Javier was very kind and responsive, his communication is great. I have a mixed review: the final paint itself is done well. The mixed area is the sloppiness in areas. The first issue was the men who textured the walls, did not cover anything including our brand new outlets. I had to have Javier sent them back to clean out the outlets that were filled with wall texture. While the floor is undone they took no precaution and left mess for the next people (actually us) to clean up the floor to put flooring down. Around the doorframe is all nicks and paint in areas that will not be covered with door trim. As someone who takes pride in their work, I suggest a final walk through and notice any sloppy work and get it corrected during each phase of the project. Javier gave me a deal and it makes me think I should have paid more for someone who had workers that weren't sloppy, or ensure things are corrected before the project is done. read more

We had recess lighting done so there were all kinds of holes cut into our walls and ceilings. Also had some water damage from a leak that we had. I went with Fairview based on their Yelp reviews and competitive pricing. Within a few days, they went to work. First, the patch team came in and did a splendid job with putting drywall in all the holes and blended it so well that I almost had trouble finding where the original holes were. The paint team came in two days later and finished the job and did a great job sanding the patched areas and then blending everything in, as evidenced in the attached pictures. I'm so glad I went with Fairview Paint for painting our new townhouse! Javier is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. I had him come by to quote touch up paint. He said he could do touch up paint but showed me other spots that the previous owners had touch up painted and it really did not look good. The kind of paint the original builders used just wasn't made to be touched up nicely. I'm really glad he pointed it out because if we had that paint touched up we would've wanted to paint over it again anyway. He suggested just painting over everything with a nicer paint so we wouldn't be in this situation. We picked out a light gray color. Javier was ready to do the job on short notice. His crew was friendly and efficient. Javier noticed that the white in the kitchen made the cabinets pop and it might be dulled by adding grey behind it. We ended up taking his suggestion and had the kitchen painted white. I'm so glad he had the attention to detail to notice that. I feel like I'm in a brand new house after they painted it.
