyone else says, he doesn't follow through. (The owner) It's not just him, it's a lot of contractors. And they all have excuses. Business must be great when make so much money that you can neglect ringing telephones, returning messages and most of all, showing up. I called Lorenzo's Painting Services not less than 10 times before getting a response by text. Then it becomes a texting game the he doesn't respond to either. We had a 6:00 appointment, no surprise, he didn't show. And no response yet again. I went through this scenario twice before pulling the plug and calling a professional. Note to self: 1) When the phone rings, answer it. 2) After receiving a text , respond. 3) When you have an appointment, show up.. on time.. read more

From start to finish, Lorenzo & his team are professionals! We just had our front doors stained and we cannot express how pleased we were with the outcome! Lorenzo custom blended stain samples for us to choose from. Once we made a choice scheduling a date was not a hassle, his team was on it. Lorenzo was communicative throughout the process. He checks up on the project to make sure everything is executed. Set up was efficient & carefully done, clean-up was thorough. We highly recommend Lorenzo! We might add he also painted the exterior of our home & we've gotten so many compliments. Thank you again Lorenzo for being professional & awesome. read more

Concepcion provided a very fair price for my painting project. He answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me. The project was to paint new garage doors I had installed the day before to match the surrounding trim. Francisco arrived early on a Saturday morning and quickly started prepping the area for paint. Since the garage doors would need to be sprayed he taped off the surrounding area and then some. In addition, I had asked to have a pair of exterior shutters above the garage painted as well. Francisco was a personable fellow who happened to be working on his birthday. He was very meticulous with his painting task. He also cleaned up everything after he was done. My garage doors and shutters look great. I highly recommend Lorenzo's Painting Services. Great pricing, great work, and a friendly crew. read more

We recently purchased a home in Eastvale that needed some cosmetic work. I hired Lorenzo to refinish our kitchen, bathroom, and hallway cabinets, and staircase banister. They were seriously an outdated natural birch wood color. Him and his team came in and sanded, primed, sanded again, and painted everything white. They did such an amazing job. His crew is very professional. They covered the floors and walls to protect them from overspray. I could not believe my eyes seeing the finished product. I hired him back to paint all the baseboards and door moldings after I had flooring installed. My mother in law was so impressed with their work that she hired them as well to refinish her kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I highly highly recommend him and his crew. read more

Contacted them and Lorenzo responded as soon as he was able. He gave me a reasonable quote and although their schedule was full, when I explained to him the urgency and although I had a small paint job, he made sure to squeeze me in and got the job done within the time he quoted me. They did a great job painting and cleaned up after themselves. As far as the reviews I've seen regarding sporadic communication complaints, my experience was positive. Although there was at times a delay in responses, that "delay" is to be understood and expected. They are a small business and I do not expect him to stop everything he's doing (current jobs, driving, etc) to instantly respond to my texts. He was communicative and responsive and like I said, I will definitely use his company again. read more

Really appreciate the responsiveness and work performed - I contacted Lorenzo through Yelp and found him to be the most reasonable of all other companies I contacted. We negotiated through Yelp, set up the time and he showed up on time for the estimate and work. I supplied the paint and primer. read more

Love this company. I had to find a capable painting company to paint the cabinets in my kitchen. My cabinets had that track home stain. They looked terrible. His company did an incredible job. He offered suggestions which I took. Then I had a toilet leak. I had to have the ceiling opened repaired then painted then on to a guest bathroom were the previous owner had done a sloppy job especially at the baseboards. You'll find quality good price point and a friendly professional attitude. I'm pleased. I'm blessed to have found this company. read more

This is long overdue review..We hired Lorenzo's painting service back in October 2019. I have to say from day one when we met Lorenzo, he was very professional, thorough and upfront with all the details. His team was phenomenal and instead of taking a week to complete..the boys completed all my interior house in just 3-4 days. My husband and I were very impressed with their hard work. There were some very minor set backs and Lorenzo personally came to take care of it all..even after the job was completed..few things missed I called Lorenzo and he sent a guy to finish the door and remove paint residues.. I highly recommend his Team and their services as they truly did remarkle job and even followed up too see if we were 100% satisfied. If were were to need another project we will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys for brightening up my home :) read more

Lorenzo was referred to us by a handyman we were using to work on our new bare fireplace mantel. But being that he could not accomplish the look and quality of work, he gave up and suggested we use Lorenzo. Well I'm glad he did! Wow, what a difference in quality work in just about 2 half days. His guy, Danny did amazing! They listen to your wants. They strive on detail and the whole experience from the moment he came in until the end. Now, I have other projects I'd like for them to do. We hired this company to patch up our drywall and they did a good job and the price was very good too.

We had an appointment scheduled for 7/27 at 2:00 pm for an in home estimate and they never showed and never contacted me to cancel or reschedule. I waited at property for one hour. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Re owners reply, its not the potential clients responsibility to call to see if you'll be attending a previously scheduled appointment. In emergency situations such as the one you described it's a good idea to have a back up system in place to inform potential clients, simply not showing up reflects poorly on your business. I truly do wish your family member well. read more
